Sue Learner is the Head of Content at carehome.co.uk, homecare.co.uk and daynurseries.co.uk bringing over 20 years of expertise in journalism, content strategy and public relations.

Throughout her career, Sue has become a respected commentator on care-related issues, appearing on television, radio and in national newspapers.

She appeared on ITV’s This Morning to discuss whether toy guns should be banned from nurseries.

Sue has contributed to a range of early years and education publications, including Times Educational Supplement, Nursery World and Nursery Management Today. With firsthand experience as a mother of three sons, she understands the complexities of parenting and child development.

Trained as a NCTJ journalist and holding a degree in English Literature, Sue has contributed to major national publications including The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Times, Evening Standard, BMJ and the Nursing Standard writing extensively on social care, health and education.
