The staff members are really attentive and treat the children as individuals learning their likes/dislikes and tailoring learning through play. They encourage social interaction in the nursery setting and provide advice through different media streams (emails, app, social media)

What a brilliant, welcoming nursery. Every member of staff goes above and beyond. The range of meals and activities offered is fantastic. I am so happy we chose Bright Starts for our son. I was a little worried starting him so young however the girls have shown nothing but love and care and he is coming along so well and developing so fast. The updates online on the app are great also!

My son has been with Bright Starts since just before he was one year old and is thriving. He has an excellent key worker, who has looked after him since he joined the nursery (along with the other members of staff). The staff are always friendly and willing to chat about any questions or advice I need and willing to help. My son has come on leaps and bounds since he joined and is a very confident little boy and made some lovely friends who have moved up with him from baby room into toddler room, which is really nice. His speech has come on really well since moving into the toddler room. Every time I go to pick up my son he is always busy with one activity or another, reading, singing, dancing, or activities in the home area or building, usually with a hard hat and drill in his hand! The food is excellent, with seasonal menus. They have a lovely outside area, lots of toys/bikes/slides/mud kitchen etc and a large shaded area, which with the weather getting hotter, is ideal.

Bright Starts Day Nursery is a lovely nursery all the girls are amazing! I'm so happy I chose this nursery as they become like family! My child really enjoys being here too and has made some special bonds.

My daughter started Bright Starts in September. At first, she was very apprehensive and emotional at drop-off times, which was to be expected, as it was her first setting, however, the staff in her room reassured me she wouldn't take long to settle in and they were right! Now she willingly opens her arms to them when we get there and doesn't bat an eyelid, I am so pleased! The feedback at the end of the day is great too. I love hearing about her busy day, what activities she's been involved with and hearing she's eaten lots and got a full tummy and that she's had a long nap. Reading through her app is amazing! It gives me an insight into what learning she's done each week. All the staff are very approachable and happy to help. Today I attended a Christmas activity afternoon in her room, we both had lots of messy fun, it was nice to be involved in her celebrations. Also very excited to see the new purpose-built baby room opening in January! Overall, fabulous nursery!

My daughter started Bright Starts at 12 months old and settled in perfectly. She has learnt so much, met all her learning milestones and so much more. Bright Starts do lots of daily learning activities with the children. They have so much fun, my daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. All the staff and management are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough, One member of staff has been such an amazing keyworker for my daughter, she absolutely adores her.
