I cannot speak highly enough of The Mall Nursery. Our daughter started here at 14 months and we've enjoyed a wonderful 2 and a half years. There has been very few changes with staff, creating vital continuity for the children. The managers have created a fantastic culture here, so it's no wonder people rarely leave . The facilities are fantastic, particularly the huge garden with a wide range of outdoor activities. Particularly as our daughter has got older, having this space to be outside for much of the day has been great. It's a very happy place where I genuinely look forward to going for drop off and pick up. We feel very fortunate that The Mall opened just at the right time for our daughter, and we leave with nothing but fond memories and new friends.

Our two boys (4 and 2) have been going The Mall Nursery for nine months and they both absolutely love it. There is a really warm, caring atmosphere at the nursery, with the children able to explore for themselves but also have lots of support when they need it. They have learnt amazing things, including language, numerical and motor skills - as well as crucial dinosaur facts - and made fast friendships. The outdoor play area is fantastic, and parents are able to come inside/into the play area to drop off/collect so handovers are easy and you get to know the staff well, which was really important for us. The staff are all excellent at their jobs and really welcoming and personable. We can't recommend this nursery enough.

We are so grateful for the Mall nursery and all the staff. Our 2yo girl has been going full-time for over half a year and she loves it. What's particularly nice us the relatively smaller setting where it's mostly familiar faces and parents can walk in to drop off and pick up their kids. The outside garden is lovely for the kids to be outdoors and active. At the Mall we have seen our daughter learn new skills, become socially aware and most importantly just be happy. For two full-time working parents it's an absolute blessing to have found such a lovely nursery, and soon we'll have our second daughter join as well.

Our son has been going to The Mall Nursery for almost a year, which has been a big step for him, having moved from a much smaller daycare setting. The staff have always been amazing and helped him settle in and continue learning. I didn't expect at the age of 3 my little boy would be coming back from nursery and counting from 1-10 in Greek, which highlights how multi-cultural and how much the nursery values different values. Our little one has made friends with a lot of the other children, and as parents we have got to know other parents through different events and seeing each other around Twickenham. The nursery manager is great and has provided us with the flexibility we need when there have been work challenges. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend The Mall, who do a brilliant job with the children and are setting them all up for future success.

Our toddler has recently joined The Mall Nursery after we had to move her suddenly from another nursery. We have been really happy with everything about The Mall since day 1 of joining. The staff were brilliant with the transition of changing nurseries and we attribute how quickly our little one settled in to them. She instantly became fond of the staff in her room and they are a big part of what makes the nursery experience great. We are really happy with the set up at The Mall. Each week we hear about all the activities that they do with the children which are fun and educational. The outdoor space is brilliant too. The nursery has also gone out of their way to specifically help our child with a challenge that we have been experiencing and this has been invaluable. The communication from management is good and we get a lot of transparency on what is going on. As well as through the photos we are regularly sent, we can see at drop off and pick up how happy all the children are.

Our son moved to The Mall after spending a few days a week with a childminder, and the staff made sure that he settled in at a pace that suited him, keeping us informed and reassured. The same can be said for the smooth transition into preschool, which is proving to be a great step towards reception. We're sure that the children will be well prepared for a new primary school environment after the educational and emotional care received at The Mall. The facilities and food are also second to none in the area!

We moved our son to The Mall Nursery when we moved to the area about 18 months ago. He was really happy at his previous nursery setting in Balham, so we were feeling apprehensive uprooting him with the move. We had nothing to worry about! He settled in really quickly with the help of the very nurturing team. The nursery has been fantastic - he's thrived in both Toddler 1 and Toddler 2 rooms. One reason we were particularly attracted to the nursery was for the gorgeous outdoor space. He loves the mud kitchen, the water play, huge sandpit, climbing area etc. He is a very happy little boy and is full of confidence.

Our daughter has been at the Mall for 15 months now and is so happy. She was incredibly shy when she first joined but her confidence has grown hugely with the nurturing environment and fantastic nursery workers. She now skips in happily every morning and doesn't want to leave when we pick her up! She has formed strong attachments with all the staff, especially her key workers and wonderful little relationships with her friends. The facilities are great and the outdoor space in particular is a real asset that is used to its full potential all year round. The pre-school is doing a wonderful job of getting her ready for school and the activities they deliver are really high quality. She is already establishing great learning behaviours that will stay with her long term. Management are lovely and really responsive. Having been parents at two other nurseries - we really love The Mall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone considering the nursery for their child.

The Mall Nursery is exceptional and we are so glad our daughter was able to join the preschool here. It's a lovely setting but in addition, the staff are also amazing and it is well managed. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and great at keeping parents informed. There are a lot of fun play-based activities planned for the children as well as a focus on school readiness. Our daughter has really thrived here. We can't fault it and would highly recommend it!

My son has really enjoyed being at The Mall Nursery. When he started he was very shy and in less than a year he has become confident and developed many skills. This is all thanks to the amazing team at this nursery. I really recommend sending your child here.

We cannot express how much we love The Mall Nursery and how much our two children love it. They both started in January 2024 and we have had a great experience from settling the little one to transitioning the eldest from his old nursery. Our eldest has come out so much compared to previous settings he attended. The staff are amazing, the manager and another staff member in particular take the time to listen to your concerns. All the team are very helpful and receive the children with a smile. Our kids love their room leaders and the rest of the team. The setting is so impressive and the garden is the best we have seen in a nursery before.

Lovely staff that is always eager to do their best. Very pleasant place with fantastic outdoor space which my son seems to be loving it. We are really pleased with how they are treating my son. Loads of different activities throughout the day and the little one is always happy when he's told that we are going there. Definitely the best decision we had when we went there, being our second nursery we definitely can see the positive difference compared to the previous one.

We moved our daughter from one very good nursery in the area to the Mall Nursery because we felt she needed that 'little bit extra' ahead of starting in reception at primary school in September 2024. The Mall has exceeded our expectations and our daughter is loving her time there. The staff regularly update us on our daughter's progress as well as caring for her and giving her the time to grow in confidence. With regular music and PE sessions and a wonderful outside space, the Mall Nursery really is the ideal stepping stone for preschoolers. The staff and management team also do an outstanding job of communicating whether it be via the app or in person.

My son (age 3) has been in The Mall Nursery for almost a year now. We are so thrilled with it - he came from another nursery where he was not happy but he settled into The Mall straight away. The outside space was the main draw for us (must be the best in the borough) but it’s the staff that is the reason he’ll stay until he starts school. They are all nurturing, caring and on top of things. Communication is great too. We are so happy with it.

I have lived in the Richmond borough for the last eight years and can confidently say that The Mall Nursery is the best. My boy has attended the nursery since it opened in 2022. The rooms are spacious with fascinating toys and equipment to keep the little ones engaged, the food quality is top-notch, the staff are friendly and skilled, and the outdoor space is spectacular. Given the connection with the prestigious Mall School, the nursery kids also use some school facilities, including the swimming pool. The nursery manager is highly approachable and always willing to listen and help. The school headmaster is actively engaged with the nursery to ensure the nursery maintains the same ethos and values as The Mall school. My son is learning so much through play and fun. He will be joining The Mall school in September 2023, and being at the nursery has made the transition to school much smoother. I would strongly recommend The Mall Nursery to all parents.

We moved our son to The Mall Nursery in January 2023 from another nursery and it was the best decision we made. The facilities are outstanding- large rooms and a very spacious garden with fantastic equipment and toys. The staff are amazing and really care about the children and their development. Our son has flourished and runs into nursery every day with a huge smile on his face. Could not recommend more

We moved here from another nursery in Twickenham and we have not been disappointed one bit. Great facilities and amazing staff make this an amazing nursery. Our daughter's development is just phenomenal and she honestly loves going to nursery here.

My daughter has been at The Mall Nursery since it opened in September 2022. It is one of the best decisions we have made for our family. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming. It feels like more than a nursery and more like a community. My daughter has absolutely thrived there and settled so quickly. I think the garden and house setting have a very homely feel, that puts the children at ease. I’m so glad they opened.

I only have positive things to say about The Mall Nursery. The facilities are amazing with large rooms full of light and the best outdoor space I have seen in any nursery in this area. The best part of the nursery is the amazing staff. My son started when the nursery opened in September and he found settling in a bit difficult but the staff were so caring and cuddled him whenever he was upset. He now loves going to nursery and has a beaming smile every morning when he knows we are on our way. He also eats and sleeps much better than at home. The baby groups are just the right size and the staff organise great activities for them every day and they also spend lots of time in the fresh air. The swimming classes are also a great extra and we look forward to them every week. On the days when my son is at nursery, I know I don't have to worry as he is getting the best possible care, delicious food and lots of cuddles.

Our little girl joined The Mall Nursery back in September when she was eight months old, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose The Mall. We were a bit apprehensive about her settling, especially as she was only eight months at the time, but the team guided us through the process step by step; they are amazing! The whole team are so thoughtful and caring and has established an amazing bond with our daughter. It's so comforting to know she is in such caring hands, having a happy time and thriving at nursery. We would highly recommend The Mall to all.

We moved our son to The Mall Nursery in January 2023 from another nursery and it was the best decision we made. My daughter has been at The Mall Nursery since it opened in September 2022. It is one of the best decisions we have made for our family. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming.
