This nursery is absolutely amazing! In terms of caring for my little girl, the love they share for her, her excitement seeing her teachers and little friends, the detailed feedback from the teachers, the activities she gets up to, the learning, the nutritional meals she has, the daily diaries too.
Honestly, they go above and beyond to make her happy and make me a happier parent. I feel comfortable to leave my little girl here and she's the happiest she has been. My daughter is always learning new things and excited to express herself to me every day! I highly recommend this nursery x

I honestly couldn't fault a thing. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are excellent. My son attended Busy little Bees nursery for almost two years, and during that time he developed in leaps and bounds. The staff are always flexible, understanding, and provide regular updates in the app
which I loved. I enjoyed seeing what my son had been up to every day. The staff have created an environment where it's clear the children are genuinely happy. I'll truly miss dropping my son off each day and hearing all about his adventures there.
The only thing I wish they offered is excursions outside of the nursery, as we had at our previous nursery which was always a hit with both parents and children. Other than that, I've been extremely happy with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I'm absolutely delighted with how my son has grown and progressed over time, thanks to the attentive and supportive staff at the nursery. I feel comfortable addressing any concerns I have about my child, and the management consistently provides the best possible assistance.

Busy Little Bees Nursery Handsworth Wood has helped my daughter grow into the intelligent little girl she is. She loves spending time with her teachers and peers whilst she is playing and learning. I am extremely pleased with her development. The staff are always ready to help and work alongside me
and my partner to help my daughter towards her next steps. I look forward to hearing about her new experiences at the end of each day.

We are really happy with the care and services provided at the nursery.
Our daughter had a very difficult time settling into nursery, however, all the staff members were very supportive and trialled different strategies to help her settle in. She now really enjoys the nursery!
The app they use
allows us to keep track of her activities throughout the day and the staff members are always willing and keen to give oral feedback at the end of the day.
They put on different workshops which allows us parents to get involved with the nursery which is such a valuable experience.
So far, we are pleased with our experience.

At first I was not happy with the way updates were recorded on the app of how my child was in the day. In the 4 hours of her session, there would only be one picture of her with no description of what learning is taking place. I did inform her key worker and when I did I was pleased with the fact
that she quickly acted on the feedback so now I get detailed updates on every activity that is taking place so, as a mother, I am reassured that there is learning taking place for my child who is quite advanced for her age.

My son started at Busy Little Bees Handsworth in April, I have never used private nursery services before, and I had a bit of apprehension, however settling went well, staff were supportive and giving me reassurance. I had a look around prior to choosing the location. This is a really nice, clean,
bright and spacious environment. I want my son to be more autonomous and I think staff will support him.

My son started here at the end of August 2023. He came from a nursery where we had a bad experience, but here he was shown nothing but love and patience whilst he transitioned into his new surroundings. My son has fit in so well and built strong bonds with all the staff. He now goes to the staff
happily and forgets to say bye to me and his dad. Love this nursery!

My son has managed to settle in well considering he had a bad experience with a childminder prior to joining Busy Little Bees Nursery Handsworth Wood. The staff have been awesome in making sure he is comfortable in his new surroundings in and his development/speech has improved very much. Overall we
are happy with the nursery and there is a huge relief knowing that our son is happy and being well looked after.

I was really happy with the facilities and different areas this nursery offers. The staff are kind and friendly and always have time if you ever need to discuss anything. This was my child's first nursery; he settled in very well and felt comfortable with the setting and staff. I am very pleased
with their overall service.

Super friendly staff and always approachable. Great setting, is clean and variety of activities for children to explore. Good communication with parents through app and daily handovers. Daily photos of the child in nursery which is lovely to see and reassuring. Grab and go breakfast for parents
which is such a nice touch. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing staff amazing nursery outstanding. So supportive, the manager has been there for us.
My child has learnt a lot too when it comes to his English very happy with the nursery.
Overall staff are very good with my child can’t fault anyone.

The nursery staff are amazing and friendly. My daughter is very happy with the way the staff work and enjoys all the activities they do with her. The staff keep you updated with what the children have done. They also have an app where you can see what the child has been doing while at the nursery
and they also help on other areas at the parent's request which makes it more helpful.

My son has been attending nursery since January and we have come a long way since then. Absolutely fantastic staff not only is he fully potty trained and off nappies but he also enjoys snacks and dinners and believe me he wouldn’t even eat anything. That is all thanks to the support and
encouragement of the nursery. My son absolutely loves nursery. He is happy and settled. His speech has improved. He can count and recognise numbers and some letters now. I want to say thank you to all nursery staff members for doing such an amazing job.

My daughter seems to have settled really and seems very happy at the nursery at the moment. Kids are offered healthy snacks and the nursery has an amazing outdoor play space. Thank you to the team for all your help.

This is my daughter's first time at nursery and so far both my and my daughter's experience has been smooth sailing. I was instantly put at ease with leaving my daughter at this nursery. The staff and the premises are both great my daughter loves it here.

I was a little apprehensive about my little one starting nursery as she is my first. My husband and I went to view the nursery and I just felt at ease with how the Manager spoke about the nursery, the resources and how the nursery settles the children. Her key workers have both been amazing with my
little one and the care that she gets from the nursery. There are regular phone calls to update me on her well-being.
