My daughter has been entrusted to this wonderful team from baby to pre-school. There aren't words for how grateful I am for the care they have taken with her, so I've tried a poem!
For all your patience day to day,
For every tear you wiped away,
For my small hand so gently led,
For every
story that you read,
For your loving caring heart,
For all the knowledge you impart,
For funny songs and quiet times,
For nap time pats and nursery rhymes,
For being kind, for being fair,
For teaching me the way to share,
For every wrong that you put right,
And every dance with disco lights
For every new thing that I tried
And thoughtful words that gave me pride,
For always being there for me,
I'm grateful and will always be,
You helped me shine, you helped me grow,
But now it's time for me to go,
Though we won't now spend our days together,

We honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery. As a first-time Mum, I felt naturally anxious about sending my child to nursery, but from the very beginning they put me completely at ease. The staff are incredibly experienced and are so warm, kind and caring, it's clear how much they enjoy what
they do.
Our little boy has settled in quickly and is absolutely thriving. He is always so well cared for and has a big smile on his face when I come to collect him. The outdoor space is incredible too!
Communication is excellent, which gives us real peace of mind. I really value the regular updates and photos, it's reassuring to see what he's been doing and how happy he is. We feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery for our little boy.

We have had a wonderful experience with our 1 year old boy at RAFA Kids. The kindness, care and professionalism of the team goes above and beyond. Our little boy settled in very quickly and is so happy every time we drop him off and pick him up. All the kids seem to love it there!

RAFA Kidz was amazing for my little boy. He went from the baby room all the way through to the pre-school room and I couldn't have been happier with how he progressed in that time. He's only left to go into Reception at the local school! The staff make you feel like part of the nursery family and
you can see the care that they have for all the kids they look after. That's to the nursery staff and setting he's a confident and bright little boy who loves being outdoors. All I can say is a massive thanks to all the staff.

I simply can't praise RAFA KidzZ Medmenham enough; the amazing staff who really care and took the time to understand our daughter, the wonderful opportunities the team provided for all the children and the fantastic outdoor and forest school provisions, all left me feeling lucky that my daughter was
there. Every single day that my daughter attended she ran in with a smile. When staff spoke to us about our daughter, or reports were sent home, I was always warmed and impressed by how well staff understood our daughter, the positives and the challenges, and just how much care they had shown. The outdoor space is fantastic, and children are given so many opportunities to explore and enjoy being outside. The forest school was a win every time with our daughter who always came home full of tales of what she had done and learnt, including all the safety notes. Staff put so much care into providing the children with special memories, and I always fully trusted that she was in the very best place.

RAFA Kidz Medmenham is simply the best. I could gush about every aspect, but what it really comes down to and revolves around are the beyond amazing staff. Everyone I've met is excellent at what they do, and they work so incredibly well as a team, which is reflected in the very minimal staff
turnover - and I think that says a lot in itself. Ever since switching nurseries to RAFA Kidz I haven't had one concern, everything is handled with precision. My son had the best three years there and grew in confidence massively, he's gone off to school very well prepared and excited for it thanks to the expert guidance of the team at RAFA. I could go on about the wonderful outside space, forest school, creative play, food etc. but I'm running out of words! A million thank you's to this perfect team and I'm so happy my daughter gets to spend the next three years under their fabulous care as well!

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by Rafa Kidz. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like part of the family. Their warmth and genuine care created a home away from home for her. The outdoor space is fantastic, with plenty of room for the children
to explore, and forest school added an incredible dimension to her learning. My daughter loved every moment spent outside, engaging with nature and enjoying hands-on activities that sparked her curiosity and creativity. Communication was always clear and consistent, giving us peace of mind that she was thriving. The team did an excellent job preparing her for the transition to school, and we can see the positive impact in her confidence and enthusiasm for learning. I highly recommend Rafa Kidz Medmenham for anyone looking for a nurturing, friendly, and inspiring nursery experience. Thank you to the whole team for making her last years so special.

Wonderful nursery with competent, caring staff. Incredible outdoor space. Our child was really happy there for the +2 years she's gone. We feel so lucky to have gotten her into this wonderful nursery.

My daughter attends the oaks room (pre-school room) and she absolutely loves going. The staff take the time to know and understand your child and the communication is excellent. They write a lovely end-of-the-week summary on the app the nursery uses with photos so you know what your child has been
up to that week. The activities are child-led and are always created with the child in mind. The outside area is brilliant. The children are always outside in the garden whatever the weather which my daughter loves. Her particular favourite activity is forest school. She will always come home eagerly telling us what she did that day. Group activities are created for the children leaving for school so that they are ready to go. The meals are made in-house and are healthy and nutritious. My daughter will try different types of food that she wouldn't necessarily try at home. We will be really sad to leave RAFA kidz to start the new journey of 'big' school!

We're very fortunate our daughter attended this nursery. It's had such a positive influence on her and her development. The staff are first class and the facilities both inside and out are excellent. The kids have a great environment to play and learn. The standards are high and maintained, and
that's consistent throughout all the staff. We'll miss this nursery and we leave with fond memories. Thank you all for making it such a wonderful experience.

The staff at RAFA Kidz Medmenham are amazing. My son (3) joined in August last year, and they have made the transition smooth and enjoyable for us all. He can't wait to come in in the morning and is full of stories of what they get up to when he comes home. He is a late talker, and the staff have
worked hard with him to improve his communication skills and we have loved seeing the difference.
I love the updates we receive throughout the week, both with stories and photos of what they get up to (usually messier play than the staff intended I'm sure!) and also reminders for parents which have helped keep us organised.
The staff are lovely and friendly, giving us updates on pick up, but also happy to discuss development and any concerns we may have.
All in all, an excellent nursery with wonderful staff.

We are so incredibly happy with the service and level of care provided by RAFA Kidz Medmenham. Every staff member is so kind, caring and supportive and they go above and beyond to provide inspiring and enriching experiences for our children. The facilities are fabulous and the forest school
provision is such a wonderful opportunity for all who attend.
The staff are all approachable and the communication with parents is always timely and informative. We have had two children attend the nursery, one who is still there currently, and both have been so happy and supported in their environments. It is so reassuring to know that our children are in the safe, caring and stimulating environment that RAFA Kidz provides.

My daughter is 14 months and joined at 9 months. She loves it. Her transition went extremely well. I was able to ease her in and continue to pop in to feed her as there is a breastfeeding room available and staff are incredibly supportive. She settled into the routine really well. The staff are so
warm and welcoming. She is comfortable with all of the staff and they genuinely care about all of the children as if they were their own. The children are at ease and receive the right amount of attention.
My daughter has grown in confidence and developed quickly. She sings recognisable songs at home and uses sign language with us. Her independent skills have flourished and she is clearly thriving. Now that she is walking, it is wonderful to see her walk into nursery happily. It is therefore clear that she is happy.
The feedback is great. There is a programme of varied activities. The equipment and the use of outside space are also excellent.

I cannot recommend RAFA Kids Medmenham enough, all of my three children have been at the nursery over the last seven years and my third child is currently in Bluebells. I would not even consider another nursery, the staff are absolutely amazing with the children and they have all loved coming to
nursery, it’s like their second home. The setting is lovely and welcoming and the variety of toys and activities that they have for the children makes it a really fun place to be. Thank you for the love and care you all give and the big warm cuddles.

Having moved to Medmenham in December 2023, my son joined the acorns class. He was quite upset about the change in the childcare setting. I received excellent advice and guidance from the ladies. He now runs into the nursery in the morning and has a great day. This is a credit to the Acorns team for
spending the time to go at the speed my son was happy with and treating all the children as individuals. I love how the team provide a diary update on a Friday and the photos that are included. It’s lovely to see the details of what has been done during the week. This is loads better than our previous setting. I like the real-time updates on the app too. I love the fact that the Acorns go to a different room for their meals, I think this sets them up well for the future. I also love the newly introduced forest school, which the children seem to adore!
A huge thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome, and for running a great setting.

My son has attended the RAFA Kidz Nursery in Medmenham for the past two years and I have seen him develop and thrive under the care of the staff there. Particularly his speech and communication skills. The activities are fun and diverse whilst still delivering a solid routine that I have found
really helps him. The facilities at the setting are amazing, especially the garden. Come rain or shine the children are out exploring which again is something he loves. The staff are super and communication is simple and easy. 10/10! Cannot wait for our youngest to start there too!

Our daughter has been in this nursery for over a year. We feel so lucky to be part of this nursery. The staff are incredible and the facilities at the nursery are brilliant. So much green space! Our daughter happily goes every day (full time) and we feel she is both happy and getting a great
education for a 2-year-old. I love their focus on messy play which you cannot do at home, also they teach baking and gardening which the children love. Lots of outdoor time. I cannot recommend this nursery enough - it is by far the best in the area.

We were really cautious about our son starting nursery for the first time and we have had nothing to worry about at all. He absolutely adores being there and when we put him down he runs in without a backward glance. We love that the nursery staff are so attentive and with so much on their hands
still find time to post pictures and update the app so we know exactly what our son is doing and when. When we drop him off it feels like we are leaving him with family and are confident that he is safe, has good nutritious food and has so much attention from the staff. It’s obvious how much he is learning as every time he comes home he is practicing a new skill and we are just so happy that he’s found his place - an excellent nursery that is giving children that much needed start in life to develop them socially, mentally and physically and we are so happy to have secured a full time place for our son. Thanks to all the staff for all your hard work in caring for our little boy.

RAFA Kidz Medmenham is such a lovely setting. My little one has been so happy there from day one. The outside space is amazing and the children seem to take full advantage of the space come rain or shine. All the staff are wonderful and caring. They always seem to be thinking up new fun activities
for the children to engage in. 100% recommend!

We are so pleased my daughter goes to RAFA Kidz Medmenham. They are a real partner in bringing her up. You can see that the team really care about the kids and go above and beyond every day to help them grow. Compared to nurseries we hear about through friends it sounds like RAFA Kidz Medmenham is
in a league of their own!
