Our daughter has been in Sunshine Fruits nursery full time since she was 12 months old until starting reception this year. It was a very happy experience for both our daughter and us, and we would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone in the Camberwell / Peckham area. The staff are loving and caring, and extra care is given into the early childhood development. Our daughter has flourish both socially as well as developmentally, largely in part due to the staff and curriculum at Sunshine Fruits. As both full time working professionals, we could always count of Sunshine Fruits to give us clear communication through the Family app and visibility of how our daughter is doing. The leadership also provides great insight and good relationship with local schools both private and state, with the school staff visiting the nursery in preparation for the transition. We loved Sunshine Fruits and are thankful for the support that the team there has given us.

Our daughter has enjoyed four years of exceptional full-time care at Sunshine Fruits and has truly grown up within the nursery setting. They have prepared her so well academically for her school journey (the recent addition of the Blueberry room has made a real difference) and she has had strong emotional support for the duration - we have always had the sense the teachers genuinely care about and bond with the children. Management are close to the day to day and go over and above to build community among families with fantastic graduation days, sports days, celebrations of mothers' and fathers' days and other cultural celebrations. The nursery were very supportive of pre-age 2 toilet training (not all nurseries are) and provided potty access from 12 months. Some staff are very long-standing and the turnover of others is carefully managed to ensure a consistent experience for children. Excellent support laid on about navigating school applications.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. Since 10months old, our child has really thrived in the safe, nurturing, fun, caring, exciting environment that Sunshine Fruits provide. The staff are lovely and get to know the children well, they welcome you at the door each morning come out at the end of the day to chat. Detailed daily updates are provided including milk, nappy changes, potty usage, meals, outings, any accident reports. Termly progress one-to-ones give a real insight into what the children are learning and their development. The toys and equipment at this Montessori nursery are all high quality and the activities include daily park visits, time in the courtyard garden, BB Broadway, tennis and forest school - as well as occasional trips to places like the science museum, Horniman, farms and celebrations at sports day, Mothers / Fathers day. The monthly topics are imaginative and thoughtful. Our child happily runs in each day! We'll be sad to leave. Highly recommend:)

Our daughter has been with Sunshine Fruits from 1 until leaving for school, and I couldn't sing their praises any higher. She's been incredibly happy at SF, the staff are caring, extremely professional and have given her the best care / teachings during her early years. The management are helpful, understanding and reasonable, there's not a high turnover of key staff in the classes and they've all supported my daughter's development over the years as she's learnt to walk/talk through to preparing to start school. I highly recommend SF - it's been a wonderful nursery for us!

We have been extremely impressed with Sunshine Fruits Montessori since our eldest (now 4) started in early 2022. Throughout that time we have found the care, professionalism, teaching and kindness of all the staff to be exemplary. Our son has built strong connections with many of the team who have been there since he started and he is always excited to start a fresh week at Sunshine Fruits. They seem to balance play and learning perfectly and we take great confidence in all they do to prepare the children for starting school. We are so pleased that our son's earliest education started at Sunshine Fruits. It's a wonderful place, filled with people who really care and we are thrilled that our daughter (19 months) is also now in their care. We can't recommend this nursery enough. The whole team have so much to be proud of!

We've just moved to North London and had to say goodbye to Sunshine Fruits Nursery. We're so grateful our 1- and 3-year-old could attend this wonderful nursery while we lived in Camberwell. The team is outstanding, offering exceptional individual attention and thoughtful development feedback. Daily photos of creative play, forest school activities, park outings, and tennis reassured us that our girls were learning and thriving. This family-run nursery truly has heart. The whole team offered incredible support - especially during big transitions like welcoming a new sibling. Highly recommend!
