From the moment I walked through the doors to be shown around i was made to feel really welcome by the staff at Early Learners. The deputy manager was really knowledgeable and answered any queries I had which completely put me at ease.
When my son started I was blown away by how much he enjoyed
attending this nursery! The staff provide lots of busy things for the children to do both indoors and outdoors and they have developed a lovely bond with my son!
Communication is fantastic from the staff and manager aswell!

My son has been attending since January and I honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff are absolutely amazing - caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. The rooms are always clean, well-organised, and fresh. It's clear that a lot of
care goes into maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. I also really appreciate the daily updates and photos. It's so reassuring to see what he's been doing throughout the day and how much he's enjoying himself. Especially as a nervous parent who felt like i would be mithering the nursery however their app is updated throughout the day and my daily check in message is always answered. We've seen such positive growth in him already. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and professional setting for their child. Food menus are great and alternate weekly and i get updated after every meal how much my son has had to eat. Prices are very fair!

Since touring the nursery before it opened we were impressed with the facilities. Since our daughter has started one morning a week, she is really settled and I know she is well cared for. She throughly enjoys the baby classroom. She is aware of her key person and she adores the staff. Our daughter
has a milk allergy and the policies and procedures in place have been great to ensure she doesn't have milk in her food.
Management are always helpful and able to assist me if I have questions or queries. I can get in touch via phone or the parent admin app.
As a parent I enjoyed the stay and play sessions I feel this is a great way to get to know the staff and the routines in the baby classroom.
The parent admin app is a fantastic way to communicate with parents about your child's day and see what they have had for lunch and access the observations on your child. I enjoy reading the observations and seeing pictures of our daughter.
I am very pleased overall with the experience of nursery

Honestly I can't praise the Wigan branch enough. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds from baby room through to toddler room. The team have been fantastic and unbelievably helpful with everything. Even the Manager when I was first applying helped me out and pointed me in the right directions as
I had never had to apply for childcare before. Amazing place and amazing team! You should be proud.

I am a 1st time Mom and very hands on with my baby so I was reluctant to put / leave my baby on someone else care. My baby is not use to with other people. The staff made sure that she will be fine sooner or later. Now my baby improved a lot and she's saying more words now. Very polite and lovely

My kids thrive at Early Learners. The staff are amazing and friendly and look after my kids well
I am confident my kids are safe with them so I have the peace of mind I need

Absolutely lovely nursery, my son absolutely loves all the staff and is very happy to see them in the mornings. Everyone is always very welcoming and kind. Management are brilliant always so helpful. They do stay and play sessions which is absolutely lovely seeing your little one with all there
little friends. They keep you well updated in the parent app with all meals and changes even pictures too show you what they are up too. Amazing team

Early Learners are so amazing with my daughter, as a first time mum and having to return to work I was so anxious about sending her to a nursery but the girls reassured me and were so comforting and helpful towards Miley, she's absolutely loves going nursery now and I feel comfortable leaving her
with the workers. Thanks so much for everything x

I am impressed with the knowledge they have about our child and the communication each day about how she has been.
My baby loves going to nursery and ever day I got to collect her she's happy and always happy when we drop her off in the morning.
I am very happy with the food she eats and helps
to introduce her to new foods.
Only thing I would suggest is more photos, and updates on what activities/learning they have been doing in the day.

My daughter has thrived since coming to this new nursery setting. She has previously attended another nursery but we was dissatisfied with their service and my daughter was unhappy there. My daughter was a little unsettled at the start of her journey at ELN due to issues at her last nursery. However
I can drop my daughter off now, without tears and she looks genuinely happy to attend there. The nursery practitioners are lovely. They are really caring and attentive. They give thorough handovers and their professionalism is admirable. The nursery manager is very welcoming and is extremely helpful and will try to assist/resolve any queries that I have had. The nursery manager also goes above and beyond and tries to accommodate the best they can. The facilities are inviting and very clean. I always recommend ELN Wigan. I would suggest that I would like to have more of an update of the activities the children do in the day time and more photos on the app

The most lovely nursery. I found it so hard looking for a nursery for my little girl, and the moment I walked into Early Learners I felt at home. All the staff have such big smiles and cannot do enough for you and your children. The best decision I made was going with this nursery. My little girl
has just turned 1 and she is thriving at Early Learners, and I feel so comfortable leaving her there whilst I go to work, knowing she is happy and well looked after is all I could ever want. Communication with the nursery is also brilliant.
