Excellent nursery. The children get to experience so much here. Staff are very friendly and approachable.

Avon Valley is INCREDIBLE! My son has attended for 2 months and the nursery has exceeded every expectation. The facilities are second to none, especially the outside space and how much time is spent outdoors. Also using other facilities of Avon valley e.g soft play and animals. Being sent a photo of your child going down the famous big rainbow slide with his key worker and the biggest smile on his face is the best feedback of all. The management team are fantastic- welcoming and approachable, know all of the children and always check in. The amazing relationship my son built with his keyworker within a matter of weeks is something I never would have thought possible. The team in babies room are absolutely brilliant, all so friendly, provide feedback and organise the most lovely activities. I love receiving the photos and updates and the detailed end of day report. I feel like I'm sending my son for a fun filled adventure day out with wonderful people- not to a daycare!

The manager and the preschool staff are outstanding, professional, nurturing and passionate about the children in their care. Our daughter has thrived during her time here, developing not only socially and emotionally, but she has also gained the confidence and skills needed for a smooth transition to primary school. The preschool environment is safe and engaging, with plenty of outdoor play, and the staff set clear boundaries to promote positive behaviour. It has been a joy to watch our daughter flourish, and we are so grateful for the care of the whole Avon Valley team.

My son has been going to Avon Valley Nursery now for 4 months and started just before his first birthday. As any parent, I was extremely nervous to give my child to people I didn't know to look after, but after our first intro session I was so at ease and reassured that it was a lovely environment. All the staff that look after my son are so kind to him, he really is so happy whenever I drop him off. He actually waves me out the door now with the biggest smile on his face, which as a parent is amazing to see and makes me so proud of him. It really is thanks to the baby room staff that look after him, and make everyday so fun and exciting and make him so happy to be there. I get regular updates throughout the day, he eats great food and gets to go outside everyday to visit the farm. 10/10 recommend!

The team at Avon Valley have been fantastic with my son and getting him settled. The management have been so informative and supportive and the team in babies have been attentive and kind. My son loves it here and we feel secure in knowing he's being very well looked after. We also find the app really helpful - the updates are wonderful to look at throughout the day. Thanks so much for everything!

Avon Valley goes above and beyond to care for the children and it's so evident every day! The kids get to go out onto the farm and experience what the park has to offer which is amazing and every day our son has a tale to tell about a walk, feeding the animals, soft play or other outdoor play areas that he's loved playing with! In addition, they love being in the room where the staff keep them engaged, safe and happy every single day. I couldn't recommend the setting enough!

Our daughter has flourished since joining Avon Valley Nursery and Pre School. Her communication skills, imaginative play, learning development have progressed vastly since joining this setting. The nursery provide amazing care and it is clear the children are their priority. Our daughter loves attending and can't wait to start the day. Will be sad when she leaves for school as this setting has been key to her development and happiness.

My daughter loves her nursery, she enjoys trips to the farm and soft play. She knows the staff and I find her saying a lot of their names on nursery morning or even weekends. My daughter has had some colds and bugs this winter and the nursery have provided great care, kept us updated on how her day is going and called when needed to collect. We are very happy and could not fault the nursery at all.

My daughter has been at this nursery since it opened and it has been the most fantastic nursery experience. The staff are caring and attentive and clearly know each child well and their little personalities! She is naturally quite introverted, but has become much more comfortable interacting with other children and adults and is clearly so comfortable and happy in this nursery environment. The day-to-day experience she gets there is incredible - the animal and outdoor facilities are amazing and they spend around half of their time exploring the site and seeing, handling and feeding the animals. It is such a unique and amazing setting and we feel so privileged to have this nursery in our area.

The setting is a lovely, peaceful environment with such friendly welcoming faces everyday! The staff really love their job and the management team are friendly and approachable! Thank you for making my little girls experience a brilliant one! She has really settled well and is her development and independence has come on leaps and bounds!

I would like to start off with how beautiful this place is. The grounds it’s on and the facilities and outdoor animals ect, they have is amazing. My son loves coming to nursery, which was a real worry for us with him starting a nursery. The manager from looking around the nursery to my son starting has been so knowledgeable and reassuring every step of the way. The staff are excellent with updating me on how my son has been ect. I’m so happy I’ve found a place my son loves and will learn and thrive in. Highly recommend.

Myself and my wife visited many local nurseries, including several that had been recommended to us by friends, before settling on Avon Valley. We knew instantly this was the place for our little boy. The staff show kindness and compassion; they give plenty of reassurance and are beyond knowledgeable. The manager, in particular, welcomed us with understanding and a wealth of knowledge. We really liked how open and honest she was, how professional she came across and how my son gravitated towards her instantly - something he does not do lightly! The setting itself is fantastic, with varied educational resources, and the grounds are simply amazing. We feel very lucky to have a place for our son here.

Transition to the new setting was seamless. The staff care for the children and meet all needs, going above and beyond. My child’s confidence, vocabulary and personality are shining through and confidence building rapidly with each staff member's guidance and ability to adapt to each child’s needs. They go in happily and come home happy and tired.

My niece absolutely loves coming to nursery and always comes home with a smile on her face, she started when the nursery first opened and, wow, what can I say? Can't fault it. The staff are amazing, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

My son started this nursery when it opened and has so far had the best time! There were tears the first few times I dropped him off but now he smiles when the door is opened and can’t wait to go inside. The staff are very caring and easy to talk to, they are professional but lots of fun as well. I have great confidence in the manager who is approachable and friendly. The variety of activities is amazing. I was attracted to this nursery because of the space, my son can run about, explore, and play, and is always learning something new. It’s quiet, away from roads, and feels overall really safe.

Unbelievable nursery. My daughter was born in lockdown and has only ever been with people she knows but she has been at Avon Valley since September and she gets upset on the days she isn’t in nursery, she literally skips into nursery as she loves it so much. The staff are amazing and the nursery and its surroundings are unbelievable. My daughter sees the animals in the park daily. She has really come out of her shell since going to Avon Valley and comes home and tells us what she has been doing that day about her “teachers” and her friends. The room she is in is big and has lots of activities, the food choice is brilliant and the children are involved in helping with the prep of snacks, so far we have had apple cake and crumble brought home to us. My daughter has only been there for 11 months as she starts school next year (September 24) but it will be the best 11 months.
