Amazing little nursery. My little boy has been going since sept 2025 and he loves it. All the staff are brilliant and always fantastic with my son. He goes in very happy and comes out very happy. I love the updates throughout the day. Couldn't recommend them more.

The girls at Rafa Kidz Boulmer have created such a loving, safe and nurturing environment, for all children that attend their center. The staff take time to learn each child as an individual and to create strong bonds. My daughter talks about her key workers on a daily basis, even refusing to let me
do her hair and will wait for the staff at nursery to do it for her. The learning through play environment is carefully thought through, to ensure all children are able to access age appropriate activities. My daughter is thriving and is safe in this setting, by reading her body language and communicate with staff. The staff go above and beyond to make parents and children feel comfortable. This is reflective in the strong bonds staff form with the children. Words are always followed through with action and I'm so lucky such a practice exists in the community.

Great experience at RAFA Kidz in Longhoughton. My daughter has been going here for over a year now and has come on so much in her confidence, speech and development. I could not recommend them enough. The staff have gone over and above to accommodate her.

My daughter has been with nursery for a few months now and she is doing amazing although she can't talk she shows she loves nursery how fast she runs through the door without a second thought. Staff have always been brilliant never feel like your hand over is rushed always happy with their feedback.
She eats well and seems to enjoy all her meals always take safety seriously and remind families to update all information regularly. Overall myself and her dad are very happy with choosing RafaKidz and look forward to watching her grow here.

The staff here are absolutely excellent, the care they show the children and their families is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, they have been extremely supportive. Very informative handovers when collecting my little one and great communication in general. Meal choices are a great variety
for the children to try and the menu is displayed for parents to see.

This nursery is absolutely outstanding. The staff are approachable caring and understanding. The setting is beautiful. They do fantastic activities. My child has came on leaps and bounds coming to Rafa Kidz Boulmer. The confidence he has brown, his speech has improved and gross motor skills have
improved his physiotherapist is really impressed! We will be very sad when the time comes for our child to move settings we wished he could stay there forever! I highly recommend this nursery to everyone who asks what nursery my child goes to.

RAFA Kidz in Longhoughton is fantastic. All of the team have been super friendly and professional and our son loves his time here. The app is updated with photos regularly so we know what our child has been doing, and always a friendly handover talking about all the great things they've been doing.
Communication is really good from the team. I highly recommend this nursery!

My son has been going to RAFA Boulmer for the past 5 months, and during that time we have seen such wonderful progress in him. The care, patience, and genuine dedication shown by the staff have truly made a difference to his development. Since starting, his confidence has grown so much, and it has
been lovely to watch him become more comfortable interacting with other children and adults.
The team create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where he clearly feels happy and secure. He often talks about his day with excitement, which gives us great reassurance as parents. His communication skills, independence, and social abilities have all come on in leaps and bounds, and he is developing into a well-rounded, happy toddler.
We are so grateful for the support and kindness the staff show every day, and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives.

My little girl attends the nursery and my son goes to the holiday club with her. He loves going and constantly asks when he can go next. The girls are great there with him and I know he's gaving the most fun day and amazing care.

Both my boys attended RAFA Kidz nursery and I couldn't have hoped for a better environment for them to have experienced at such a young age. Starting with the staff, each and every member was named by my boys at some stage, always in a positive light. They obviously had their favourites, staff who'd
perhaps gone above and beyond to make sure they felt heard, cared for but most importantly, safe. The nursery always showcased a number of activities which I could see via the App with daily/weekly photo updates. The staff always made time to update the app with what they had got up to, as well as providing reflective educational journals on specific activities. It would be great to see them out in the local area, making trinkets to bring home or just having fun with the facilities indoors and out. The key thing for me, was that I knew the boys were safe at all times. The management staff were excellent, flexible and always kept me up to date with what was going on. The boys loved RAFA Kidz

My daughter has been going to the nursery for over 1 yr now has loved every minute. More often than not she'll be saying on the way home that she wants to go back, always excited to see the other kids and staff. Highly recommended.

My little girl started RAFA Kidz in January 2026. Since starting we have seen a massive difference in her which is brilliant. The staff are lovely and I feel like she is in the best hands. Thank you so much to all the staff :)

Our little girl has been attending RAFA Kidz Boulmer since April 2025. She was 10 months old when she first attended the setting. She has thrived in the care of the staff at RAFA Kidz. All staff members are approachable and friendly, they all know our little girl on a one to one basis, forming
strong relationships with her. She runs into nursery every morning to see the staff and her friends. Each pick up she turns back to cuddle the member of staff who passes her over. We are grateful for everything the staff do at the nursery for our little girl and I confident that she will keep thriving in their care with the opportunities they give her and the nurturing setting it is.

My little boy has attended nursery since February and absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing, they engage him in lots of activities which promote his development, and because they know him so well, are able to adapt that to his interests. He is happy to go every day and talks fondly about

Longhoughton village is secure and quiet and the children often get out and about exploring with staff. I highly recommend.

I was a bit nervous about my child starting nursery but it has been such a positive experience for him and me so thank you. The staff have been very helpful and attentive to my child, supporting his communication. He has settled in very well and really enjoys himself. He loves the outings they do-
walks, and to the farm and is playing really well with the other children and gaining confidence. It's really nice and sociable for him to eat together with the other children and great to encourage him to eat more new foods. The nursery has a warm feel, is in a nice setting and has really good outdoor space. I really like that I can keep in touch with what my child is doing via the app. Thank you

My daughter started here earlier this year and the whole experience has been fantastic. She settled very quickly and now loves going to nursery, this is in no small part down to the wonderful team they have here. They do lots of nice activities and have good indoor and outdoor facilities. I feel
well-informed and communications are great. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely adore this nursery. I received support while I went through the initial settling-in stages with my child who would cry when I left him. Today he happily walks in without so much as looking back.
I love that I can keep track of the App. I think this is especially important for
first-time parents who struggle with the initial separation.
I can see the development milestones being reached so it's clear that the work I do with him at home is certainly continued in nursery.
I'm looking forward to watching him develop and thrive in such a lovely caring, nurturing environment.

Both my children are attending the setting. They leave excited for nursery and come home super happy after a fun-filled day. The staff are super supportive, to both children and parents alike. As a military family, they've supported us through deployment by making sure the children had extra support
and resources available. They carefully plan each week with a different learning theme, offering a variety of activities and really making the most of the local area. Overall, we've seen such progress with our children, they talk so fondly of all key workers and both have become super confident little beings since joining. We can't thank the staff enough.

All the staff at RAFA Kidz are fantastic. My daughter loves to spend her time there and always comes home and tells me about what she has learned. I feel very happy knowing she's there, safe and very well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone.
