Monkey Puzzle nursey has been absolutely fantastic in caring for my child. When she first started nursery, she was very clingy and unsure, but the amazing team helped her settle in so quickly - especially considering she hasn't been there that long. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care made such a difference. It's been wonderful to see her grow in confidence and begin to love going to nursery each day. The staff truly look after the children beautifully, creating a safe, nurturing, and happy environment. I couldn't be more grateful for everything they've done. I highly recommend Monkey Puzzle nursey to any parent looking for a caring and supportive nursery. They've made such a positive impact on our little one and on us

From the moment we joined Monkey Puzzle, we felt embraced by a team that genuinely cares-not just for the children, but for the families too. The staff are simply incredible: warm, nurturing, and endlessly supportive. They've created an environment where our child has not only felt safe and loved, but has truly thrived. Watching our little one grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence has been a joy. The progress they've made-socially, emotionally, and developmentally-is a testament to the dedication and passion of the staff. A special mention must go to the chef, whose meals are not only nutritious but genuinely delicious! Our child talks about the food with such excitement, and it's clear that mealtimes are a happy. Thank you for everything you've done to support our child's journey.

Lovely, welcoming friendly nursery. My little one is very happy there. They do lovely activities with the children each day and have a nice theme to each week. The staff are all so friendly and know all the children even if they are not in their room.

My son enjoys attending nursery and is kept well-entertained by the activities on offer. The staff are friendly, caring and communicate well with parents regarding any issues and provide regular updates throughout the day. We have had a good experience with the nursery and plan to send our second child here too.

My son has been attending for over 6 months. The staff have been fantastic with getting him settled in. My son has picked up many new skills and really enjoys all the different activities offered. Staff are really helpful with any queries/concerns and have brought my son's confidence out. A good comprehensive update is provided upon pick up. Staff are also really flexible when moving nursery days around, which is such a bonus for busy working parents. Would definitely recommend this nursery to family & friends!

I am very satisfied with progress of my daughter. She enjoys going to the nursery now. Staff is very nice and take care of the kids. Management is very good and understands your needs and adjust everything for you. Thanks.

A lovely homely nursery with caring staff that go the extra mile in caring for my child. The facilities and places have been invested in recently to make it a much more vibrant and child-friendly environment. Any queries or concerns are dealt with swiftly. Don’t be fooled by the big fancy-looking nurseries, at Monkey Puzzle, personal care and attention are at the heart of things, which is the most important thing for me.

My daughter has settled well into nursery. She was 8 months old when she started and I was a bit nervous due to her being so young. She happily goes into nursery and has no problem waving goodbye to me as she goes to have breakfast. Meals are freshly cooked by the in-house chef which are varied and nutritious. She has a good routine and staff ask questions if they are not sure about something. She enjoys the activities and has built positive relationships with the staff. Staff seem switched on and keen to support her development.

My daughter loves coming to nursery - she adores all staff and has developed so much. The staff go above and beyond for my daughter and us and we are so grateful. Amazing nursery - no regrets choosing here!

We started our daughter in this nursery following a disappointing few months at an alternative nursery elsewhere. It was important to us that this time around, our daughter be happy attending and that we felt comfortable leaving her. Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery is super homely and intimate, which we absolutely loved from the first show around. My daughter can be quite shy, and we found that here, she doesn't get lost in huge groups, which is lovely. Unlike her previous setting, she never cries when we arrive, is always met by staff who are happy to see her and is always very happy at collection time. In addition to this, her speech and confidence have come so far since starting at the nursery about a year ago. To me, the main positive about the nursery is that any issues or concerns you might have are addressed immediately, and the staff will always try, and support you with any requests you might have.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for coming up to 18 months. She’s very happy here, and the staff always have plenty to tell me about what she’s been up to during her day. She’s always excited to be going to nursery on her days there, and all the staff are very friendly, communicative and clearly brilliant with the children. There has been a recent change in ownership, which is always a little worrying for parents; however, there have only been positive changes following this change. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter really enjoys Monkey Puzzle, and they always make a great effort to put together interesting activities and take the children outside. The staff are very caring towards the children, and I would recommend the nursery to others.

I only have positive things to say about the nursery, from the staff to the facilities. Even when things go wrong, there is a clear line of communication, which always makes my life easier! They always greet us with a great breakdown of the day and send through pictures via the app.
