This is a brilliant nursery with kind, caring staff. My daughter has loved going there, starting in the Baby 1 room and now in Baby 2. She is thriving in the fun, clean and engaging environment. The garden is a particularly fantastic space and I can't wait for her to try out the forest school.
Management are engaged, friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.

Bright Horizons Milton Road Nursery and Preschool has been exceptional for our family. This is the third nursery we have experienced as parents, and it has been the one that truly aligns with what we value. As someone who has worked as a learning development manager and safeguarding lead in
education, I notice good practice immediately, and the standard here is consistently excellent.
The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely child centred. Communication is clear, safeguarding feels strong and the learning environment is calm, engaging and purposeful. Our daughter has flourished here, and we feel completely confident every day we drop her off. I recommend this nursery wholeheartedly.

I would strongly recommend considering other options if possible. Our experience with this nursery was disappointing, and we faced multiple challenges throughout our time there. Despite making repeated, respectful requests for water activities due to our son's health concerns, the staff refused to
listen, which caused unnecessary stress. Additionally, the lack of on-site parking was a major inconvenience. As drivers, we often had to park off-site for short durations, which led to frequent parking penalties.
When comparing this nursery to where we are now, it also felt overpriced given the number of issues we encountered. Ultimately, we had to withdraw our son due to their unwillingness to address our concerns, and even after we moved, they did not fully refund us. The entire experience was filled with frustration and unnecessary stress from start to finish !

The manager and the team at Bright Horizons are absolutely brilliant at making sure the Nursery is safe, fun and exciting. Our daughter loves going there every day, learning and socialising, all the staff are amazing and the food is great. The manager and the team are all super professional and
friendly. I can't recommend them enough.
