N Family Club Highgate have exceeded my expectations from every angle - the team who look after my little one are amazing and my daughter walks into nursery with excited every morning. The fortress is a great room - lots of toys, books, stimulation for the little ones! They do amazing activities
every day and I trust my daughter is in a safe, warm and structured environment every day with great routine.

We are so happy with N Family Highgate! Our daughter started a year ago and in that time she has flourished under great care from the whole team. We took our time choosing a nursery for her and went with this one because of the friendly and knowledgeable team, food, activities they do and the warm
atmosphere. We have not been disappointed. Our daughter loves going in and talks about all her friends and educators at home with excitement.
We would definitely recommend this nursery to parents who want a loving, warm and safe environment for their child. On top of that they have a fantastic curriculum that's great for child development while staying fun, the best environment for learning.

As a grandfather I have dropped off two of my grandchildren (and will soon be doing the nursery run with a third) it is so reassuring to see them literally skip into N Family Club with broad smiles. On collection, they are so animated about what they have been doing and who they have met and played
with.
And the facilities and design of the buildings are so inspirational, absolutely fantastic, the staff are excellent as well, nothing compares in my opinion. Very impressive.

I've taken 3 of my precious grandchildren to 3 Family Club Nurseries and each time I'm blown away by the building, the staff and how happy the children are. I really wish I could have sent my own children to a nursery as fabulous as N Family Club.

I couldn't find a more excellent learning environment for my kid. All the teachers and management are great. The activities and engagement look very nice and our child seems to have an enjoyable time in the nursery. Everyday coming home with something new learned, and being taught responsibility and
respect. The daily meal menu is really nice, it is reached and very suitable for our kid's eating habits. A huge thanks to all the staff, making our life easier.

We have only good things to say. Excellent teachers, nice and inspiring environment and very well-working front desk, which is very convenient if you want to schedule extra days or make any other arrangements.

The team at the Nest is outstanding. The settling process has been very smooth, our 12-month-old son’s key and support workers have been so wonderful. In less than a week our son was tucking into all meals and having a good long nap. Thank you team N Family Club Highgate!

We couldn’t be more grateful to N Family Highgate for the wonderful job they did taking care of our son. The staff were so accommodating and helpful throughout, there was always a welcome face at the desk in the morning and at pick-up. Our son loved his carers and flourished under their guidance.

In just a few words this is an amazing nursery! Strong focus on kids' wellbeing which is the key to confident, academically successful children. The manager is a very experienced educator and is always very involved in the children's journey through nursery. She has helped us immensely with my
daughter’s settling to the nursery at the beginning in the most effective and at the same time gentle way. It has been a wonderful journey for us and our daughter.

Our daughter is very happy and cannot wait to go to the nursery every day. There is a great variety of activities and the staff are very attentive. She have evolved a lot since January 2023 when she started going there at the age of 2 and half.

From our initial interactions with N Family Club Highgate we knew this was where we wanted our son to go. The front of house team are so welcoming, professional and happy to answer any questions. All of the educators we have had interactions with have been incredibly caring, knowledgeable and given
our son so much love and attention. We cannot thank them enough for everything they do for our son. He loves going to nursery each day and has made so many lovely bonds and relationships. N Family Club Highgate really does feel like a family. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We enrolled our daughter to N Family Club in October and having had previous experiences from other nurseries, I cannot recommend the N Family highly enough. From the settling preparation, professionalism, attention to detail and the most warm and welcoming environment. Our little one settled really
fast and she is already loving it. The manager and all staff are nothing but fantastic with extremely high standards!

My 3 year old son joined N Family Club - Highgate this year as we moved to the area and he's been very happy going there. Some of the good points include: the children seem very happy and engaging, the staff is friendly and open, great approach to education (inclusive and gentle), they are very
organised (they have an app where they log daily activities, provide updates etc.), and they get to spend time outside in the back garden or the park nearby. In terms of the communication, we always had a prompt response and felt they wanted us to be happy whenever we raised anything.

N Family are absolutely fantastic. All the staff are incredible and make us feel very comfortable to leave our son in their care. Special shout out to four members of staff in particular for their constant professionalism and affection to our boy.

Wonderful staff and beautiful premises! Such a caring and nurturing environment. My daughter’s day is filled with exciting learning experiences and when I pick her up she is always excited to tell me what she’s been up to. Highly recommend!

Our daughter has been attending for almost a year.
As a parent, I find N Family the most beautiful, safe and educational nursery I could imagine for my daughter.
I can see the benefit of her attendance at N family and look forward to her growth/progression at the nursery.
The staff are all

So pleased with N Family Club - Highgate. It’s such a lovely welcoming environment for kids and parents. Nothing but great things to say about the staff - everyone on management, reception and directly looking after my daughter's care are thoughtful, open and caring.

My child has been at N Family Club Highgate since she was 9 months old. She adores nursery and is excited to leave the house every morning so she can play there.
Three reasons we all like this nursery:
1) Learning and development: we love all the learning activities she does at nursery, and how
they have a plan for every child. The nursery has also taught us the Makaton hand signals to help us communicate better at home.
2) Food: the menu is so nutritious and healthier than the other places we visited. The nursery is the only place where my daughter will eat all her greens.
3) For parents: we appreciate the croissants and coffee for parents every morning!

The manager is amazing. Super happy with N Family. We have been here for two months and our child has quickly adjusted to the nursery. We highly recommend this place. The staff are very kind, the app is very friendly.

We have been extremely impressed with the staff and experience at the N Family Club in Highgate - all of the ‘in-room’ staff are extremely friendly and professional. The nursery is newly refurbished and well-equipped, and the staff clearly take pride in its appearance. Most importantly our son, who
is one, is very happy at handover and pick-up.
