My child loves attending the nursery. Has made friends , has developed and thrived with the help of the amazing staff. Communication about how she is doing is sent out frequently. Always kept up to date

Delighted with the loving nature and care that all the staff show towards my two sons in different rooms. Children's wellbeing always put first by the staff and I feel so secure leaving my two sons in the company of Helping Hands. I would recommend HH to friends and family.

Both of my daughters attended Helping Hands until June 2025. While my eldest has now moved on to nursery, I feel genuinely sad that her time there has come to an end. She thrived in the junior pre-school room and learned so much-thanks to the incredible staff who go above and beyond every day. My youngest still attends and absolutely loves it. Every time I collect her, her room feels so calm and nurturing. It's clear how much care and thought the team puts into creating a supportive environment for the children. One of the things I've loved most is how much time the children spend outside. On top of that, the amount of arts and crafts they come home with is amazing!

Great daycare always very understanding when it came to my son's needs. Always tryed to accommodate for him as he didn't like to wear shoes so this was adapted too and they made sure he was always included when going outside to play. All the staff are great and very friendly and easy to approach.

All my children have attended helping hands daycare. The staff are brilliant and always work with me and my children with anything we need and are always very understanding and caring. They have brilliant facilities and it is always very clean. Would recommend helping hands to everyone with children.

We moved our son to Helping Hands in Sept 2024 as we were moving to Lisburn. We were so nervous about the move as he loved his previous nursery. We need not have worried. The girls in the baby room were so good with him. They made settling in so easy and since then he has loved his time there. As he transitioned to the next room it was done with ease, they brought him up for a few hours a day and within a couple of days he didn't want to go back to the baby room! The kids are kept constantly busy with play and we love that they get outside as often as possible. Even in the colder weather they just make sure they're well wrapped up. Our son loves being outside so this is really important for us. We never worry about our son, we know he's being well looked after and the pictures and updates on the app keep us updated throughout the day. They girls are so friendly on drop off and pick up. We love it so much we already have our newborn booked in for next year!

Both my children go to Helping Hands. One goes to the daycare and one goes to afterschool. My little one has been there for 7 months and is so happy and settled. He does lots of activities and has plenty of time outdoors which is very important to us. He is an allergy baby and Helping Hands have been so accommodating and helpful, ensuring all his meals are safe. He goes in happily each morning and the staff adore him and he adores them! My eldest goes to the afterschool and loves it. Plenty of activities and again, the staff are excellent. Highly recommend Helping Hands!

My little boy has been with this nursery a year now. He loves it and they have been good with him. He runs in every day and does not look back which is great. They are anti bullying which is great. Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with helping hands. My son loves it, and I feel it is helping him develop. All the staff are friendly and I love the app so I can check how my child is doing. I look forward to seeing my son continue to flourish.

Fantastic nursery, experienced staff who know my child extremely well. I work full time without any concerns that he is receiving the best care. I would recommend this nursery to anyone within the local area considering a place for their child.

Our child loves going to Helping Hands and has a clear rapport with all the staff in her room. It's clear to see how she loves interacting with other children and how much the staff are contributing towards her learning and development through fun, engaging and educational activities and play.

All of the staff at Helping Hands are so warm, friendly, helpful and nothing seems to much hassle for them. They are amazing with my children and so warm towards my children. The setting is warm and welcoming with lots of beautiful displays of the children's art works and things they have been doing. The app is a fantastic way for me to know all that is going on with my children and very informative of how my children's day has been. I love the wee pictures received of my children having fun and looking so happy. The meals and snacks provided are of a great variety. Helping hands is also very accommodating to my children's needs or possible differences in home nap times. It's comforting to see my children not wanting to leave as they are so comfortable and enjoying themselves.

Helping Hands Daycare was absolutely the best choice for my daughter. I was doubting putting my daughter into crèche as a first time mum but no regrets the girls are amazing and my child loves going she goes on in not a care in the world days where she's not in she's asking to go in. I 100% know my daughter is safe and happy while she's in there and that in itself lets me know I don't the right thing for her. Can't recommend Helping Hands Daycare enough.

Staff are very caring and give plenty of attention with lots of cuddles for my 1 and a half year old. Meal times are healthy and lots of variety. Staff keep me up to date throughout the day. My son seems very content here and I have recommended to friends.

Helping Hands were very accommodating at short notice due to our childcare unexpectedly closing. They did their best at putting us at ease and ensuring our son had a place at their nursery. Their phase-in process was very inclusive of our needs and their communication throughout was fantastic and left myself and my wife feeling very reassured. Their regular photo updates throughout the day keep us informed of what our son is getting up to and it is a great way of keeping us informed of their daily activities. We were worried our son would find it difficult moving to a new nursery but they have made it very easy for us and he has been loving it there.

Helping Hands Daycare is a great nursery. My son suffers from separation anxiety and the staff couldn’t be more supportive and helpful. They spent days with him to get him comfortable and communicated with me throughout the day on how he was getting on. They can also accommodate any dietary needs your child has. Would highly recommend the place, as they always go above and beyond for the needs of the child and are willing to help in any way they can. They also do so many activities with the kids, even in the baby room, which also changes daily.

Helping Hands is a brilliant daycare. The staff have been fantastic throughout my son's time here at Helping Hands and have really helped his confidence grow. They are friendly, genuinely caring and approachable. Communication is excellent, I get regular updates on the app and photos of the activities my son takes part in; messy play, arts and crafts and baking. My son loves to point out and show me the artwork on the walls along the corridor. The outdoor facilities are amazing with a huge secure outdoor area and also a forest area. I would highly recommend this daycare!

Helping Hands was a great choice of daycare for my daughter. As a first-time mum, I was obviously anxious about sending my child to daycare and leaving her with people I didn't know. But my fears were soon quashed as the staff were so open, helpful and friendly. They let me see her settle before I left for work and if need be I was able to phone them to check in that she did settle ok. I was further reassured when I arrived later to collect her when I saw how happy she was playing away. The facilities were great. A lovely, spacious, bright building with great learning resources and a fantastic outside area for the kids. Good educational learning activities providing the kids to learn and grow. And a handy accessible car park. I was really happy with the care Helping Hands provided for my daughter.

Excellent support. Approachable and welcoming. Been extremely helpful with amended food menus and times for eating. Children love the creative activities. Have recommended to other parents. Also good in telling about holidays etc.

My daughter has been attending Helping Hands and then Helping Hands After-school for just under a year now and she is so happy there – it feels like a second home to her. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide her with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found all staff to be very communicative, and very helpful and understanding of my daughter's needs and extra support she needs. I would highly recommend Helping Hands and St. Colman After-School to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my daughter.
