I am happy with Giggles nursery. My son started when he was 10 months old and it was a difficult start. Staff in the baby room are lovely and always want to know about how to support. They always received my son with smiles which after few weeks he was more settled. He had a lovely relationship with key worker and other members. Everything change when he moved room, he loves it now , has good relationship with friends. All the staff are lovely and my son has build really good relationship with them. Nursery is very efficient to answer any questions that we have as parent , financial or asking for early start. Communication is great and I will be sad when he leave this nursery as I can see that he loves it. It is a great nursery and I would extremely recomend it as my experience has been positive. Lovely support even when it was difficult to leave him under the care of another person.

My daughter started at Giggles Nursery in March 2025. It took her a few weeks to settle is as she had never been away from her parents before . The staff were amazing at helping her settle in offering comfort and distraction. She now loves going nursery and happily goes in without a care in the world . Her speaking has come on leaps and bounds and she is a happy confident child . The nursery track her development and milestones and do regular check in with parents . The have an app they they update with the daily information on how the days gone . Food eaten and nappy changes . Photo updates etc Can not fault the nursery at all . My daughter can't wait to go back in September

Giggles is an excellent nursery with fantastic, friendly staff. My daughter started in Red Room when she was 2 and is now in the Blue Pre-School room. The staff make a real effort each day, setting up a number of activities for the children, all themed around a particular topic for the week. I love that they incorporate learning in to their play. They also have a lovely secure outdoor area. The app is constantly updated with photos and content showing their daily activities and updates of what your child has eaten and toilet visits etc. The staff are warm and welcoming, approachable and supportive. My daughter absolutely loves going, she has made lots of friends and it's lovely to see her thriving in all aspects of her development. I couldn't ask for anything more, they go above and beyond and I feel comfortable leaving my daughter in their safe hands. We will be sad to leave Giggles when it's time for her to move on to school.

Excellent nursery, with fantastic staff/practitioners - it has a lovely, home-like feel to it. All the children engage with each other, and there's strong diversity across the age groups. The app is constantly updated with photos and content showing their daily activities, whilst you also receive your child's progress report on a regular basis. A wonderful place to be.

What can I say about this great team?! Honestly, I am so delighted my son is registered to this nursery. It was so difficult for him to adapt at the beginning, as he didn't speak English at all, but all the staff were doing their best to make him feel comfortable and taught him so many things in such a short time. They were more than willing to provide him comfort any time he needed it and they would always inform me about everything that was going on and they still do, which is absolutely great for us as moms. Thank you so much, we really do appreciate everything that you do for our little ones.

The staff here are all lovely. They're friendly and approachable. I have no concerns at all. My son is settled here. He started in the toddler room, which he's currently in, but he'll soon be moving into the preschool room. I'm happy to keep him at Giggles until he attends school because I love the environment here. I highly recommend it. The manager is always happy to accommodate for additional hours should we ever need them and any questions have been answered promptly. I've found all the staff to be open and honest. They supported my son when he first started at Giggles, as it took a while for him to become comfortable with the staff and room. Now, he absolutely loves going to nursery.

Highly recommend the nursery. The staff are friendly and very patient. My baby had just started on solids and the staff have really been helpful with that. I appreciate most that I can keep track of activities for the time my baby is there through the app.

My child has attended for the last year, the nursery is very well organised and look after my child brilliantly. They have taken great care with her additional needs and have made sure she thrives at nursery. They keep me updated with her progress and they have a great variety of activities during her time there.

We joined Giggles in Feb 2023 as our friend highly recommended this nursery to us. We are thoroughly impressed and have seen our little one thrive. We are saddened to be leaving this year because I can see how much my little one enjoys his time with all his friends. The staff are professional yet caring and compassionate. They have quarterly progress assessments where you have the option to have a consultation over the phone or in person to discuss your little one's development. I love that we are with our little one's development even if we are physically not present. The app is fantastic and communication via the app is easy. If you are looking for a nursery for your little one then I highly recommend Giggles in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff for the care of my little one.

Nursery is well run and well organised. Communication regarding my child is frequent and informative using the app. Progress is tracked regularly and these are uploaded onto the app. Activities are planned for every day and are enjoyable and my child has lots of fun. Staff in the nursery rooms are all very kind and friendly and my daughter always has someone to help her and comfort her if she needs it. I'm so happy with Giggles Morley and how well they look after my child.

Highly recommend it, my little boy who is nearly two has settled in so well with the nursery and the staff have been so helpful and reassuring. There are plenty of activities he enjoys at nursery and also varied meals.

I would highly recommend Giggles Morley. They were brilliant from day one. I was an apprehensive first time mum, but they put me at ease and our child has been thriving at the nursery. All staff are caring and attentive and issues are dealt with in a professional and swift manner. Our child has come on so much since he joined back at the end of October 2023 and has settled in so well. He loves going to nursery. We couldn't be happier with the service and care they provide.

My daughter loves the Christmas party and the Christmas concert, lots of songs learned during Christmas season and many crafts made. The sessions are always well organised and as a parent I feel at ease while my daughter is at Giggles.

The staff and setting at Giggles is excellent. My daughter was not a keen starter, but they were so gentle and understanding and now she really enjoys it. The activities and learning are great, and everything is clear and well organised.

All the staff at Giggles Nursery are absolutely amazing. My daughter is a SEN child and the adults around her have been super helpful and accommodating to help her get where she is today. Every single one of her needs is met and I wouldn’t want to send her anywhere else. Every morning we are welcomed with a smile and on those days my child is not too happy, they do their best to cheer her up with songs, snuggles and dances. They are an excellent team and I made the right choice with this nursery.

I would highly recommend Giggles Nursey, my 2-year-old little boy started in January this year and was petrified of leaving me as he was a lockdown baby. He has been going just over 6 months now and absolutely loves his time there, he has come on so much and excelled in confidence. The staff are brilliant with him and I’m happy knowing he’s happy being there.

The girls are brilliant with my son, he enjoys going to nursery and always has a smile on his face. He’s a monkey for eating and the girls really try to help him at meal times. The nursery girls are always so welcoming.

My little girl was really shy when she started but the staff have been incredible with her and really brought her out of her shell. Especially the lady in the red room. Great nursery! Would highly recommend.

My daughter had been at Giggles over a year now and her development is coming on really well. She absolutely loves nursery, gets on with all the staff and enjoys all the food. I've noticed the nursery, rooms activities and family updates have gone up in leaps and bounds since our room manager changed. I feel very optimistic for the nursery and enjoy seeing it get better and better. I feel my daughter has learnt a lot that I wouldn't have been able to teach her and feel confident she is receiving great care at Giggles.

My little boy took a while to settle and I had to spend a few mornings there with him for a while. Honestly, all the staff are so lovely in how they comfort all the kids, they really are. The food is fab and they always make sure the kids' nappies are fresh! So glad I didn’t send him to my original options because it was nowhere near like Giggles! It’s fab!

What can I say about this great team?! Honestly, I am so delighted my son is registered to this nursery.
