The team at Banana Moon Bishop's Stortford have been so incredible with our daughter. She started as the youngest child in the nursery and struggled to settle. We also had difficulties with her eating at home. The team have been so dedicated and caring and got her settled and thriving in a few weeks. We noticed a huge improvement in her eating and her communication and she just grew in confidence overall. The team were amazing with providing advice for us and keeping us updated about our daughter's daily activities. I'd recommend this nursery to any and every family. The team are so passionate about what they do and I am so grateful for all they have done.

Our little girl loves this nursery. She started several months ago and while I was initially nervous about leaving her in a new setting, she settled really easily and now loves going to nursery. The staff are great and it's lovely to see the updates during the day of the different fun and creative activities they get up to. Would definitely recommend to other parents

Ihave recently moved to the area from London and was really nervous about resettling my daughter in a new nursery in a new area with new people. The team at Banana Moon have been amazing and so supportive. The team are organised, responsive and efficient. My daughter has now been at the nursery for a couple of months and the team made it so easy to settle my daughter in. The app allows us to see photos and videos of the day to day activities the nursery run and has a direct msg tab on the app if you want to check in. My daughter has been doing Spanish sessions, toddler meditation, going on experiences with the books like Bear Hunt and walks to the town My child is shining and loves the nursery and the new friends she has made and loves the bubbly and caring nursery team who care for her each day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the fears and anxieties parents face with sending their children to daycare. Thank you all

Such a wonderful Nursery, I've felt so at ease with my youngest daughter (started at 10 months) being looked after by the Banana Moon Team! Every member of staff is amazing from the management team, nursery support staff, catering team, cleaning team! They all have such a lovely kind and nurturing way of working. The nursery itself has the most warm feeling from the moment you walk through the door! I'm so grateful for the amazing care and love you've all shown to Imogen & our family! 10/10

My son has attended the Nursery for 2 months and from being a very reserved child with not much previous social experience he has absolutely flourished at Banana Moon Day Nursery. He looks forward to attending every day and thanks to the staff and culture at this Nursery I can see positive growth in my childs educational and social abilities. Highly recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery.

Banana moon, Bishops Stortford is an excellent Nursery. The most rewarding part are the teachers and carers of the children who place allot of emphasis on growth, development, support and importantly a comfortable environment where children have a super balance between comfort ,learning and growing. The communication and care of the children is by far the best experience I have had. My nephew has developed his personality and communication skills in such a short amount of time. The play the children are exposed to teaches them in a safe space. The meals are all different and exposed my nephew to new food groups and yet accommodate each child's dietary requirements. I have only had super support and care from Banana moon BS and could not recommend them enough. Superb team. my nephew told me "I wish I could stay there longer"

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at this nursery. From the very first day, the staff have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They keep us regularly updated with everything-whether it's about her daily activities, meals, or progress-which gives us real peace of mind. One thing we especially appreciate is the healthy lunches they provide. It's reassuring to know she's eating nutritious food every day, and she always comes home full and happy. The owner is absolutely lovely-so friendly and approachable. You can tell she truly cares about the children and the families, and that warmth filters down through the whole team. Our daughter had a difficult experience with a nursery in another country, so we were nervous at first. But since joining this nursery, she has absolutely blossomed. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing, professional, and genuinely caring environment for their child!!

I'm sooo happy with this nursery as everyone is lovely and very kind and soft on every single child . They have their very unique and kind behavior according to every single child . I really recommend this nursery ! They offer updates and pictures everyday which gives you a relief knowing that your child happy and in safe hands .

I am so pleased with Banana Moon and wouldn't want my son attending any other setting. My youngest is due to start in September and I have no concerns or worries with this knowing how well my middle boy has settled in. He was welcomed with open arms, the settle sessions were really useful and worked around us and every member of staff is so friendly and always happy to help with anything/answer any questions and make sure you are confident to leave your child in their care. Would recommend !!

Banana Moon at Bishops Stortford is such a wonderful nursery, all the staff have been absolutely brilliant in helping my son settle in and creating an environment I know he's happy and safe in. The atmosphere is always welcoming, I'm kept up to date with everything my son does during his day and I couldn't ask for more out of a nursery. Clean, friendly and caring. The management and staff are top tier, communication skills 10/10 and highly recommend to any parent whose child isn't used to social environments yet as my son now understands what it is to have friends. Our daughter started in January as the nursery opened and was one of the first to join. We had a really positive experience from the start, the staff are excellent - really supportive, kind, caring and friendly. We moved from a different nursery and our daughter was really quick to settle. Would highly recommend.

Our daughter started Banana Moon in January 2025 after a difficult few months in an alternate childcare setting. From day one, all the staff listened to our concerns, were exceptionally understanding, professional and friendly and they always take their time to feedback at the end of the day when we collect our daughter, sharing little stories about her day which really mean the world to us. The nursery setting is very impressive and when I was shown around the nursery for the first time, I knew it was the right place for our daughter, mainly because of the friendliness and care demonstrated by the staff. They have taken the time to think about how the setting best supports the children's learning and our daughter has made amazing progress since joining the nursery. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this nursery to other parents. Thank you to all the staff at Banana Moon Bishop Stortford for all your hard work and dedication!

My daughter started in January and I am so happy we chose this nursery. All the staff are so caring and helpful and my daughter is always excited to see them in the morning. There is a great range of toys and activities to keep her entertained and she often comes home having learnt something new. Overall, I would highly recommend the nursery to any parent as it's given me such peace of mind knowing my daughter is in the best hands when I'm working.

My son started in January, and I couldn't be happier with our experience so far. As a brand-new nursery, everything is fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a spacious and engaging environment. My son absolutely loves their outdoor garden-it's one of his favorite activities!! However what stands out the most is the staff. They are incredibly caring, supportive, and always helpful. I truly appreciate how they keep me informed about my child's development and what they could do to keep him engaged. Also I never leave without know what happened in his day, they make me feel involved. It's also clear that they take the time to know each child individually, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere. Despite the challenges that come with launching a new nursery, the management has done an amazing job ensuring everything runs smoothly. Their dedication and organization are evident and that always warms a parent's heart.

The director and all the staff are excellent and extremely passionate about their job. I found them very professional and most importantly they care about my little one. He's happy when he sees them and this is clearly a sign that they are very good with him. The environment is beautiful and everything is baby-sized. I love it and I couldn't recommend them more!

The nursery has been absolutely amazing so far. I can see how much my little girl loves going, she's always got a smile on her face and is very happy to be there. The staff are all so friendly and very welcoming. Our experience so far has been amazing and would recommend this nursery to anyone.

We're having a great experience with Banana Mood Day Nursery Bishop's Stortford. The way they care for our little boy, we can see they worry for his eating, always asking about his development at home so we are synchronised. They give special care and we can see that everybody is working together. The administration is superb and the carers as well. We're loving the experience until now.

Nursary staff very friendly. Supportive of our child's dietary needs. Also, work with us when health concern occurs. New and very good facilities with entry to nursery with digital print for parents (great to avoid waiting out in the winter cold). Logistically, there is free parking on the street, across the nursery, before 8am and after 6pm, which is helpful if nursery parking is taken (hasn't happen yet). Would definitely recommend.

Our son started attending this nursery in January 2025, and from day one, we have been beyond impressed with the care, professionalism, and warmth of the entire team. The staff are truly amazing - friendly, competent and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working with children. Their enthusiasm and dedication create a nurturing environment where kids feel happy, safe, and engaged. Management has been 5-star from the very beginning, always approachable, well-organized, and committed to providing the best experience for both children and parents. The building is spacious, and the rooms are bright and well-equipped. A wide variety of toys and learning materials ensures that children have plenty of opportunities for play and development. The food selection, which is varied and nutritious, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. It's great to know that our child gets healthy meals at nursery. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Wonderful nursery. The staff are so welcoming and took the time to explain my granddaughter's day too. Such a heartfelt experience. The rooms are so spacious and airy. The children were happy and you could see the care of the staff.
