Our daughter has been attending the nursery since July 2023, and we couldn't be happier with how well she is thriving there. Since Biljana joined in May of this year, the nursery has improved tremendously. Although it is part of a larger chain, it truly feels like a close-knit family. The staff
clearly care deeply about one another and, most importantly, about every single child.
The daily communication is wonderful and incredibly reassuring, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to support and nurture the children. You can genuinely feel the love, dedication, and passion the staff have for their work, and it shines through in everything they do. We feel very grateful knowing our daughter is cared for in such a warm, supportive, and loving environment.
We have complete confidence in the nursery and fully plan on keeping our daughter here until she starts school, and we also look forward to enrolling her little sister when she's old enough :)

We couldn't wish for a better nursery for our 11-month-old daughter, Aaliyah. The team at Kinderzimmer South Kensington is truly outstanding. In the babies' room, Susie and Öznur have been absolutely exceptional-so warm, nurturing, and attentive. From the very first settling-in sessions, they made
sure Aaliyah felt safe, comforted, and confident, helping her settle beautifully.
The rest of the team are equally dedicated and supportive, creating a calm, joyful, and caring environment every single day.
The nursery itself is modern, spotless, and built to incredibly high standards.
We also love the hour by hour updates with messages , which keep us closely connected to Aaliyah's day. Most importantly, she is thriving-happy, growing, and excited to explore.
We highly recommend Kinderzimmer South Kensington to anyone

Our son Carlo (1 yo) started at Kinderzimmer South Kensington in September, and after two months we couldn't be happier. He's always cheerful and excited to go in the morning, and we pick him up just as happy at the end of the day. The environment is beautiful and brand new, with bright spaces and
even a lovely outdoor area.
The staff are absolutely fantastic - truly lovely people. A special thank you to all the teachers, who are incredibly caring, attentive, and always greet us with a smile. We feel completely confident that Carlo is in the best hands.
We're so grateful to have found such a nurturing, joyful place for our son. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Nursery Experience at Kinderzimmer South Kensington!
We couldn't wish for a better nursery for our 18-month-old son. The team is truly outstanding - Biljana, Khadizah, Jodie, Lindsay, Leah, Mary, Dhovi, Susie and everyone else are incredibly dedicated and caring. Their commitment was
especially evident during the London tube strikes, when all staff remained fully present and supportive.
The facility itself is modern, spotless, and built to the highest standards. The extended opening hours offer fantastic flexibility for working parents, which we deeply appreciate.
We receive regular updates with messages and photos, keeping us closely connected to our son's daily experiences. Most importantly, he is thriving-happy, growing, and walking into nursery each day with a big smile (and as we all know, children never fake joy!).
We highly recommend Kinderzimmer to any parent looking for a nurturing, professional, and joyful environment. Thank you for the incredible support!

We are absolutely delighted with our choice of Kinderzimmer for our now 18-month-old daughter. The management and carers are incredibly friendly, caring, attentive. They truly take the time to get to know each child as an individual, and the atmosphere is consistently warm and loving.
The food
offering is varied and nutritious, and the daily activities are wonderfully diverse - from creative play to regular time outdoors. The children spend time in the garden every day or go on little outings, which our daughter absolutely loves.
We also really appreciate the Kinderzimmer app, which keeps us updated every day about our daughter's meals, naps, and activities, and provides a lovely, personalised weekly summary full of photos and kind words.
After the settling-in period, she now goes to nursery happily every morning, and we feel very confident and comfortable leaving her in such caring hands. We couldn't be happier with Kinderzimmer and highly recommend it to any parents.

Excellent experience! My son started at 8months and we've had a very smooth settling in period. I can tell that he's having a great time because whenever I pick him up he is happy and extremely smiley with staff members. In just a couple weeks he went from barely being able to sit on his own to
crawling!
The head of nursery has been incredible! She knows all the details about every kid in the nursery and is really on top of any medical condition/medication that needs to be taken. The staff members have been excellent in taking great care of my son and they managed to make him nap according to a specific schedule, which is of immense help!
Finally, the app has been a great tool because it gives me all the details I need in terms of how much he ate and slept so I can plan the rest of the evening accordingly.

kinderzimmer South Kensington has exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The facilities are positively top-of-the-line, no expense spared; from the garden, to the kitchens, play and sleep areas it's like a five-star hotel. Most importantly to me, the staff is what truly sets this place
apart. Every single member of the staff is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely loves children. My daughter can't wait to get to school every morning, and I have the peace of mind that she is well taken care of. Besides being fully entertained throughout the day with a plethora of learning activities, she is always well-fed and changed immediately. She has never been able to nap at her previous nursery and she was able to nap here on her first day! She's always sent home with a clean nappy and a huge smile. The communication with the nursery is excellent with the help of the app and the head of nursery will make you feel like you and your child are of the highest priority. Can't recommend this nursery enough!
