Our two children (4 and 2) have been in nursery here for two months, and we couldn't be happier. One of our children has very serious food allergies, and they have been incredibly thorough in keeping them safe. Two things that especially stand out to me:
1. The staff is just phenomenal. You can
tell all of them really care for the kids and care about what they do. My kids really adore the staff.
2. They give them tons of outdoor time in a garden that really encourages free-play and creativity.
We're delighted to be here! Highly recommend!

The Triangle continues to be a place of excellence and our daughter has thrived there. The staff are amazing, the teaching KSI assessments are relevant and proactive. I cannot praise the leadership and staff enough for their attitude and professionalism. Thank you!!!

Hope is now nearly 4 years old and has thrived at The Triangle. Her strength, mental aptitude, language, social skills - all aspects. The support from the energetic, enthusiastic and loving caring team is second to none. I have recommended this nursery many times to friends and colleagues. 10 out of
10! I think she will be very sad to leave.

Triangle nursery has always felt like a wonderful place for our children to grow. Their key people have always been kind and engaged and we are always kept updated with how our children are progressing. The management also take a very keen interest in all the children and take special care with each
one!!

We enrolled our son at Kids Planet The Triangle. While the carers were kind, the management by the nursery manager and the area manager was deeply concerning. The nursery enforces a "no tailgating" rule by having staff recognise parents at the door, yet there is no physical barrier to stop someone
entering behind you. When I asked the nursery manager what would prevent an intruder from reaching the children, she said she would "try my best". The area manager later confirmed staff are not expected to intervene, but offered no clear alternative procedure. The internal door PIN, the only real safeguard, is shared by all families and had not been changed for months. Management also claimed to "know all parents", yet addressed my wife as "Mr", showing the system is unreliable. We also noticed hygiene and supervision issues as others mentioned on this site. After raising concerns, management restricted our access and encouraged us to leave early. We withdrew our son and cannot recommend this nursery.

We are so happy with our experience at The Triangle. The management team is excellent - approachable and always helpful, which gives us real peace of mind. The staff in the Toddler Room are incredibly warm, kind, and caring, and it is clear how much they genuinely care about the children. Our son is
thriving in their care. His language and social skills have come on in leaps and bounds since he started. We really appreciate the warm, loving, and nurturing environment they provide every day, and we feel confident knowing our son is so well supported.

I've had two children at the nursery, with the youngest still currently there. The premises are nice, large and welcoming. The staff are excellent on the whole. As is the norm, issues may arise, but I've found that discussions with management have resolved issues, whether individual or more
systemic. This is really what you are after in a nursery: the ability to adjust the care required for your children. The Triangle excels in this regard. I've found everyone to be kind and friendly, and when asked due to personal circumstances, they are prepared to go above and beyond in the interests of the child. Overall, you would be hard-pressed to find a better nursery for your children.

Really helpful and understanding staff, welcoming to both child and parents, accommodating as best as they could when needed
Plenty of activities are offered so the child will learn and get entertained, while also developing skills, manners and discipline

A safe, fun space for my child. They have been supportive of both me and my child since day one. Especially with my child's health condition. I leave them there smiling and I know they will have a nice day.

Our son has attended since Jan 24 and we have been thrilled with the setting. Our feeling is of a well-run nursery with a lovely community, where the staff are trained and developed. Our son has particularly enjoyed the garden, forest school and udeskole activities. We feel that he has been known
and understood by the staff and has built some great friendships with peers. We feel it has been a great balance of acquiring specific skills (using scissors, potty training), fun, nurture and relational skills (taking turns). They have built confidence with sports sessions and small group trips around town. The staff have also been great 'partners in parenting' in the inevitable phases of more challenging behaviour. He will leave happy, excited and ready for school - thank you Triangle!

Our child has been under the care of the Triangle staff for two years. During that time they have made great efforts to help her overcome her shyness and her overly cautious nature. Our daughter has become a well-rounded little girl from the support, care and love she has been given by her key
people. The welcoming environment and capable management have made The Triangle a wonderful, fun and safe place for our kids. Thank you!

Our little boy is so happy at The Triangle - we know because most mornings he picks up his nursery bag after breakfast, walks to the door smiling and waving, and saying 'Bye-bye!'. We have been really impressed with the standard of care, range of activities, staff and management, cleanliness, and
attention to safeguarding since he started. All the staff seem to know him (not just those based in the rooms), the range of facilities and activities is impressive, and although he was a bit wobbly for the first week or two in each new room (he has been through babies, tots, and is now in toddlers), they have helped him to settle very swiftly and now he happily walks in or goes for a cuddle with a member of staff at drop-off time. The staff take safeguarding extremely seriously, which I find reassuring, too. All in all, we are really pleased with The Triangle and would recommend it to other parents.

I have been using Triangle Nursery for my son since he was an 8-month-old baby, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention he has received throughout his time there. The staff are incredibly professional and empathetic, always going above and beyond to ensure that each child's needs are
met.
They have looked after my son exceptionally well, providing a safe and nurturing environment that has allowed him to grow and thrive. One of the standout aspects for me was their support with potty training, which was handled with great patience and understanding.
I highly recommend Triangle Nursery to any parent looking for a reliable, caring, and supportive environment for their child.

A friendly, bright nursery with super kind staff and fun, innovative childcare ideas. My son is still quite young and I was nervous going back to work, but he loved it here from day 1. The lovely girls in the room have been open and kind, making the complete transition a great experience for my boy
and me. All staff take great care of him on a daily basis and he has a unique bond with his key person. They also support you in any issue you might have at home as a first-time parent with tips from feeding to sleeping. On top, I am amazed of week of the creative sensory approaches they provide. And a great outdoor area. All in all, we feel lucky to be in such a great nursery. Thanks so much for all you do!

Triangle Nursery has been a wonderful second home for our child. From day one, the staff's warmth made him feel secure and excited to attend. They go beyond basic care, offering valuable tips that help us at home, showing their genuine commitment to his development and well-being. The meals are
nutritious and kid-friendly, thanks to the dedicated chef. Plus, the children spend plenty of time outside, even enjoying breakfast al fresco sometimes. What truly stands out is the strong sense of community, staff members are involved and engaged with the children. We're incredibly grateful for Triangle Nursery and highly recommend it to other families seeking a loving and enriching environment.

My son has been at the nursery for 4 years. The nursery feels to us like our extended family. The atmosphere is friendly, caring and fun. We feel our son has benefited hugely from the multiculturalism and the focus on enjoying the outdoors. Thank you to the hardworking staff.

My child enjoys her time at the nursery and looks forward to seeing her friends and key person every day. The nursery does a wonderful job in preparing each day to be a unique experience for the kids, while also teaching them important skills for development.

My son joined the nursery just after he turned one in the summer of 2022. Since then the nursery has been transformed by the new management team that took over in late 2022/early 2023. Whenever I go to the nursery, I feel confident that my son is being safely cared for. The nursery is a friendly,
fun, and welcoming place, and my son is very happy there. He has formed a really strong bond with lots of members of staff in the Toddlers Room and with the nursery managers. All the staff pay close attention to him, his well-being, and his development. The staff organise lots of varied and interesting activities for the children to do every day and they also have a large garden that the children use all year round. The food provided (breakfast, lunch, and tea) is also very varied and of excellent quality.

Both our daughters have attended Kids Planet The Triangle Day Nursery and they have both loved and flourished their time there. Our daughters have both had unique bonds with their key workers and all other workers. Our youngest still attends the nursery in the toddler room and we have been so
impressed with all the workers in the room and the management team. The activities they undertake are different, fun and educational without the children realising. The food is great and caters for allergy needs that our daughter has. We couldn't recommend the nursery enough. The care and attention our daughter has is amazing. Our eldest was sad when she had to leave and loves to go and pick our youngest up to see what it's like now and have happy memories.

Kids Planet The Triangle is an excellent nursery. The staff are on first name terms with children and parents, the operation runs like clockwork, and the activities are top notch. The striking thing about The Triangle is just how kind the staff are. They seem very content with their jobs, and this
shines through with the care provided to the children. The garden is also fantastic in spring-autumn, and children are able to spend most of their time outside. Overall, really happy with The Triangle, the level of care and learning is exceptional.
