My nephew has been at Toddletown nearly a year and although at first our family were unsure, it has really lived up to its grading. As a teacher, I had a few reservations, but over the past 6 months they have truly shown their strengths. With the new manager's focus on staff morale, the nursery
feels like night and day.
It's a joy picking him up the staff are approachable, engaged and always planning exciting, meaningful activities. My nephew comes home happy and confident, which says it all. Any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. From what we see, we are very pleased and from one teacher to another, I would happily recommend them

My nephew has been attending Toddletown since March 2025 and while we had a few ups and downs at the start, the changes since Happy Days took over have been fantastic. The improvement in day to day care and attention is really noticeable. A big shout out to the Willow Way team they've been
brilliant. Bringing the new manager on board was absolutely spot on. The nursery feels more organised, communication is better and staff morale seems so much higher. When I collect, the team always speak so positively about his day and are genuinely approachable and welcoming. It's always a joy to pick him up now. You can really feel the positive atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and it's reassuring to see how settled and happy he is. A real credit to everyone involved and I couldn't recommend Toddletown enough. Harrison and his team really do go above and beyond every single day to create a safe, nurturing and happy environment for the children in their care

We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. After coming from a very difficult safeguarding experience @ another setting, we were understandably anxious but this nursery completely restored our faith. From the outset they shown genuine care, professionalism + a strong commitment to doing what is
right for the children + families. Over the past year they have worked incredibly hard to listen to feedback, reflect honestly + implement meaningful changes. The dedication to learning, improving + results show. The environment feels safe, nurturing + well led + communication is open and reassuring. We are so grateful for the care + support our little girl received and wholeheartedly recommend the nursery to families.

Our son has been at Toddletown since he turned one - he's now nearly two. He's moved from the baby room to the big baby room and now to the toddler room, with each transition handled seamlessly. We've been consistently impressed with the team and feel confident leaving him there knowing he'll have
fun.
We chose Toddletown partly for its amazing garden, and it's been wonderful seeing him explore it and enjoy time with the older children.
He's thriving, and the regular updates show the lovely bond he has with his nursery team. The team are warm, welcoming and always go out of their way to make him smile - even on the occasional grumpy drop-off. From Suey on reception to all the practitioners, everyone is fantastic.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My son has been attending Toddletown since June 2024 when he joined the baby room. He's loved it since day one! All the staff are lovely and the facilities are superb. They're really supportive with things like potty training or moving house, we got sent home with a whole load of books to help!
He's starting in pre-school this month and, as with all room transitions, its been manged brilliantly.

My son has been attending Toddletown for the last six weeks or so since I've returned to work following maternity leave. I'm so impressed with all the staff, they're so lovely and my son really enjoys attending nursery three days a week. I really appreciate the regular updates via the app,
particularly when he first started as it really eased my anxiety and the photos are great! My son has the opportunity to do lots of different activities whilst socialising with other children which has been good for his development. Big shout out to all the girls and guys in Buttercup Close, especially Sophie, Izzy, Bayleigh, Bethany and Molly - you're all fab! Thank you Toddletown :)

I am so pleased with how well my daughter has settled in to nursery. I was so worried about sending her in after my maternity leave had finished but the team made me feel at ease straight away. When starting in the younger baby room Bayleigh was incredible with making both me and my daughter feel
comfortable, settled and made the process overall a lovely experience. Now my daughter has moved up to older babies both Caroline and Natalie have been attentive, reassuring and all round amazing with helping my daughter progress in all areas. All the staff are the best at what they do, but these three have been a huge part of our journey and deserve the recognition.

Always excellent and have been fantastic helping get the little one settled. From a bumpy start where he would only last a few hours to in under 4 months being able to stay for a full day and play with others.

I'd like to say how impressed I am with the staff in pre school.They are caring, patient, and very attentive to the children. It really shows in how happy and settled the children are. I want to specifically praise Sam & Amelia for their dedication toward pre school. They go above and beyond to make
the children feel safe and supported, and it makes a big difference. I appreciate the extra care they show toward my child and how much she learns. They really are amazing!

I have two children who attend Toddletown in Farnham, and I can genuinely say applying for this nursery was the best decision we made. From the moment my children started, we were reassured by the constant dedication and care that all the staff show to both our children. In particular, we cannot
praise the younger baby room enough. Both Bayleigh and Sophie are truly wonderful, so attentive and have so much dedication to ensuring every day is fun for the babies. My youngest has now moved up to the older baby room, with another amazing team. Each staff member notably knows each child individually and have been amazing in helping my eldest settle in. Lily, Kira and Jess are fantastic at keeping all the toddlers entertained, with the dedication of other staff supporting- it truly is hard to pick out one person as the staff as a whole are fantastic.
I have noticed significant change in the nursery since the management has been taken over by Harrison, and I would recommend it to everyone.

I don't really know where to start, my son has been at the nursery since 6 months old and I wish this nursery was around for my eldest son. I have never once had a bad experience, every staff member has all the time in the world for you, always great you with a smile and a how are you.
The three
people that have really made an impact in my son's life to the point he speaks about them 24/7 are Jess, Lily and Nate.
I will continue to tell friends about your nursery even when my boys have grown up.
Thank you for everything, people like yourselves are the ones who make an impact especially when both parents are working full time.

We've been a Toddletown family for a year and can't really fault it. Our little one started at 1 and her key worker through the baby room (Emily) went above and beyond to make sure that our daughter and us transitioned into the nursery setting. She has now moved up to toddlers and absolutely loving
it, but have been told she immediately hunts out Emily in the garden when all the children play together! We couldn't recommend Toddletown more!

My son has attended toddletown since September 2024 and I cannot fault the nursey staff and team in the rooms especiallyas our son could be on the spectrum. The nursey has had a lot of changes in management from around June 2025 causing a lot of miscommunication and inconsistency but it seems to
have all settled down and the current manager appears to know what he is doing and has offered support

Our Son has attend Toddletown since April 2023 starting first in the baby room and since August this year, moving to the Toddler room.
He is thriving! I put his improvements with speech and generally how he learns down to what he gets up to at Toddletown! I believe the change over in management
did for a short period effect everyone, staff and children at Toddletown, but the new management team has been clear with their actions and have always kept us up to date with any changes coming into place. My son adores his key worker and has made some really great friends at the ripe age of 2.5!! Keep up the good work Toddler Room- and thank you for all you do for our little ones!

Our daughter has been in Toddletown since February 2025 and she has just flourished during her time there. She has been in the toddler room and has moved to the pre school room. The staff have been loving, caring, attentive and totally on the ball every day she's been in.
Imagination and creativity
really are encouraged within the nursery and she just loves her time in there.
We are hugely grateful to the very hardworking staff of Toddletown for their care and kindness. What comes across the most is just how much all the staff love the children and love caring for them. As a parent , it's very comforting to see the lovely connections and bonds formed.
Toddletown is a wonderful nursery and we're so happy our daughter goes there and no doubt our son will join too.

Our little one started in the baby room back in September and has loved it from the very beginning. He's always so cheerful at drop-off and has built such lovely, genuine bonds with the staff, which gives us so much reassurance each day. It's clear they truly know him-his routines, his personality,
and what makes him feel comfortable and happy. The environment they create is warm, caring, and full of fun, engaging activities that help him learn, explore, and grow. We really appreciate the detailed updates and photos that show how much he enjoys his time there. The team has been incredibly supportive in helping us navigate the transition into nursery, always taking the time to answer questions and guide us with kindness. Their communication is consistently excellent, and we feel fully included in his day. We're so grateful for the genuine care, attention, and enthusiasm they show our son-it's wonderful to see him thrive in such a happy, nurturing environment.

This nursery has been amazing for my children, they have come on so much since joining, learning new things everyday, throughly enjoy being at nursery! When it's the weekend they're sad they can't be at nursery! All the staff are amazing and incredibly supportive, I feel comfortable talking with the
staff and they couldn't be more helpful. I couldn't have picked a more perfect nursery for my children.

My daughter started going to toddletown Nursery in February 2025, the care she has received in the baby room has been second to none. Every person I've spoken to have been so lovely, supportive and reassuring of all my worries - as a first time Mum there are plenty! I truly believe they care for my
daughter's well-being, she's happy and settled in perfectly which I know is a result of them. Unlike some nurseries that want all babies to follow a specific routine this nursery follows their home routine as closely as possible. They have garden time & fresh air in almost all sessions, I love the messy play set ups that they put together each morning, the photos which provide a window into their day is the highlight of MY day. There have been some changes recently which at first left me feeling a bit unsettled, however after speaking with the lovely new nursery manager & receptionist they have put these at ease. They're so friendly & approachable, which makes a huge difference! Recommend!

Since my LB started Toddletown Farnham this year in the baby room, he has done nothing but excel in all areas of development. From the first settle session he was loved. The baby team completely understood he's needs especially as an EBF, contact napper and 1 who had never been left before starting
child. They were so good at getting him settled, but also making sure I was OK as retuning to work mumma. The girls work soo hard in the baby room and you can tell they all love what they do. The management team are available to answer and questions I had around anything, especially weaning and supporring breastfeeding him if he needed. Thank you Toddletown Farnham for making the return to work so much easier, knowing he is well loved and cares for makes it soo much easier and the frequent updates on the app are brilliant too. Thanks again team.
