The day to say goodbye has come but memories will stay with us we just want to say thank you to all lovely, hard working staff , keep doing what you doing and message for parents - dont give up on this nursery just by reading some negative things on social media and go see nursery and talk to the staff yourself. We had our ups and downs but no place is perfect , so many changes has happened at nursery and kids are happy and thriving there. Thank you for everything

My little boy started at Little Adventures just before he was 6 months old. Naturally I was anxious about leaving him at this age but I can honestly say choosing this nursery is one of the best decisions we have made. From the first time we visited the nursery we felt a warm welcome from the staff and they really engaged with us on our tour and settling in days. The staff are amazing, so kind, loving and nurturing, they really take an interest in your child. The nursery itself is brilliant well equipped and modern, they have just had a refurbishment as well so it's even nicer than it was before. My child's is always well fed and loves the variety of food he is served, they cater to his allergies well and we have never had an accidental exposure to date. I always feel informed about my child's day and his wellbeing, he really enjoys going and engaging in the variety of activites they do. He is always full of smiles and giggles when I collect him. I would 1000% recommend this nursery!

There has been a lot of changes in the last few months but everyone has been amazing with children throughout these. My child has always come home happy with stories about his day. I love the structure this nursery has for the children and I enjoy seeing my son using his new independent skills that he has used at nursery at home. I can wait to see what else they do!

Our son has been going to little adventures nursery since December 2024 and absolutely adores it. We visited a number of nurseries before finally settling on little adventures and we're delighted we did! The team are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, it's clear they're incredibly passionate about what they do and genuinely care about the children in their care. There is a separate garden for the toddlers and babies, so all the children can enjoy the outside and nature at there own pace - everyone has their own age appropriate space to explore. They also encourage the children to engage in messy play, risky play (engaging in activities that present a controlled level of risk and challenge) and imaginative play which are so important as these help them develop essential skills and confidence. They also provide an excellent variety of healthy, high quality food for the children.

My daughter started to attend this nursery in January and I can say she settled in so quickly. Took only week for her to stop crying when dropped in and now she goes straight for the hug with smile to her teachers. All the girls doing great job with our kids. I love to read what they been upto at the end of the day with lovely photos attached. Outlook of the nursery also changed a lot since January and can say it's looking really nice.

My daughter started in November 24 when she was 15 months old. She really thrived in the baby room and has continued to thrive in the toddler room. She absolutely loves going to Nursery she talks about on nursery days as soon as she wakes up. The communication has been fantastic since the new manager started and the building looks amazing. I look forward to seeing my daughter continue to grow and develop there. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

We changed our toddler to Little Adventures Nursery Victoria Park last January. Since few months, we are really happy about how they take care of our little one. The management of the nursery do a lot of improvements for the child (inside and outside). They suggested us to change the room of our little one earlier (before his 2 yo) to the little adventure room : since this, our little one speaks more and more fluently, he's capable of playing and understanding the rules, they play outside and inside everyday. The food and it rythme is perfect with snacks and delicious meals prepared by the community centre restaurant close to there. All the teams, even if sometimes there is new ones or some of them are leaving, everyone is really open minded, smiling, trying to do their best everyday to make our little one feels confident, to have a good time and to respect his rythm. We are really really happy ans we thank all the team !

My little boy has been at Little Adventures Nursery since March 2024 and has absolutely thrived during his time here. He has an amazing relationship with his key worker and all the room staff, who are all so lovely. His day is always filled with his favourite things, such as messy and outdoor play, singing and dancing and more recently, going out for local walks, which I get to see and hear all about with the daily update! The room staff are absolutely amazing with him and have all taken the time to really get to know him. He's also built some really lovely friendships with the other children here and is always so excited to go to nursery, which is so lovely to see!

Our daughter is based in the tiny travelers room (0-18months) and she has an amazing time every day she's in. She knows her routine of going in and getting ready for breakfast with her help from four of her favourite helpers. The four members of staff I have just mentioned are always so happy to meet our little girl and get her excited for the day that lies ahead. From the updates we get we can see clearly what she's done throughout the day and what she's eaten etc. the activities are varied and since she's been at nursery here with these amazing staff members we can see that not only has her confidence grown massively, she's learnt manners around sharing as well as other critical skills. Thank you so much Little Adventures!

My son joined Tiny Travellers when he was one year old, and now, after four months, I must admit that he's really thriving in Little Adventures. All the staff in the baby room have been really great at taking care of him and creating a nice environment for the babies. The constant feedback and ease of communication keep me calm while he's there, and I always find him in a good mood when I pick him up. They've overcome some difficult changes with the ongoing construction and management transitions and are doing their best to settle into the new reality.

Our little girl has been going to little adventures since it opened and we have never had any issues. The staff have always been so supportive, all our little girl has had is great care and support! Will send all my children here. The manager has really made such a difference since starting the nursery looks so good! Hats of to her for all her hard work and our daughters key worker who is lovely! Our child's loves her. Keep up the hard work guys x

My little girl has been going to Little Adventurers since she was 6 months old, and I couldn't be happier. We know the nursery has had some bad reviews in the past, but our experience has been really positive and I would definitely recommend. The staff are kind, caring, and always take the time to make sure the children feel safe and happy. My little one always gets so excited when she sees the door and likes to see her friends in the baby room. She's honestly come on an incredible amount, and the nursery have helped with getting her into a routine as well as weaning so that's a bonus in itself! It's clear they're working hard to improve things, and i really appreciate everything they do. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

When my son first started at Little Adventurers I was a little worried about the turn over of staff and the small amount of communication from management regarding this but since the manager has started running the nursery my Son has thrived The re vamp is fantastic and looks like a new building inside with some brilliant additions for the children to enjoy. The manager communicates well with parents and is happy to help with any queries. Would now recommend to friends. Well done for turning everything around

No complaints! Lovely friendly staff, very helpful and caring, my little one has settled in better than i could have hoped and has already learnt so much and built strong bonds with the staff and looks forward to going in! I love seeing the photos and updates at the end of the day and its always lots of smiles

My daughter has been going to little adventures since October 2024 starting 10months old and is in the tiny travellers room. She is absolutely thriving there, me and her dad are still amazed at the things she's learned from going there. The staff are so amazing, she gets so excited about go to nursery in the mornings. I don't even get a wave goodbye as she feels just as comfortable there as if it were home and the bonds she has created with the staff are so sweet. I've had no issue with the nursery since my daughter has been there.

We are deeply disappointed by the sudden termination of our children's places at Little Adventurers Victoria Park, following a complaint about a biting incident. We were given no warning, no proper explanation, and no evidence to support vague accusations of a "breach of terms" and "staff abuse." Access to the nursery app - where our children's reports were stored - was revoked immediately. We later found out multiple families were also terminated the same day, suggesting this was not an isolated decision. After being locked out, a message from the CEO was posted accusing a "small number" of parents of harassment, without giving us a chance to respond. This experience has raised serious concerns about how parent feedback is handled and how families are treated when they speak up. We are sharing this publicly in the hope that it leads to accountability, transparency, and better treatment of others going forward.

Due to unknown reasons the CEO decided to terminate 10 families contracts. With NO EVIDENCE!. No warnings, no meetings. According to the CEO we all broke the contact by bully, harassment, aggressive behavior and more. 10 families! Once the CEO was questioned by multiple parents there was still no evidence or reason given. The ratio of staff to kids is not right. The ofsted report isn't great and yet the CEO thinks it's great and everything is ok. He is slandering us over the communication app. We also have no had any formal way of termination just a message on the app. The same message copy and pasted to every parent. We are not allowed to retrieve any work made or any photos etc. the staff in the room are over worked and taken for fools. Handover is terrible can take sometimes up to half hour to get into the nursery, no communication from management, no accurate feedback on food and drink. No water bottles allowed they must use a cup and ask for a drink. Which is not good for Sen kids.

When my son first started (when it opened late 2022) we couldn't have asked for more. Lovely staff, good ratios, attentive care. Unfortunately, the provision has undergone multiple staff changes (6/7 managers, along with floor staff) since it opened. The floor staff have remained amazing, but just don't have the support from higher management. More recently, a lot of staff have been let go for speaking up and raising concerns, largely about the safeguarding and care. The CEO has no childcare qualifications and does not care about the children or staff. Multiple staff members have left for the sake of their own mental health. More recently, we received a message from the CEO over the nursery app to state that my children's placements were being terminated immediately, with no explanation or evidence provided, to as what I was accused of. No further communication from the CEO or head office. The recent OFSTED inspection says it all. Please avoid registering your little loves here.

My child was terminated from this nursery due to a group of parents trying to voice their concerns regarding the care provided to our children. CEO sent messages informing us of their decision to terminate my child's place on Friday 1st April, and then removed our access to the app over the weekend so he wouldn't be subjected to the raft of people trying to find out why! Been going to this nursery for just over 2 years, and they have robbed my child of the last term of his early education before going off to school.. arguably some of the most important education time for him to have! Its a shame really, because when we first started it seemed really good. Everything has just gone downhill from there. Unable to keep a manager for more than 6 months. Poor organisation. Completing building work whilst remaining fully open, as in they were skinning the walls with the kids running around the rooms!

I previously reviewed this Nursery a couple of years ago when my Son first started however things have changed rapidly at the setting. Since the setting first opened they have had 6/7 different managers. Staff turnaround is ridiculous when staff resigning/being let go on a constant basis. During the latest transition to the new manager, upon drop off one day I noticed the preschool was out of ratio. 1 staff member to over 15 kids. When questioned I was told the other staff member at gone to the office. I knocked on the office door and was told they didn't realise and thought there was another member of staff their. A few weeks later I finally managed to speak to the new manager about this and some other concerns in a brief 5 minute chat which ended on a very friendly and positive note. A couple of weeks later and I out of the blue receive a message of termination from the Director on the App used by the Nursey. No right to Appeal. No further response or clarification from headoffice.
