We couldn't be happier that we picked N Family for our son. From start to date the team have been AMAZING and care for our boy so well, his key workers genuinely love him, which is so heartwarming. He has come on leaps and bounds in the 3 months he's been there and developing so much- more
importantly we couldn't be happier and always has a massive smile on his face. They nursery is calm, well run, organised re activities and the food is sensational, plus they organise parents so adults can meet and build a network, which has been great for me and my wife- thank you N Family Redhill!!

We couldn't be happier with N Family Club Redhill. The team is warm, caring and genuinely invested in each child, which makes drop-offs feel so reassuring. Our little one has grown so much in confidence and independence since joining. The activities are varied and creative, and the outdoor space is
fantastic - our child loves the garden!. Communication is excellent too; the daily updates and photos always brighten our day. The food is healthy and well thought out, and we've noticed a big improvement in eating habits. Overall, the nursery feels like a safe, happy and nurturing place where children are truly supported. We highly recommend it.

My daughter started N family January 2024, and I couldn't be more happier with the choice I made, the nursery it a bit out the way for me as I am not local however it's worth it.
The staff have been friendly and understanding from the beginning, it's an excellent nursery she has learnt a lot
and her personality has blossomed!
The app is brilliant as it gives me a peace of mind throughout the day while working to see what my little one is up to.
N family ensures the activity's carried out are not only fun but has an educational element in them.

Our little one has been attending N family since February 2025 and so far our experience has been excellent. The staff are attentive and kind. The room activities are fantastic with painting and baking. The nursery goes the extra mile by providing croissants and coffees for parents in the mornings
and putting on sports days and parties for the children and families. We would highly recommend!

I have nothing but positive feedback about this nursery. I was really apprehensive about sending my daughter to a nursery as she was with a childminder previously but I have been proven so wrong and my whole perception has completely changed.
I receive regular updates, the staff are all so lovely
and look after my daughter so well. They really do treat the children as if they are their own which is so lovely to see as a parent. My daughter comes home so happy and has just grown so much in such a short amount of time. Best decision I made sending her to this nursery. I can't recommend them enough.

We love N family club, I was reluctant to put my son in nursery but he is thriving and absolutely loves it. You can tell the staff really care about the children and want them to do well. The nursery has lots of wooden toys, good outside space and a lovely menu, I think I would go here every day if
I could! If I can't be with my son everyday because of work, I'm glad he is somewhere where he eats well, does lots of activities and has an amazing time!

A Kindly, understanding and thoughtful nursery. The staff are brilliant. It's certainly a home from home experience. My daughter loves attending. The flexibility to add an early morning starts or extending the day by an hour is incredibly helpful for working parents. The breakfast bar for the
parents is an extra bonus and a treat with delicious croissants and hot drinks.

I was worried and feeling guilty about having to put our son in nursery at 6 months as I thought he was too young but I had to go back to work. But now I'm so glad I did. He is happy when we drop him off and he is happy when we pick him up but also he has developed so much in the month he has been
there. Everyone has taken such great care of him and we can see how comfortable he is with everyone. From people at reception to the team in his room, to everyone who helps keep the place running, everyone is so friendly and makes the place really feel like an extended home. On top of that, all the educational exercises, sensory experiences and food given are something we would never be able to do at home and you can tell the well of good it has done to him. We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery and grateful to everyone there for the great care they have given our son.

The staff are friendly, and caring and know my grandson. They welcome him with a warm smile each morning and have his best interests at heart.
A great deal of work goes into the planning as all the activities are creative and make learning enjoyable.

Our daughter has been attending N Nursery since January and we're really happy with our choice. I was nervous about her starting, as she hadn't had any previous nursery experience and she was nearly 2! She has settled really well, thanks to the wonderful staff, lovely facilities and great food. It
was most important to me that the staff and educators demonstrated empathy and genuine interest in looking after the children in their care, which the N staff do, time and time again. They understand each child's unique interests and personalities and nurture their growth beautifully.

As most parents picking out a nursery for our first child was quite scary and daunting, that being said from the moment we made the first initial enquiry to the first day we dropped our daughter off at N Family Club Redhill has been nothing short of amazing. The whole team have made me and my wife
feel very safe and happy knowing that they will take good care of our daughter. All of the team are so friendly, the staff member at the front desk is amazing and the whole team in our daughter's class are just brilliant. Our daughter at the time was the youngest and smallest so naturally we were a bit worried and scared but all the team have looked after her so well and she just loves going there, every time she sees the ladies who look after her she smiles and laughs and is so happy to see them. The games, lessons and interactions she gets in her class are out of this world. The food menu is unbelievable too, she eats like a queen. Overall I couldn't recommend N Family Club Redhill highly enough!

My daughter has been attending N Family Club Redhill since January and I can’t praise or recommend this nursery enough. The facility has been incredibly well thought out with age/development appropriate rooms, as well as a beautiful secure outside garden enabling the children to always have fresh
and fun stimulation. The staff are all incredible and you can tell they genuinely love the children and want the best for them. They’re always thinking of new and fun activities - My daughter comes home with new skills and words on a weekly basis which is so comforting and reassuring to know she’s enjoying her day. The dedicated app helps parents stay updated on their child’s activities (with photos and videos), sleep, and meals throughout the day, as well as being the main communication hub with the staff, helping busy parents stay organised.

Our daughter has been at N family for over a year and thoroughly enjoys her time there. All the staff we have dealt with are exceptional and always friendly.
The menu and food is great. The activities are wide-ranging and things like the baby yoga have been a hit.
Open door policy resolves any
potential issues quickly.
Overall very pleased.

Absolutely outstanding nursery, highly recommended. It is led and managed extremely professionally, to a very demanding standard. The staff is incredibly caring and versatile and helped our son develop well ahead of his age group in a variety of ways (and start getting potty trained, too!)

We are very happy with N Family Redhill. Our son’s settling process was really good at the opening of the nursery, and we simply love sending him here. They have many activities and very friendly staff, who spend time explaining our son’s development and activities each day. Management has been
wonderful, with a high level of communication and making sure our requests were followed through by other staff members. It really has been such a positive experience both for our son and us!

We moved to N from a different nursery and we definitely made the right choice. All the staff are lovely, caring, sincere, and act with empathy. His diet is better than ours and he is happy to go in every day. They always report incidents and always have an open door for any concerns we’ve had. They
care, not just for the children, but for parents as well.

This nursery was exceptionally caring in helping my son to settle into nursery. I personally found the right balance between nurturing independence and offering comfort. They’ve also been exceptional on the occasions when I’ve needed extended hours or an extra day at short notice. The management
team are friendly and prompt at answering queries. The carers in the room are truly outstanding. They seem to genuinely care about the kids they look after and provide a comparatively individual experience tailored for them. The outdoor area is lovely and the kids are taken outdoors even in rainy weather, which is great. We had significant dietary requirements due to health issues with our son and this nursery was outstanding in meeting his needs. What made this nursery stand out for me is their honesty and integrity. On the rare occasions that my son has had (very minor) injuries, they’ve contacted me immediately and been completely upfront about what happened. This honesty is priceless.

My son started N in April 2023 and was 10 months. Right from the start, the staff were so friendly and made my son and myself feel at ease, with regular updates on how he was getting on. He has since transitioned rooms, which we were a little nervous about, but again the staff made it so easy and
welcoming. Every day we go in, the staff are all so friendly in and around the building, but also the class welcoming my son in for the day. All the children come running and waving, showing how happy they all are, which is always reassuring. His development has progressed so much since being at nursery. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful with stages he might be going through and how we can help him at home. We are very happy N opened when it did.

N Family Nursery in Redhill has been an absolute blessing for my son's early childhood education. His progress and learning under their care has been amazing to see. The dedicated team at N Family Nursery have a passion for childcare and a genuine commitment to upholding a positive and enriching
environment for every child. As a parent, I never feel worried about my son whilst he is in their care and he talks about his friends and educators with excitement and fondness when he’s at home, including the chef who prepares the healthy and varied menu each week. The location is excellent for dropping off/collecting on the way to/from Redhill Train Station, it also has bus stops right outside and it's accessible both by foot and bicycle. The nursery is an overall standout choice for parents seeking a nurturing and educational foundation for their little ones.

My daughter just completed her first week and we could not be happier. The team and management at N Family Club Redhill are incredible. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Upon entering, you are always greeted with a warm smile. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and calming. The weekly food menu
has so much variety. The team always thinks of fun, engaging, and interesting activities for the children and we love receiving updates on the app. Any questions or concerns that we had were promptly addressed by the team. We are so impressed at the level of communication and care. I cannot say enough positive things about this nursery. It’s always hard leaving your child with someone else but I’m confident that she is in great hands here. Thank you so much N Family Club Redhill!
