My son moved to the N Group over two months ago and absolutely loves it! Not only is he kept busy with all the fun activities but he is mentally stimulated and has come on leaps and bounds in the short time he has been there. Lovely staff and wonderful atmosphere. Thank you N Group

Such friendly supportive staff who have really taken the time to get to know my daughter. Communication at drop off and pick up is great, and they keep you updated on the app during the day which is very reassuring for an anxious parent leaving their child for the first time.

My son has been attending N Club for over a year. The management/admin staff are very welcoming at drop off/pick up, they make themselves available if you need to talk and they are responsive to messages. The teaching staff are enthusiastic and provide lots of engaging learning opportunities for the children. The level of visibility parents have of the daily/weekly activities, meals, toileting, etc far exceeds that provided by other nurseries we've experienced. In addition, the long hours, flexible drop off/pick up times and the brilliant home-cooked meals (3 per day) and snacks (2 per day), which are all included, are really helpful and make the juggle much easier!

We were abit nervous about sending our daughter to a brand new nursery that had opened in the area without any history to go with. However, its been the best risk we took. The staff at all levels have been amazing and give each child individual attention, noone is just a number or name. My daughter loves it and we have seen her develop in the most amazing ways and make new friends. Its lovely to hear her talk so fondly about her day and her teachers at home. Overall, N family is a great nursery with a great team of caring staff looking after your child as well as parents as can approach them anytime and they will go out of their way to help you.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at N Family Maidenhead. From day one, the team has been so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Drop-offs and pick-ups are always smooth, and everyone greets us with a smile - it really sets the tone for the day! A special thank you to Mariyah, Ruth, Shivani, and Abi who have been absolutely wonderful with our little boy. The range of activities they plan is amazing, and we've already noticed so many positive developmental changes since he started. It's heartwarming to see how quickly he's learning and how happy he is every day. The management team has also been fantastic. Abi and her team are always approachable and responsive, and Terry made us feel so confident before our son even started. I've been so impressed with how everything runs - it's made our return to full-time work so much easier knowing our son is in such great hands. Just a huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a nurturing, inspiring environment!

Our daughter has been at N Family for over a year and loves it. The staff are very friendly and dedicated. She is well looked after and happy around her peers. She is more confident as a toddler and we feel she is thriving.

This nursery was recommended to me and after being with them for a few months we can see the change in our child. They love going to nursery and enjoy all the experience they have to offer there. All the children are happy, the facilities are excellent and all the staff are fantastic. I trust them with the care of my child and it is the best decision we have ever made. I can't praise them enough!

Our daughter has been at the N Nursery in Maidenhead since November 2024 and we (including her) couldn't be happier! There's so much to love about the nursery. Most important, the staff are excellent - always really friendly and great with our daughter (beyond her key worker, who is fantastic, and the staff in her room, who are also fantastic - all the staff say hello, from the management staff at reception to the chefs). They're also really knowledgeable about child development, which comes out clearly both in their curriculum and how they are with the kids and the activities they do with them. The food is amazing, they send a menu out each week for the following week and it's always fresh, healthy and full of variety. The site is lovely too, right next to the river so away from road traffic and in amongst nature. This also means the kids get to go on outings to the river, which our daughter loves. We're super happy with the nursery and have nothing bad to say about it!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the nursery - it truly deserves 5 star review. The staff are caring, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make both children and parents feel welcome. Communication is excellent, the environment is warm and nurturing, and I have complete confidence that our son is happy, safe, and thriving here. We would wholeheartedly recommend the nursery to any family looking for a place where their child will be valued and cared for. We will genuinely miss it when our son starts school in September, as it has been such a positive and important part of his early years.

When our child first started at N family right after its opening. Like many new ventures, there were initial challenges and a period of adjustment. The appointment of the new manager marked a significant turning point and a remarkable transformation in communication, the recruitment of more experienced staff which contributing to a more stable and nurturing environment. This led to positive atmosphere. It's clear that staff are happy, and their contentment radiates through their interactions with the children and parents. Special thank you to: one lady is truly great. Her welcoming demeanor and efficiency create a fantastic first impression and make every encounter a smooth experience. the chef, is not only friendly and kind but also incredibly accommodating. We're especially grateful for their understanding and attentiveness to our son's additional needs. Overall, incredibly pleased with the progress at N. truly wonderful and thriving environment for our kid

Wonderful nursery, the staff is so professional too. The food menu is so balanced and nutritious. We had the best year there, and we've noticed huge improvements in our daughter's speech and social skills

After visiting most nurseries in Maidenhead, we chose N Family and I'm so relieved we did! Leaving my baby with anyone but family felt impossible, but the team here made it easy. Communication is outstanding-from management to room staff-emails are responded to quickly, and updates via the app include meals, naps, nappies, and photos. They're honest and transparent, keeping us informed if she's unwell or needs extra support. The food is incredible-healthy, balanced, and better than what I eat! The staff are kind, warm, and deeply engaged with the children, supporting their development every step of the way. The nursery itself is beautiful, clean, with high-quality toys, a fantastic outdoor area, and access to nearby nature walks. They celebrate diversity, milestones, and always have something exciting going onlike watching caterpillars transform into butterflies. I truly feel we've given our daughter the best start with N Family Maidenhead.,

N Family Maidenhad is without a doubt the best nursery in the UK, we are 100% satisfied in all aspect. The leadership team is extremely competent, the structure is impeccable, the menu is balanced/ healthy and it has a huge garden so that the children can enjoy and play a lot. Lovely nursery with friendly staff and exceptional facilities in a dream riverside setting. All the team are great but there are some really stellar practitioners who treat my children with care and love and who facilitate an excellent level of learning

this is an incredibly good place to take children. my son really likes it, and this is the main thing for me. professional staff, clean premises and a balanced menu. highly recommend to those who are still looking for a perfect nursery.

We're so happy our daughter is at N club Maidenhead. All the staff have so much genuine enthusiasm for what they do, it's a happy friendly, nurturing environment - the managerial staff are always happy to help, the chef is so friendly (and her meals seem to be a big hit!) but particular thanks to two members of staff in the Cove for always going the extra mile to provide the best experience and giving us complete confidence our daughter is in the safest hands. At just 15 months she seems excited to go to (and sad to leave) nursery - even takes her n club bag to the door hopefully on days she isn't there. Thanks all at N!
