I have nothing but positive things to say about Monkey Puzzle. The staff are just wonderful - they really care about the babies in their room and my son happily goes to all of them every morning. He quite often gets upset when he leaves for the day! The setting is lovely - lots for them to do, is
clean and comfortable and they put on a variety of activities for the little ones to aid their learning and development. The management are approachable, warm and helpful. Overall it's an incredibly nurturing, friendly and supportive environment and I'm so glad we chose it over other nurseries in the area.

Jessica was very shy before starting nursery. Since starting in September, she has really come out of her shell and flourished. Everyone at Monkey Puzzle Epsom is amazing, with outstanding communication, daily updates, and photos. Jessica is always so excited to go to nursery. So many fun activities
and so much thoughtful learning and care go into her day at nursery and into thoughtful events.

Monkey Puzzle is a warm, nurturing and happy place that our twins have loved since the first day they toddled through the front door. The manager, Nichola, has assembled a wonderful team who are kind, friendly, and helpful. Farrah and Uma are our key workers who the kids love, but all of the staff
seem lovely whenever we meet or speak to them. Our children are always giddy with excitement to tell us about their days when we come to collect them, and the Nursery Family app keeps us posted on all the key things they're doing, including meals, nap times, accidents, and activities. The nursery itself is also a beautiful environment, set in a recently refurbished cottage, with purpose built facilities and modern security protocols to ensure the children can enjoy themselves in a safe and secure environment. Highly recommend.

Going back to work after mat leave and choosing a nursery is very hard emotionally, however myself and my partner were instantly put at ease when we visited the team here. We knew straight away that this was the nursery for our precious boy.
The team are great and super friendly. They have helped my
little one settle in well by providing a safe and caring environment, especially when he was suffering a little separation anxiety.
The weekly updates around my little ones time there and his progress are very welcomed and great to see.
I would absolutely recommend the nursery and team!

From the moment our little son joined Monkey Puzzle, we have been impressed and reassured by their care & protection for each of the children.
The nursery is managed professionally, the wonderful staff and teachers are patient while carefully supportinging each individual and the parents are
continuously updated with daily progress reports and the exciting activity agendas.
We recommend and trust Monkey Puzzle Epsom whole heartedly.

My husband and I are so impressed with Monkey Puzzle Epsom. Albeit our first experience with a nursery, you can tell just how much every staff member cares about the children. My child was made to feel so welcome, cared for and settled. A great foundation, as he's now happy as anything to head in!
He absolutely loves all the activities and toys, it's lovely to get all the updates and pics throughout the day. I looked around a lot or nurseries and I'm very happy that we chose MP - it's exceeded our expectations.

My daughter started at a different nursery but never really settled. Since starting at monkey puzzle she has absolutely thrived and loves all the staff and the environment. She is so happy and I couldn't be more thankful for all the staff who have really welcomed us and made her feel so safe and
happy. Two staff members in particular in her room have been especially good with her and the manager is very welcoming and approachable.

My daughter started Epsom Monkey Puzzle at the end of January 2025, since then she has grown so much.
The staff go above and beyond, my daughter is currently in the baby room. Her nursery teachers are spectacular, they are nutaring, fun friendly, they really do care. I was so worried leaving my
little girl and they made me feel such at ease. The nursery is clean and tidy. There routine is so good with all the little ones. I am so pleased I went with Monkey puzzle. I couldn't thank Laura and Enrika enough to how they are with my daughter. They just have a natural way with children. They seem to be one of the best if not the best nursery settings in Epsom x

Fantastic nursery , my son is always kept busy with so many fun activities and the garden is great for them to play outside in , all staff members are brilliant , highly recommend this nursery my child absolutely loves it there.

Monkey Puzzle has been such a refreshing and wonderful environment for our little girl to join.
She moved from another nursery and we are so happy with the settling and change.
She runs in each morning and when we collect her she's always happy and smiling.
The staff are so helpful, supportive
and friendly and communicate everything so well making you feel so close to everything that is going on with your child.
The setting is immaculate and the space is so well thought out. The leaving environment is really engaging for the children.
We are so happy with everything at Monkey Puzzle and would highly recommend to anyone looking!

Myself as a parent and my child have had such a positive start here at Monkey Puzzle and only continues to get better. My little boy started here in October last year, the staff were brilliant at making sure he settled so well. He has come on so much since starting Monkey Puzzle Epsom. I couldn't be

My daughter started Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery this year and I'm so happy for her to be there. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The nursery has lots of variety of equipment and different tasks that she can do that help her growth it's also very clean and a safe environment for all children.
She has made little friends also who are all lovely which makes me super proud and very happy overall thank you everyone at Monkey Puzzle Epsom!

My son absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle Epsom. He has settled so well thanks to the amazing staff. The staff are caring and kind and he has made friends with all the children. The nursery is clean and safe and I am very happy with my choice of nursery.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Epsom has gone above and beyond for my son. In the beginning, he was a little unsettled and the team was great at keeping us updated on his day, as well as sending us photos of him playing throughout the day so we could see he was happy. I highly recommend the nursery,
right from the tour we felt all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

My niece has started the new nursery this month, they held their first event for parents to join a wonderful and spooky tea party with activities and a little chat with all the staff which was lovely, the nursery is a wonderful nature, Morden, very clean and secure environment with the outside being
wow factor with a separate garden for babies and starting to see vegetables and herbs patches for the children to grow for their variety of lovely meals for the chef. All the staff are very welcoming and can see they all have a lot of passion in their roles to give the children the best. The management team are all on hand to answer questions and give advice with understanding funding, adding more days and overall being very helpful. My niece walks into nursery with a smile every day, which gives my sister peace that she chose the right nursery for her daughter so she can go to work, the app they use is great as have daily updates, weekly photos sent of what she's been doing and learning.

Our two children started at Monkey Puzzle in September 2024. The staff have been incredibly kind and caring, and we've had great communication both in person and through the app. The environment is warm and friendly, and the staff are fantastic! The garden is a great size, with plenty of things for
the children to play with, including tricycles, scooters, water play/watering cans and an outside obstacle course (and so much more).
Both of our children have settled in so quickly and they look forward to going. We have been so happy with our decision and the care and support from everyone at Monkey Puzzle (and supporting with potty training our son!). They do regular activities with the kids, recently they have been cutting up pumpkins to make soup, painting, drawing, making balloon bats, making pasta jewellery and they had a visit from a friendly hamster.
We highly recommend Monkey Puzzle to all parents looking for a nurturing and engaging nursery for their little ones.

This is a fantastic new nursery, that my daughter is really enjoying going to. Extremely well run, with brilliant, caring and friendly staff. The babies' space is excellent and has lots of different things for them to do, plus there's a great outside area too.

My child started nursery in September and has loved every day. The staff are so welcoming and kind, they also frequently update their app which is great and allows me to have peace of mind my child is sleeping, eating and playing well. The nursery is always clean too, I really don't have a bad word
to say about it at all!

My daughter started the nursery in September 2024. I am very impressed with the staff and manager. They are professional and helpful and always keep me up to date with what my daughter is doing at nursery.
There is an app I can use to see what my daughter is doing at nursery each day.
The
manager has a kind soul, always there to help when needed.
The nursery itself is beautiful and always clean.
Very impressed! Couldn't have asked for a better nursery for my daughter.
