We are so pleased with the nursery experience and would recommend wholeheartedly to other families. There is a good range of activities including physical activity in the outdoor space and with external providers. Development reports are provided at regular intervals and any key updates are shared
in real time. We love the fact that all staff across all rooms know all the children and parents, it makes for such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our son runs into nursery in the morning and doesn't want to leave come pick up! Management are proactive, caring and communicate well. We value the many celebrations of key dates in the calendar and the events held for families too!

It has been wonderful seeing our baby form such strong attachments to the staff at Willow. This has been due to the caring nature of all the team.
The communication is fantastic, whether that's sending extra photos to reassure us when our baby starts the say a bit sad, or daily observations on our
little one's new skills. They even check in out of hours to see how our baby is feeling when they know he is poorly.
I continue to be impressed by the focus on learning through play even at such a young age. They send a new curriculum and focus for the week and it's great seeing that translate into new words or skills from our baby.
The management are professional and empathetic when dealing with medication when your baby needs it.
Finally, the management goes above and beyond by sharing local events, recipe tips, or interesting news articles with parents.
I am so glad we chose Willow, and recommend it to anyone with young children in the neighbourhood.

We couldn't be happier with Willow House nursery. Our daughter started at 12 months old, and the care, warmth and attention she has received every day has been incredible. The staff are genuinely nurturing and create such a creative, calm and stimulating environment. Facilities are fantastic with a
lovely outdoor space. Communication with parents is also clear and reassuring with regular updates on new observations and developments.
A big thank you to Sam, Tee and the whole Willow House team for all the support so far!

We've had a great experience at Willow House. The staff are very friendly and there is a really nice, warm atmosphere. We also appreciate the effort they put in to make special events memorable for the children - organising a great zoo trip and then arranging for a donkey and a sheep to come to the
christmas show! Our daughter loves it there and has made good friends.

Couldn't be happier with Willow House nursery - we know our daughter is in a safe, secure and fun environment and is well cared for by all the staff. She has a brilliant time there and we feel confident dropping her off every morning knowing she's in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

We could not be happier with our experience at HHW. Our son joined the baby room in 2024 and absolutely loves the nursery. The staff go above and beyond with the care they provide, and we love how enriching the curriculum is. It's always a joy to see the updates and all the fun that is being had!
We've really valued the detailed updates and reports we receive on our son's learning and development progress, and the close relationship he's built with his key worker in each room as he's moved up. We really enjoy the additional events that the nursery hosts for families, including a zoo trip and christmas party, which make you feel part of the wider community. There is clearly a strong culture of investing in staff training and development and I am sure this contributes to the high staff retention rates, which we really value as parents. The team have also been particularly supportive of our son and family during challenging personal periods which we are very grateful for.

I just wanted to give some feedback - your team are AMAZING!
Every single member of staff is so wonderful and I feel so happy leaving my kids at Willow. The smiles on all the faces every morning when I know what a tough job they have. Rida, Anisha and Rashmi are my stand outs but the others are all
fantastic. I love Amaan - great addition, and lovely to have some male influence there too.
You (Sam) are obviously fantastic at hiring quality staff and always so helpful, accommodating and reassuring so thanks for you too :)

Our daughter has been at Harvey House Willow since July 2025 and we truly could not be happier with the care she has received. The facilities, curriculum and activities the children partake in are brilliant, but it is really the staff who make HHW what it is. Our daughter has been shown nothing but
kindness and her development has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery. The staff are considerate of each child's needs, and the care for each child feels so bespoke. It feels like they know our daughter so well. The management team are also wonderful and will really bend over backwards to help. We're very grateful our daughter is at HHW.

Willow House staff are caring and nurturing and always paid close attention to my daughter's needs. The atmosphere is fun and loving but also very professional.
We only experienced the preschool room which was the perfect small setting after being at a childminders previously. The school
preparation was excellent and very thorough and attentive.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

A very positive experience right from the first day. My son was welcomed by staff who seemed to be well trained, qualified and confident, what made the settling in period very smooth. Staff has been very affectionate and sweet following a gentle approach that was effective and very much appreciated.
There is a good structure during the day helping the kids to acquire the necessary skills to become independent individuals. There is a lot of support throughout, and an open channel of communication between parents and carers. We will definitely miss you!

We are moving abroad and have to say a very sad farewell to Willow House. If it weren't for this move, our son would be staying here without question.
This nursery is an absolute gem. The staff are the kindest and most dedicated people you could hope to have looking after your child. They create a
fun, safe and varied environment for the children. Our son has been incredibly happy here, learning and growing so much over the last 6 months.
Thank you to the whole team for making his first experience of "school" so positive and joyful. We will miss you hugely and recommend you to everyone without a moment's hesitation!

We've had a really great experience at Willow. The staff are kind, caring, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming environment where my daughter has really thrived.
It took her a little while to settle in, but with the support of her amazing key person - who even created a special "thumb
shake" to help them bond - and by finding a drop-off routine that worked better for her, she now walks in happily and doesn't look back.
She talks constantly about her teachers, her friends, and all the fun things they do. We love the creative learning activities, including yoga, dance, cooking, and regular trips to the park.
She's definitely ready for school now.
Highly recommend!

Although she was quite shy at first, the wonderful staff made her feel so welcome that she quickly came out of
her shell.
The staff and management are always friendly, approachable, and open to any questions or concerns we may have. What really stands out is the excellent mix of onsite and offsite activities, which have played a big part in our daughter's development-socially, emotionally, and academically.
We also really appreciate the detailed and thorough assessments provided, which give clear insights into her progress across all key areas. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about each child's journey.
We feel confident that this is the best possible place for our daughter, and we highly recommend it to other families.

Couldn't have asked for a better Team to help us start our baby's early years education. She took a while to settle in and the staff were brilliant at keeping me posted about how she was doing and sending me photos. They do an amazing job at providing a creative, fun and educational environment for
the babies. It is a real family vibe with a team who clearly love their job and care so much about the kids.

Willow is such a friendly, welcoming, attentive and playful setting. The settling-in period for our daughter was wonderful as it was spread over 5 days, so it allowed her to get used to the surroundings and staff before completing a full day. Communication is good, and the range of activities for
the little ones to engage in is great.

Since joining willow house in January, our daughter has come on so far with the support and care of the staff at Willow. She smiles the minute she sees nursery and can't wait to go and see her friends and the staff. Excited to see her develop further during her time there!

Harvey House Nursery - Willow provides fantastic care for their children. The activities put on are thoughtful and creative, and there are plenty of trips out which are hugely educational for the children. The staff are so caring and kind and know each individual child so well. The outside space,
which is somewhat limited, is used so efficiently with outside toys and games that keep the children active and entertained. They focus on each child's learning and cater educational activities for the needs of the individual. Food appears to be nutritional and much enjoyed. There is also plenty of it and many food-making activities to get the children learning about food in general. Management is hands-on and proactive. Parents are well-informed and listened to.

The staff are so fantastic, they do so many fun activities and treat the children like family. Our son switched to Harvey House Nursery - Willow from another nursery at 2 years old, it was such an easy transition, my son absolutely loves it, he even asks to go at the weekend which would have been
unheard of before! Absolutely recommend.

Since my daughter joined Willow Harvey House in October 2024 shortly after it just opened, we have noticed a massive improvement in her speech, development and overall happiness whilst in care. All of the staff are amazing, caring and loving and despite which room they manage, they all know us and
always greet her by her name which is really nice. They include the children in cooking activities which are really nice and great for her development, the gym area is great especially the slide which she loves. She does a lot of physical activities including yoga and practises with self-awareness and regulation which helps a lot. I love the way they get the children to use their own chopping boards and safe kitchen tools to cut their own fruits which helps with their independence and how well they are preparing them for school by mirroring some routines in primary school. Words cannot describe how happy we are with the nursery, they are simply amazing! The management team is phenomenal!
