My child has been here for around a year and I'm honestly really pleased with how things have gone. He seems happy there, comfortable with the staff, and settled with the other children, which is the main thing for me. He's made lovely progress since starting, and I can see the effort that goes into
keeping the children busy and engaged. Communication is usually very good through the day, which I really appreciate, and he enjoys the meals too. Very occasionally an update gets missed, but I know how busy it can get. Overall, I feel grateful for how well my child has been looked after and I'd happily recommend this nursery.

Our kid loves N Family Greenwich. She started at 10 months of age and whilst I was super worried about putting her in daycare this early, the carers at the nursery have been incredible with her. My kid enjoys her days, exploring many different activities and comes back white fulfilled and tired. Her
energy is definitely directed in more fruitful ways than at home and she never cries going into daycare, which is the best sign in my opinion.

Very good settling in experience, staff is excellent and super attentive, very warm atmosphere, great food variety, amazing app to keep parents updated. Our LO feels at home there already after only one month.

Choosing N Family Club was the easiest "yes" we've ever made. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the warm atmosphere and modern, beautifully organised facilities. What truly stood out was the team - everyone knows every child by name.
The dedicated parents' area is such a
thoughtful touch - it makes it so easy to take a quick work call or catch up on something important without stress, especially with refreshments and warm baked goods available.
Our baby started at just 6 months old and the transformation has been incredible. In only a few months, we've seen huge leaps in motor skills, confidence with solids, sleep patterns and social development.
We are especially grateful to his wonderful key person, Simi. Her patience, dedication, and genuine warmth each morning mean so much to us. While the entire team is fantastic, Simi has made a truly lasting impact on our family.
Enrolling here has been the best decision for our baby's growth and happiness. Thank you!

Our experience with N Family Club Greenwich has been nothing short of incredible. As a first time Mum anxious to return to work it was daunting finding somewhere for my son. The staff are attentive, caring and genuinely interested in the health and well being of the children they care for. Our son
has been with them since September and although has had moments of being unsettled at drop off (not due to the nursery!) I know he's
loving every minute there! The staff and team communicate well with me and my husband throughout the day with regular updates. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Overall very satisfied with the nursery. Friendly and professional staff, good food and clean environment. My baby is always very excited to go to the nursery. They have different plans for each day and help developing different skills.

Where to start? N family - Greenwich has been fab since the get go. Our daughter started attending around the age of 9 months and we have been so impressed by the level of care that goes into the nursery. Every member of staff knows our daughter's name, the place is clean, modern and a wonderful
space for kids to learn and be safe. The daily meals are impressive and the chef is so friendly and loved by all the kids. The teachers are amazing, all so clearly care for the children, and prepare such wonderful and varied activities for the kids each day. The app is updated constantly throughout the day and the team will always respond to any questions. They've helped us navigate nap transitions and bottle reductions. Our key worker is fantastic, we couldn't fault her!
Thank you so much to N family for our introduction into the world of nursery! You have been amazing. We'll miss you guys lots!

I am excited to share my experience with N Family Club - Greenwich, where my son has been happily attending for the past five months since he was 11 months old.
The activities he is engaged in are truly focused on his development. It's lovely to see him excited to participate in various play and
learning experiences every day.
Each member of staff, not just those in my son's classroom, has shown kindness and professionalism from the first day. I appreciate the hard work they put in, as I know caring for little ones can be challenging. They really care about each child, which provides me with immense peace of mind as a parent.
Everyone in the management team is incredibly kind, making us feel like part of the community.
The nursery's receptionist, impresses me daily with her ability to remember names and faces. Her warm greetings and positive spirit make dropping off and picking up my son a joyful experience. She is a truly amazing!

The nursery is exceptional! We cannot recommend it enough.
Our daughter started attending the nursery in April 2024 and it was the best decision to join. The facilities are beautiful and always very clean. The menu is balanced, diverse and 'really nice' according to our daughter. The management
team are supportive, helpful and always lovely to talk to.
The teachers are great, they prepare new and exciting activities for the kids every day and maintain a high learning standard. They teach the kids to be kind, respectful of each other and the environment around them as well as develop their creativity and understanding of the world. The teachers are also very supportive, caring and our daughter loves them all. The parents receive updates every day on the nursery app with lots of pictures - these updates are the highlight of my day.
Our daughter attended 2 other nurseries before joining N Greenwich and here we have ALL been the happiest.

We've had such a positive experience with N Family! From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about the children and works hard to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Our child has grown so
much in confidence and independence since starting here. The daily activities are creative and engaging.
The setting itself is clean, bright, and well-organized, with plenty of indoor and outdoor play opportunities. Most importantly, our child is happy and excited to go in every day - and that peace of mind is priceless.

We absolutely love N. Nursery Greenwich - our son is very happy and has been thriving since we joined last year. The staff is so patient and supportive and they really create a homely, caring atmosphere for the children and for the parents too. We travel a long way to get to nursery as we live quite
far, but it's really worthy. We are also very grateful for the healthy menu N. Nursery provides, our son went from a fussy eater to eating happily the food there. Super recommending the Greenwich team at N. Nursery!

Great nursery, our child is so happy there! the staff is very professional, management is supportive of their teams, takes on feedback and is always happy to help parents. I love the library with themed packs that kids can take home to learn new things, very representative of N's investment in
children's education. I was going to forget about the food... the menu is great and kids love it, the free fruit when leaving nursery develops the taste for healthy snacks. The facilities are clean and recent, kids go out every day twice a day... honestly it is all positive!

My daughter has been going to N Family Greenwich since Sep'24 and I think that it's been our best decision so far. I can see that our child is very happy and joyful there. The staff do everything they can to provide the best care for children. The food is always tasty (I can see that my daughter
eats very well there), activities are thoroughly planned, the communication with parents is at high level. I would also like to say thank you to the management team that is always open to any comments/suggestions and handles any requests as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this place!

My daughter started at N Family Club in May, shortly after its opening. I was initially anxious moving her to a new nursery but it's been the best decision we could have made. It is a very welcoming and nurturing environment and she's nothing but thriving at N Family Club. All the staff we're
interacting with are very passionate, caring, proactive and are creating a lovely playing and learning environment for the children. I know it should be a given, but at N family Club I don't have to worry about my daughter's safety and through regular updates I'm being kept updated about activities and learning progress. My daughter is now in the preschool room and the curriculum is the best I've seen at a nursery. She loves going into nursery every day and I can see that she's being prepared very well in time for starting school next year.

I was one of those very nervous mums not wanting to separate from their child and send them to nursery. However, I could have not imagined a better settling-in process and nursery for my little boy to have gone to. I am incredibly impressed and grateful for the deep care, thoughtful attitude and
endless energy of all of the staff. The facilities are absolutely amazing (+ brand new), the food is freshly cooked on-site every day, the variety of activities - simply mind-blowing. My boy goes to nursery with joy and comes back home very happy (and tired). I receive regular updates on the daily progress of my boy alongside some lovely photos. I would like to specially call out our key person and room manager, who is absolutely fantastic and ensures our personal requirements/regime are met. I could not recommend the nursery more! A lovely, nurturing place where for the last 2 months I can see how much my little boy has grown up and developed. Thank you all and keep up the great work!

We are very happy with N Family Club, our baby has adapted perfectly and she loves going to nursery. The staff is fantastic and we feel we made the best decision. We have a lot of information on the day-to-day from the app, not only info but many pictures which we love and give us ideas for

Our little one started the Nursery earlier this month. We had a great experience so far. Facilities are well designed and happy spaces to be in. Carers are attentive and responsive to our little one's needs. We get updates during the day on what the little one is up to. We are happy with the
curriculum too. Also, the nursery management gave us a great onboarding experience.

Our son has been at N Family since this branch opened and we've had a really positive experience. The transition was smooth, the staff are communicative, experienced and very attentive. The kids feel at home right away. The curriculum is also great, our son's language and confidence have exploded.
We love the focus on different types of activities they get every week, forest school and Spanish. The teachers are all friendly, warm and respectful and that respect is passed down to the kids which is fantastic.

This is THE best nursery you can think of. Flexible to accommodate your and your child's needs, they offer support from the first day in the nursery, they REALLY listen to you and your child. My baby LOVES being there and I really worried she would never adapt. I honestly like coming to the nursery
even to have a coffee and chat with the staff (and the best front of house manager ever!). I think I have seen over 30 nurseries. There was no place that comes close to this nursery. Development-wise, activities, toys, space, staff - this is honestly such a difference in our life. Thank you N Nursery Greenwich, you made a second home for our baby.
