Friendly, warm, interesting and varied days for the children! The additional events, eg Halloween stay and play, and remembrance talks are great additional enrichment The staff have been wonderful in helping my child settle

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 8 months. I do not have enough good words to say about the nursery. They offer a superb service and is one that all the team should be proud of. The staff are amazing, they take such good care of the children but to a level that is so personal to the child. The management are super friendly. They do great activities with the children and use the app to keep the parents informed. They are flexible with your routine and ensuring they meet the families needs with naps etc. We have experience of other nurseries with our eldest child and Rafakidz standards are above and beyond. We cannot thank you enough for all you do.

This is an absolutely fantastic nursery I have had four children go here and they all loved it!! They are so good with children with more complex needs to. I can not recommend this nursery enough. The staff are amazing and they give 110% to every child!!

Excellent care and caring and supportive staff. They provide good meals and creative activities for the children. The outdoor garden is good with some facilities for outdoor play. They did trips vs out of the nursery which was great, like walking in the woods.

Rafakids have been absolutely amazing, our son has cerebral palsy and they have been so supportive and proactive with getting things in place for him. We have regular meetings regarding his progression and his overall nursery journey. The staff are all so friendly and give great updates on his day and what he has eaten through the app and when we collect him, if I ever have any questions they always take the time to answer them. Our son absolutely loves going to nursery and has progressed so far since going. We can't thank you all enough.

My little girl loves coming to nursery, all the staff are friendly and happy to help with any issues that I may have. She always seems to have a new, fun activity. Most days, I struggle to get her to come home with me. She has progressed so well with her confidence, speech and other general milestones. I feel confident leaving her in the care of the staff there, even though I miss her like crazy, it's always such a joy to see her interact with other kids.

All staff are so welcoming, no matter what time of day. I am always kept up to date with all that is going on with my child and any plans/special days the nursery has lined up. The level of care and communication is there to be seen, and the interaction I receive with the staff is faultless. Each week, my wife and I feel we could not have chosen a better nursery for our son to attend, leaving us with a warm thankful feeling. We see the progression our son is making through the exceptional work of all at the nursery.

The staff at this nursery are lovely and supportive. From calming fussy drop offs, and helping with potty training, to discussing developmental concerns, providing reassurance to me as a parent, and lending an extra hand to a parent struggling to wrangle a toddler into the car at home time, I've found the staff to be proactive, well informed, and more than ready to to help in anyway they can. Each of the rooms have a well thought out layout and activities plan for the week, exposing children to lots of different experiences. The nursery calendar includes celebrating holidays and special dates (like world book day and armed forces day) with exciting activities. The daily routine encourages independence such as getting their own drinks and going to the toilet by themselves, and teaches lots fundamental knowledge like the weather, days, and seasons. As a result the nursery feels like an extension of our family, and our son has thrived in such a supportive environment.

My daughter started attending this nursery aged 10 months, the staff have been brilliant throughout her time there, they really care for the children and she is happy to go in to see her key worker each day and happy at the end of each day. Lovely staff, lovely facilities. Would defo recommend.

My son loves RAFAkidz and looks forward to going in to get involved in activities and learning in preparation for school next year. The staff are always so welcoming and accommodating and always greet us with a positive warm attitude. My son has made some strong bonds with the staff in his class and I couldn't have asked for a better environment for my son.

Staff extremely competent and friendly. The team are very communicative and caring towards our children. Also very helpful with regards to any extra sessions or change in sessions. My children love going to RAFA and it's made me feel so much better about leaving them knowing that they enjoy it so much! Neither of them look back now when handing them to a member of staff or walking in through the door. It's been lovely to see their bond with team members grow.

We love this nursery, our son is really happy. The staff are really friendly and helpful and really care about our son. He eats really well there and they feed him really healthy food. He does lots of activities and plays in the garden. He is very happy and is thriving. They communicate with us well.

Our toddler loves nursery and the staff there. Communication is really good between the staff and parents, and we love the use of the app. Our son eats healthy balanced meals whilst at nursery and almost always clears his plate. He has developed leaps and bounds since starting in the baby room, and is now a very happy and confident little boy. He has lots of opportunities for messy / water play and arts and crafts. The nursery is good value for money relative to other nurseries near by, and the building is well suited for the nursery setting. Staff act professionally and encourage my sons development by reviewing his progress and inviting us to parents evening. Drop off and pick up is very easy, with a large amount of flexibility and with a dedicated car park.

Our daughter has been with RAFA Kidz for over a year and is progressing brilliantly. She enjoys everyday and comes home very happy. Workers support her through development and give us daily feedback on how her day has gone, what she's done and highlights of her day. Highly recommend!

I can't thank the staff at RAFA kidz abbeywood enough, my little girl loves her time there, the staff are so attentive and kind, and she's learning more and more everyday. I'd highly recommend this as a brilliant nursery to anyone that asks.

Both of my children attend/have attended ABW nursery, both in it's previous and current guises. They both enjoy going to nursery and have a great time. Both room and management staff are friendly and competent, and are genuinely keen to work with parents to get the best outcome for every child.

I collect from nursery once a week and it is a pleasure to enter such a happy buzzing atmosphere and see so many smiling little faces. The staff are always helpful, friendly and have time for a chat. My visits are always so positive, make me smile and feel a little younger! My very best wishes to all the staff both those in the nursery rooms and those behind the scenes, the meals sound lovely. My son has been going to the nursery for a very short time, but I'm very happy with the care the team gives him. As being first time mum they are always very kind to give me advice on how to improve my abilities at home as well. Their experience helps me on a daily basis to bring him up the best possible way.

We've been at RAFA Kidz since they opened at Abbey Wood and can't speak highly enough of the care and education. My son is happy, confident and thriving! Staff are dedicated, caring and passionate. He's grown socially, creatively and academically. We love the warm atmosphere and staff's effort to engage and value each child. Highly recommend!

Great and really helpful staff at Rafa Kidz ABW. They keep me and my wife updated on his daily activities in the nursery. Staff are very prompt in giving us a call if there are any health or general wellbeing concerns. My son loves it there and enjoys spending time with the staff assigned to him.
