My son has been attending Dunbar private nursery for a couple of months now and we are very happy with the nursery. The staff are so welcoming and caring and really take their time to get to know each child.
My son has settled in so well and always comes home happy and excited to tell me about what
activities they done that day.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking. We've had amazing experiences with them.

Our son has been at the outdoor nursery for eight months and absolutely loves it. We were initially hesitant about the winter months, but he's enjoyed it just as much year-round.
The staff are incredibly caring, organise fantastic activities, and encourage meaningful connections among the
children. They spend most days in the woods and go on local trips that help them feel part of the community. Even in dreadful weather, he enjoys time in the tents doing creative activities like weaving, reusing materials, and making soup.
Since starting, he's been much happier and calmer, and he loves going each morning. It's been a wonderful complement to the school nursery and has done wonders for his confidence outdoors.

Honestly have no words other than this place is the exact nurturing and incredible place that i would want my child to attend. From staffing and resources, there are no faults! My son has recently started, and from being a stay at home mum, he is reluctant to go many places without me, however here
he has settled immediately and that gives me so much comfort

We have had a great experience so far! I honestly have nothing but praise for this nursery. My daughter has settled in really quickly and loves going! Staff are so helpful and responsive. The daily updates with pictures show how much fun the children are having and the general atmosphere is so calm.
She always comes home excited to tell us about her adventures and what a great day she has had.

Both of my daughters attend Dunbar Private Nursery, and adore their time there. They come back having had full, fun days. The staff are highly professional and the outdoor ethos has many advantages, not least keeping catching a cold to a minimum. Can't recommend enough.

Great set up and so wonderful for children to be able to spend so much time outside. They're learning skills for life just by being there. All the children get a backpack with their own kit which is a lovely way to start. The staff are amazing, my daughter loves it!

Both my boys have attended summer camp and have had an absolute amazing summer learning and experiencing the out doors while meeting new friends alongside the amazing staff I highly recommend this nursery and outdoor learning

A lovely outdoor nursery with a lot of freedom to explore both a walled garden as well as forest and trees. It is what Dunbar needed for a long time. It gives the children the chance to explore and engage with nature and use creativity and sustainability in their play. Staff are lovely and
friendly, communication is great.

My child has attended the nursery for three months or so and absolutely loves it. She was 3 when she started but has since turned 4. She has exciting learning opportunities all through the day, she is challenged and she is never bored. Her days are spent in wholesome, creative activities that have
forged a really strong connection to nature and we love knowing that she is outdoors the whole day. She receives excellent, nurturing care and she has an affectionate and warm relationship with the staff. There is a really high ratio of staff to children. Currently, we send a packed lunch. We get lots of detailed feedback in conversation at the end of the day about how her day has been. We also see lots of photos of her on the app and it is clear that she is having the time of her life. I am so happy sending her off to nursery, knowing that, even on my best parenting days, I would still be hard pressed to provide her with the sort of day that she has at nursery.
