We moved pur eldest daughter here a year ago from another nursery and she loves her time there and always talks about her day once home. Our youngest has started there now too.
All of the staff are friendly and attentive and quick to respond to emails/queries
Drop off and pick up is very easy at
the door and especially with onsite parking.
Littlegems will be in our lives for another 3.5 years, strongly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of sending my children to this preschool, and I can't speak highly enough of Elisa and Frances! They're amazing with the kids, so caring, and incredibly informative. My little ones have loved every moment and always come home with big smiles. Thanks for providing such a
nurturing environment!

My daughter loves going to nursery and enjoys playing nursery's at home imitating all their days activities. The nursery staff here are very caring and really look out for the children's welfare. We get regular calls regarding their welfare.
On initial joining the children were taken in small
walks around the surroundings, which seems to not be currently happening (maybe due to weather or staff levels) but would like to see more of this for their development. To help us ingage more in conversations around their work from nursery, evidence of work as well as play, maybe a weekly folder would be nice to introduce.
Organisation has build slowly with the nursery growing, changes and improvements are made all the time which is really lovely to see. I would like to see a better communication system in the future, also as staff change it would be nice to have somewhere to see all staff info again to be able to talk with the children about whom they spend their day with.

Fabulous nursery very nurturing. Very friendly caring staff. Lots of learning through play always something new every week. My 2 year old son is very happy always coming home singing all of the songs learnt at nursery.

We are so happy sending our son to little gems. The care is second to none and the girls are all lovely and caring. Rockie is always met with smiles and comes home happy. This is a very professional, nurturing environment and we would definitely recommend it.

From day 1 the staff have been amazing. They helped make my child's experience so comforting. He has settled really quickly. They always have different activities to do no day is the same. They are able to give detailed outlines of what he has done that day. They take their time to talk to parents
really lovely overall.

My child has been going there full time since October 2025 and it's been great watching him open up and learn so much more, make friends and in general be a happy kid.
He has always been a shy child but has quite come out of his shell since going to nursery.
It's a great place for them and he
absolutely adores all his teachers.

My son has attended both rooms. He was nearly 2 when he started and on reflection, this was probably a little late. He struggled with leaving us and was very upset each morning. The nursery were very patient and reassured us that he was happy after that initial goodbye. They were very honest at the
start if he was still unsettled and advised us to pick him up early. As the year has moved on, he has become more and more comfortable at nursery and now goes in happily most days. He loves his teachers and always talks about them at home. He has made some great friendships and tells us all about his friends and about his day.
Some aspects below I'm not able to make an accurate comment on such as equipment/cleanliness/food etc as we don't enter the setting at all.
It was lovely to get the folder of art work although it would also be nice to get things brought home as and when so we can have a bit more of an insight into what they've been up to.

I would like to share our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience we've had with this preschool. The environment is always so warm and welcoming, and the cleanliness is truly outstanding. The staff are incredibly polite and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure both
children and parents feel at ease. Our daughter absolutely loves coming here, and it's clear that she feels happy and eager to return every day.
We are genuinely grateful for the time, dedication, and care that the entire team puts into their work. It's a place we would highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality preschool experience. Thank you so much for everything you do

My daughter loves going in to preschool and always comes home really happy and excited to tell me what she's been doing. The staff are very warm and caring, and my daughter thinks very highly of them. She amazes me with the things she has learnt at preschool. I would highly recommend this setting.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery, and our experience has been wonderful. The staff are warm, friendly, and caring, and clearly build strong bonds with the children.
There's a fantastic balance between fun and learning, with plenty of outdoor activities that our children absolutely
love. The team keeps us well informed and is always approachable, regularly sharing updates about our daughter's day and development, which has made us feel consistently support.

My child has been here since last February. I'm just blown away by how much my daughter has developed at Little Gems. She is learning and growing everyday. I'm thoroughly enjoying watching her progress and seeing her confidence grow, and I'm so grateful for all the staff in the nursery.

I couldn't ask for a better preschool for my little one! The staff Elisa and Francis are amazing, Freddie loves it at little gems. the environment is warm and welcoming, and the activities are super fun and engaging. My child goes in smiling and comes out beaming! Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our son's experience at little gems pre school, from the very beginning when he joined the little tots room at 10 months old Elisa and the rest of the team have been nothing but caring and welcoming. We find the staff are always friendly and approachable, and
communication with parents is good. We are kept well informed about his progress and the daily activities he gets up to. It is clear he really enjoys it here as he is always excited to go which is a huge credit to them. Thank you for nurturing and helping our little boy grow.

My little girl has been coming to little gem for almost 2 years now and I can't thank the staff enough for all the hard work put in with her especially Elisa. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds. They've supported me throughout her time here. They are welcoming and have been from the very start.

My granddaughter has been attending the nursery for over two years. She is very happy here and staff are very kind . We are very happy with care she has received here. Elisa and the team are absolutely fantastic. From the very first day, they have gone above and beyond to make our child feel welcome, safe, and happy. The staff are always helpful, approachable, and genuinely great with the kids. You can tell that they truly care about each child as an individual,
taking the time to get to know their personalities, interests, and needs.
The atmosphere in the nursery is warm and nurturing, and it's clear that the children are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow in a supportive environment. Communication with parents is excellent-whether it's updates about daily activities, progress reports, or just a friendly chat at pick-up, Elisa and her team make sure we always feel informed and involved.
