This nursery had been fantastic for my child for 3 years. Couldn't fault their treatment of my child especially for the last 16ish months before the the final month or so my child's time here. At the end though, they failed my child on a number of occasions. Leaving my child entire days without any
food, because they wouldn't offer an alternative (yet still charged for said food), leaving my child unattended long enough to draw on cupboards etc - despite receiving extra funding for my child's extra needs. Spoke to the new management - and they continued to fail my child that very same day. I would no longer recommend, especially for a child with extra needs.

My daughter moved in to the nursery for the last 6months of her nursery life. She has settled in and loved it. All the staff adore her and she loves going. She is the most fussiest eater going but now she's eating things I would have never thought she would. Every activity she gets involved with. I
would recommend the nursery also been a wheelchair user they do everything they can to ensure I'm ok to.

Very lucky that my daughter attends this nursery. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have fantastic activities, and menu is varied. Once a week they have an outside sports coach attend and have access to an allotment where they can plant and grow fruit and vegetables. They have visits
booked in with local farmers, police, fire etc. All really engaging and important. Highly recommend

I now have two children at the nursery, and they both enjoy going there. The staff know the children and care for them well. They are keen to help and sort out any issues as and when they arrive. Since the changes that happened at the nursery, it has continued to improve in the quality of facilities
and the range of activities offered.

Both our children only started about a month ago and we felt comfortable leaving them straight away, the staff are so welcoming & friendly that we know they are both in excellent hands every day they are there.
We love that we get regular updates throughout the day & especially the photos to show
they are always busy having fun!

My little one absolutely loves going to this nursery. We pull into the car park in the mornings and they're so happy to be there! Facilities are great and I love how much outside time the children get. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The use of the app is also very helpful and I love
logging on to it and seeing what they've had for meals, learning developments, etc.

The team at Honington have gone above and beyond to support not only my son during settling in days and starting full days, but also myself and have been incredibly supportive of my PTSD. They understand and care about the relationship you have with them, the child(ren) and how we can all work
together to best support development, and emotional and physical behaviour and they focus on learning and being led by the child(ren). I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated, supportive team of people to be a part of my child's learning and care.

My son attends the nursery 2 days a week and he comes home positively buzzing. He loves to tell us all about his friends that he plays with, he adores the staff in his room and I can tell they just adore him too (Tornado room). I love the regular updates of his time at the nursery on the app,
including what meals he's eating and how much he's eaten. I also love that I can directly message the staff in his room if I have any questions on the app. The variety of activities he does, including plenty of outside play and messy play is brilliant, I get sent wonderful photos of his activities, or different little masterpieces he's created get sent home. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is thinking about sending their child here.

The nursery setting is lovely, staff are very friendly and work hard to not only care for the children but help develop and teach them. My child has thrived since joining RAFA KIDZ. She started as a crawler but has recently started walking with confidence. We have formed a strong bond with the staff
in her room and always feels welcome. Drop-offs in the morning are easy and I am greeted at pickup time with smiles and giggles from my daughter which always reassures me that she has had a great day. I highly recommend RAFA KIDZ Nursery.

Since RAFA Kidz took over the previous provider the nursery in my eyes has been great.
It definitely showed how bad the previous provider became and that's such a real shame.
My nearly 2-year-old has come on so much in the past couple of months and the staff have been amazing with him and us as
parents.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone who is able to send their child there.
What is an added bonus is that they have a football coach attending the nursery on Wednesdays which my little one absolutely loves. And this has been no extra charge to us.
