Abacus is a fantastic nursery & our son loves it there - the staff are so attentive & caring - you can tell through every interaction that they genuinely have the best interest of the children at the heart of everything they do. The communication is excellent - regular & thorough updates every day
on the app & quick responses to questions when we have them. 0 complaints so far - love it!

Fantastic experience. The staff are very caring and professional. They are wonderful at communicating. Our little boy is so happy and absolutely thriving. It has been great value for money and we have no complaints.

From day one, we've been consistently impressed with Abacus Ark Earlsfield. The team were wonderfully supportive during those early transition weeks-comforting our teary son at drop-off and sending us reassuring updates soon after to say he was already smiling and running around happily.
That
level of care has never wavered. The staff are incredibly professional, sharing regular updates and photos throughout the day and providing thoughtful, personalised feedback at pick-up about his meals, naps, activities, and little moments that make up his day. The nursery offers fantastic activities, delicious organic meals that give us confidence he's eating well, and an environment in which our son is truly thriving.
Since joining-and now having just turned two-his speech has come on brilliantly. He talks about his teachers and friends all weekend and can't wait to return each week.
We couldn't be more delighted with the team and special thanks go to Caryn, Abbie, Sadie, Hannah, Alex and Amy.

Abacus Ark Earlsfield has exceeded our expectations. The staff are extremely caring and dedicated. They have really leaned in to the needs of our son and have been very happy to adapt to his needs. Our son has been attending the nursery since July and he is thriving. He is very happy to go each day
and has made special relationships with numerous staff members who all know and care for him so well. It is so comforting to receive personal feedback daily which picks up on our son's specific character traits showing how well they know him. The photos and app updates are a great way of keeping up to date and any msg we send the nursery is responded to very quickly. We couldn't recommend the nursery enough

An amazing nursery, our toddler has come on massively since she started and we're so impressed. The staff are so caring and attentive, there are constant activities and outdoor time, as well as music classes and organic food daily. Your are guided through the onboarding period with updates and extra
pics that really ease your mind as parent. Your child is in the best possible care at AA Earlsfield.

Our son has been at Abacus since April 2024 and we have kept highly recommending the nursery to other parents. We initially started at Clapham and did the opening at Earlsfield as we were convinced we wanted our son to stay with the Abacus staff.
As expat parents with little support, Abacus is
incredibly important to us. We actually trust them more than anyone else to take care of our son and can see everyday how Abacus help him thrive.
There is a true sense of care and efficient communication with parents. For example, the team has been amazing at supporting us with potty training. Similarly, there were happy to adjust anytime our breastfeeding journey evolved. We are now at a time where we truly value the effort put in offering diverse and developmentally appropriate activities.

My daughter has been going to Abacus Ark for the last 3 months, and has settled in very well, thanks to the caring and supportive staff. She absolutely loves it, and is really excelling there.
The staff are so kind and seem to genuinely love their jobs. They make such an effort to know every
childs' little personality. They give a lovely rundown of their day at pick-up
The rooms are very big and get lots of daylight. They have great activities for the children - sensory baby and development classes, Music classes and they go on at least one outing daily.
We couldn't be happier with Abacus Ark and are so happy to have found such a nurturing and loving setting.

We are over the moon that our daughter attends nursery here. Everyone who works there is absolutely wonderful and clearly cares so much for the children. Our daughter took a little while to settle but they were so patient and gave her lots of cuddles and support to help her through. She now jumps
out of my arms to get in there. They put alot of thought to the structure of the day and what the babies can learn, as well as things like trips out and music classes.

My daughter has attended the nursery since its opening in February 2025. She absolutely loves it there - adores all the staff and has a fabulous time with all the activities and the outings they take them on. I've noticed a huge improvement in her developmentally since joining : both physically and
verbally and she seems to be excelling whilst there.
The staff make an effort to regularly update parents on the activities via the app and also provide you with a detailed run down of their day at pick up.
Whilst there's no outside space, the rooms are very spacious and the children go on at least one outing daily. The food on offer is also great - very varied and nutritious. Staff and management are also always happy to receive feedback or suggestions and implement any requested change quickly.
Overall we are thrilled our daughter attends Abacus Ark.

We absolutely love Abacus Ark! Our son has been going for 4 months now and has the best time. It's clear that he's so well looked after and cared for, and the staff are amazing and super communicative. His key teacher always goes the extra mile and is such a warm and friendly person who lights up my
day every time I see her. She is a superstar!
As a nursery they seem very well organised. It's clear a lot of love and care goes into planning the activities each week and we always receive lovely updates and photos of what they've been up to. I was initially worried about the lack of outside space but they do a big outing each day which means they're able to explore a lot more (vs a lot of nurseries that have tiny outdoor spaces and rarely go out).
I couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience for my son and would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Since the day that our child first started at Abacus Ark, we have been thrilled with the level and standard of care by all staff members. Our child had a number of sleep and dietary issues and the management and team were incredibly flexible in both separate meals for our child and getting them
comfortable for naps during the day. We get regular updates via an app throughout the day of the fun activities that theyve been doing, meals and how much they ate and at drop off and collection the team take the time to let us know how our child is getting along and progressing.
The nursery is immaculate with some great toys and areas for the children to play and whilst the lack of outdoor space can be viewed as a negative, we like the fact that they have to venture to a park to play rather than opening the back door onto some grotty yard.
Our child has made some great friends, loves the staff and is very happy at Abacus.

Abacus have been absolutely brilliant from the very start and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We were a little nervous with our 6 month old starting at such a young age but they have really gone above and beyond to make sure it has been as smooth as possible. The updates and
communication are very well done and they do everything they can to support and align to what we're trying to do at home. The staff are all so lovely and friendly, especially his key teacher who cares so much. He is so happy and smiley at drop off, pick ups, and in all the photos, we couldn't be happier with Abacus Ark Earlsfield.

Really happy with the overall experience. The staff and facilities are great and you can tell that the team really care for the children. We get daily updates and a debrief at the end of the day so it's nice to know what he has been doing and see pictures of him doing different activities throughout
the day. We highly recommend this nursery!
