They go above and beyond to help from keeping track of everything eaten/medicine given in our case and give a nice summary of how each day has been on pickup, and all staff seem to genuinely care about the children and their welfare.

Monkey Puzzles is an incredible nursery. Our child's development has come of leaps and bounds since starting and she is beginning to find her personality. It's amazing to see how the staff (all first aid trained) genuinely care about our child's well-being and encourage her to explore and find her independence whilst also safeguarding her simultaneously. The app they use to update parents of their child's day to day activities (including feeds and nappy changes) is so beneficial in relieving any stress or anxiety that may occur in the parents. The food/nutrition offered for the children is full of variety and is led by what the parents have weaned the baby on prior to attendance. The management are knowledgeable, kind and supportive; easy to approach with any concerns and they too also demonstrate how much care/safeguarding goes into looking after the children. They are also hands on and involved. I personally have already recommended this nursery once and will continue to.

We have been really impressed with monkey puzzle nursery. My little boy has been attending for 4 months and the staff have been absolutely fantastic. He was extremely nervous to start with and the team were really supportive for both us as parents and our boy through his settling in. Since starting he has really grown in confidence, the activities are fun and educational and he is always smiling when we pick him up. The team.have really got to know him and spend time with you at the end of the day giving you a debrief. So plessed we found it here.

My son has been attending Monkey puzzle for nearly a year. He loves going, his so excited to see the staff. The staff/parent communication is amazing the inform me everyday at pick up what his been up to and what sort of day his had. The app is also amazing and is always updated so when im at work i can always see how his getting on. Would highly recommend this day nursery.

Staff were very accommodating on the settling sessions all through to a weekly update on everything my baby done, ate, and what times food and nappy changes have taken place. One of my favourite things is that staff are friendly, always willing to give their time and updates/answer questions. My baby is always happy to attend and I get daily updates via pictures too. I would recommend the nursery and I'm glad I made the choice for my child to attend. Keep up the great work!

My daughter has just had her first month here and although she has found the transition hard I can not thank the staff enough . They have been so supportive to my daughter and us as her parents . They are doing everything to support her into this new environment. We get lots of updates throughout the day which keeps me reassured. The nursery its self is clean and very well presented with lots of activities throughout the day. I know my daughter is going the thrive here. All the staff have been amazing, Sheena, Chloe ,Sophie ,Enida,Caitlin and Amber have been brilliant xx

We are heaving such a wonderful experience with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Stevenage. All the staff members are so friendly, warm, caring, and really attentive. Our daughter has grown in confidence, learned a lot through play, made lovely friends, and is always excited to go in each day. The activities they do are fun and educational. The app updates throughout the day are brilliant. The environment feels very safe, clean and welcoming. We couldn't be happier with Monkey Puzzle and highly recommend this nursery to other families.

We have two children attending. The staff are friendly, supportive and invested in our littles progression. They work hard to make the setting a home from home and helped our anxious baby to settle and thrive. Our children have learned so much in the short 6 months they've been there. The building is newly renovated, clean, practical and designed to be fully fit for purpose. They offer nutritious meals and opportunities for children to try new things. The outside gardens are phenomenal, lots of space to play and learn. The staff provide daily updates on activities with photos, and a full run down of food/naps/toileting which helps us feel involved. They plan activities daily and around weekly/monthly themes to hit development goals and keep the littles engaged. We really feel the staff care deeply about their role in the children's lives. The setting is superior to others we have used. Only improvement we could ever ask is we wish they offered a session closer fit to school hours

My daughter enjoys going to nursery with welcoming staff she has learn so much and is very happy to attend nursery everyday. We appricate all the staff that look after our daughter . The office staff are very lovley and helpful with any enquiry we have .highly recommend the monkey puzzle stevenage!

Incredible Nursery. My sons been there from 11 months old, and we initially pulled him out of another nursery because of lack of care and put him into Monkey Puzzle and couldn't be happier. Every day my little one has the best experiences, he eats incredible, healthy, varied food and just thrives there. All thanks to the staff there! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else, and the daily updates throughout the day gives you reassurance that your little one is okay! Even the little babies have focus weeks where they learn key skills, my little one learnt to eat and brush his teeth at Nursery, he's only 16 months old now. Just an all around great nursery!

My son was one of the first children to start at Monkey Puzzle. During his "settling in" sessions, we were unable to leave the room because he was so upset at the thought of leaving us. We were so nervous to start his childcare journey, but the staff were absolutely amazing. Constantly reassuring him, and us, that everything was going to be ok. Seeing him build that trust and flourish in this setting has been incredible. By the second day, he went in with absolutely no fuss, ready for a day of learning. These days we struggle to get him home at pick up time because he's having so much fun with his friends. The days where he doesn't go to nursery - he asks when he's going back. I couldn't recommend the setting enough. Everybody seems to know every child by name and is always ready with a smile.

As a mother of 2 children at this nursey, both starting 5 months ago, I have to say the staff are great, always happy to see the children and nothing is ever a problem. Both of my children have made significant progress on their developmental milestones since starting and I believe this is down to the staff being so engaged with the kids. There is always a number of different activities, both indoors and outdoors, in each room every day to keep them busy and engaged. There is loads of communication from the nursey in the app & daily post of what the children have been up to, often with up to 80 pictures for each room! Additionally staff are always happy to answer questions or discuss any issues, where we have had small issues they have been dealt with very quickly (less than 24 hours). One of my children has SEN and the staff have gone above and beyond in dealing with a number of organisations to understand, learn and embrace the different techniques to support their development

I am thoroughly impressed with Monkey Puzzle Nursery Stevenage! The staff are incredibly friendly and make each child feel welcomed and cared for. The cleanliness of the nursery is outstanding, providing a fresh and hygienic environment for the children. The rooms are bright and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting space. The outdoor play area is beautifully designed, offering a safe and exciting space where children can enjoy various activities. Highly recommend this nursery for anyone looking for a positive and nurturing place for their little ones!

All the staff at Monkey Puzzle Stevenage have been so fantastic helping my daughter settle in. She's grown so much in confidence and I love that parents are kept included through the app and regular updates. I would recommend the nursery to any anxious parents looking for a supportive setting for their children.
