I had nothing but positive experiences and interactions from the Bright Horizons Colchester Day Nursery and Preschool team since my daughter joined in July 2024. They supported my daughter, who was extremely shy, throughout all her milestones and settling into her new environment. The staff are
lovely, the children love the space and it is so stimulating for the little ones, it's heartwarming to witness. The staff and facilities are brilliant and I totally rate this branch 1000%.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our 19-month-old son receives at Bright Horizons Colchester Day Nursery and Preschool. The warm and nurturing environment, combined with the dedication of the staff, has truly helped him thrive.
His social skills, confidence and curiosity have grown
so much since starting. The activities are creative and engaging, from sensory play to outdoor fun. The staff's personal approach, tailoring care to his needs and interests, is exceptional.
We love the regular updates, photos and progress reports that keep us connected. The facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained. Knowing he is in such capable hands gives us tremendous peace of mind.
Thank you to the amazing team, for creating such a positive and enriching environment. We feel so fortunate to have found this nursery and highly recommend it to other parents!

My little girl started the nursery in September of this year and the settling in was very smooth. The staff went at the pace of my daughter, the staff were calm and I think that helped my daughter settle quickly. I have noticed her develop so quickly at the nursery and communication is always clear.
I get daily updates about what she's done and photos most days.

As a family, we love this nursery, my son attends three days a week and he has grown and developed amazingly well in a supportive environment. The care the staff give to the children is outstanding and the reassurance they give to us, as parents, is excellent. They are organised and invite parents
to get involved as much as possible.
It definitely has a family feeling to it. Our son is very happy here and we are really grateful to all the lovely staff who make it a wonderful place to be.

My son attends the nursery 5 days a week and the care that the staff provide to him is outstanding. As a parent, you sometimes worry about how they will be at nursery and settling in etc but he is very comfortable, thriving and supported amazingly. He has built strong relationships with all of the
staff and is very confident since being at the nursery. It is very reassuring to know that he is in a safe and secure environment. He absolutely loves the nursery and having been to other nurseries, Bright Horizons Colchester has far exceeded the care for him in every aspect. Thank you to all of the staff here and for everything that you do for him!
