Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was just six months old, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions we've made as parents.
From the very beginning, the staff have been exceptional. They are attentive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child's
wellbeing and development. It's clear that they don't just see this as a job - they truly care. Our daughter absolutely loves going in each day and has thrived in their care. The bonds she has formed with the team speak volumes about the warmth and consistency they provide.
She attends four full days a week, and we have complete confidence in the support, structure, and encouragement she receives. The communication with parents is excellent, and we're always kept informed about her progress, activities, and achievements.
Thank you to Bunnies and Ivy for all you have done for our little girl.

We have had two children at RAFA Kidz Brize Norton and have been part of the setting for over 3.5 years. During that time, we have consistently been impressed with the care and support provided. Both of our children have been incredibly happy there and have grown so much in confidence. It's been
wonderful to see how comfortable and secure they feel each day. The staff are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. The nursery provides a wide range of engaging and creative activities, helping the children learn through play while developing important social and life skills. Communication with parents is also excellent, which gives us real peace of mind.
Overall, we truly cannot fault the nursery and would highly recommend it to all our friends. It has been a fantastic experience for our family.

Really friendly staff and my daughter has settled really well. With regular observations and a good mix of food on offer. My daughter has developed some lovely bonds with members of staff and she seems very happy

I have been using Rafa Kidz Brize Norton since 2023 for my eldest daughter and now for my youngest. Both girls have thrived in Rafa Kidz care and throughly enjoyed/enjoy their time within the nursery. Staff are always welcoming and friendly which puts my mind at ease that my children are both happy
and cared for. Meals are great and variety is always offered and menus updated weekly. Management staff are always approachable and make time to talk to parents when needed and also very hands on with the children which is great to see.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Ivy team. They do an absolutely incredible job every single day. The care, enthusiasm, and dedication they show truly shines through in everything they do.
The variety of activities on offer is fantastic and has been amazing for building confidence
through learning and play. I love that the children are encouraged to spend time outdoors - Forest School always looks like so much fun and such a valuable experience.
The regular updates through the family app are wonderful and really help me feel connected to my child's day. It's lovely to see Morgan exploring, learning, and interacting so happily with other children.
The food offering is also outstanding, with such a great variety of nutritious meals. I couldn't be happier with the care and support provided, and I'm so grateful to the Ivy team for everything they do.

Our daughter is very happy at the RAFA Pre-school, and looks forward to going everyday. There is a robust developmental programme in place and the pre-school lead is clearly invested in planning, delivery and communication of activities. We get very thorough daily and weekly reviews (including
photos) in the app, so we are very well appraised of the kids's activities. All the staff are polite and knowledgeable and clearly care for the children. We have had very few toileting accidents since starting pre-school and our daughter eats well. Her vocabulary improves every day, and we can tell from the way she speaks that the staff speak to her with kindness, affection and consistency.

What a wonderful nursery with a wonderfully supportive team. We are so grateful to RAFAKidz Brize Norton and their dedication to provide the best care to help our son thrive.
Our son is happy to attend each day and clearly gets joy and key learning experiences out of his time there. His language

My Son attends RAFA Kidz Pre-School and it's clear to see how much he is thriving there. The staff are caring, supportive and provide excellent communication as to my son's development. The Pre-school chef, Lisa is an absolute star and the variety of meals provided is outstanding.

Great nursery, awesome staff. Leaving my daughter there I feel she is very cared for and safe. She always leaves with a smile on her face and a wave goodbye to the staff. Always greeted with a smile and good morning from the front of nursery staff and always feels very welcoming.

An amazing nursery with absolutely gorgeous staff who can't do enough for the kids. My son has come on leaps and bounds developmentally having been there for nearly 9 months now!

Rafa Kidz is a great nursery for little ones. The team is very welcoming and supportive, and we had a great experience and would definitely recommend. The facilities are good and my little one loved the outdoor space.

Our child is well cared for at RAFA Kidz! The staff is caring and supportive and got to know our child as an individual. They keep us up to date on his nutrition and hydration. We can't recommend this nursery highly enough!

Such a lovely setting with the most kind, caring and attentive staff.
My little girl has attended this setting for the past 12 months and has loved every room she has been a part of and all the staff within.
All rooms make a conscious effort to think of new and creative ways to enhance the
children's learning, fun and enjoyment. The management take the time to always greet you on a morning and make themselves available if needed and thorough updates are consistently provided through the app from all staff. I would 100% recommend RAFA Kidz Brize Norton to any parent who was considering this setting for their child.

Amazing nursery with equally amazing staff. All the staff are incredibly helpful patient and kind, I couldn't choose a better place for my son. They always keep me up to date with everything to do with my child and have a brilliantly diverse menu that they feed him daily. They also ensure safety is
a priority at all times which makes me feel incredibly comfortable leaving him in their care day to day.

My daughter absolutely loves attending nursery at RAFA Kids Brize Norton. The staff are so friendly and amazing with the little ones. You can tell they really care and put a lot of effort into making sure the little ones get the care they need and have a great day. They do a great mix of indoor and

I highly recommend RAFA Kidz to all parents. We are a dual serving family and the nursery have been nothing but understanding and caring. Our little one started Oct 24 when she turned 12 months, she was a very shy baby and wouldn't go to anyone but Mum or Dad. 3 months later she is a loud, confident
little girl and gives big hugs to the nursery staff every morning when she sees them. We even had the first tears when she had to leave nursery the other day!
The staff are so kind and accommodating and have taken everything on board regarding my child's care. They have done their best to implement the routine I have suggested to them.
I've been very impressed with the variety of food and the amount they are given. It's always home cooked hearty meals with lots of healthy snacks throughout the day.
I was a worried parent when she first started going to nursery and missed her a lot, but the staff were great at sending me updates and pictures on the app throughout the day.
They're brilliant!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at RAFA Kidz Brize Norton. From the very beginning, the settling in process was smooth and reassuring. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my then 7 month-old son felt comfortable and safe. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, which
really helped ease both his transition and mine as a parent.
It's clear how much the staff genuinely care for the children-they always greet my son with smiles and warmth and they've truly created an environment where my son feels confident and secure.
Dropping him off each day is such a positive experience; he's always happy and settled, which speaks volumes about how comfortable and content he is. I have full trust in the team, and I'm so grateful for the love and attention they show my little one. Highly recommend this nursery!

Rafa Kidz Brize Norton is absolutely brilliant! The management team are friendly, proactive and all over the running of the nursery. The room leaders and practitioners go above and beyond to ensure these children have fun and learn. Both of my children have been with the nursery for a long time and
couldn't be more happy. They have been in all age rooms in the nursery and each one has had its own routine, appropriate for the children's age, but all follow the same ethos of the nursery. There are lots of visitors and trips throughout the year and lots of different special events and occasions are celebrated. The meals are varied and healthy and both of my children have enjoyed them very much. The nursery are always open to speak with families to see if there is anything they can do more of, less of or add in.

Preschool - overall we find this a friendly environment. Being new, there's been a huge learning curve for all involved and the RAFA staff have made a huge effort to make this transition possible and effective. Unfortunately we have found there to be a lack of communication between staff and
parents, with the standard phrase of "they've had a nice day" used, and no real understanding of what the children are doing day to day or a quality handover experience, resulting in the app not being utilised effectively. Difficult to give an accurate rating, as we do not have a full understanding of this without that communication. However, with the current implementation of improvements planned, this be a great opportunity for the company and families involved.
