We had a very bad experience sending our children here. Unprofessional reactions to how we would like them looked after. When we requested they weren't picked up all the time or hugged unnecessarily (after our daughter came home with so much perfume in her hair it gave my wife a migraine), that
member of staff initially suggested we find a new teacher, before then ignoring us at every drop off/pick for several weeks, only speaking to the children. Our son was then injured whilst under their care. Ofsted and police investigated. Staff spent 4 full minutes not looking at a group of 3 year olds getting into a dangerous situation wrapping things around their necks. Took months to even get an apology, despite our son being traumatised. He still talks about the incident now. Management very difficult to deal with. Zero empathy. There are better nurseries in the area, with much better reviews. A couple of teachers we found warm and pleasant, but that didn't make up for everything else.
