We can't recommend this nursery enough. Our daughter absolutely loves it there and all the staff are amazing with the children. We are continuously updated about our daughter's development and the educators are passionate about helping her reach her milestones. We can't think of a single fault.

My son started nursery in September 2023 and we have had an amazing experience so far. The facilities are great and the babies are engaged in lots of different activities. The staff are very caring and work closely with us as parents. I like that the babies are outside as much as possible and that they explore the local community. They have clear educational goals and keep parents updated as to their progress. I would fully recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our daughter is always so excited for her nursery days and runs in the door! She took hardly any time to settle after moving from another nursery setting. It is a lovely environment - clean, light and spacious, and there is lots to do for the children. The staff are great, and we always get lots of photos and updates throughout the day. Would definitely recommend it!

Brilliant nursery! My little one is 16 months old and has been at Raised in Bristol for almost two months now. The staff have been so good with him whilst he has been settling in, and he is always happy when I pick him up. Considering he didn’t like women very much when he started there, he loves cuddles with them all now! They are doing such a good job with him - I couldn’t be happier knowing he’s safe and happy. Communication is great, I love receiving updates throughout the day to see what he is up to. They are always doing a range of different activities and having fun, and all of the staff are very friendly!

My daughter has been going here for two years this April - from the baby room up to where she is now in pre-school. It is such a wonderful setting with the best staff! The surrounding forest area is always used to their advantage to get out exploring, and there is always something going for the kids to get involved and help with. Everyone I have met has been knowledgeable and clearly cares about the development of the children in their care as well as ensuring that everyone has fun! Oh, and the children eat far better meals than me! Such a great and varied selection of meals. Thank you!

This nursery has been fab for our little boy. He took a while to settle, and the staff made such an effort to help him with the transition. The staff are lovely, the setting is clean and imaginatively laid out. The nursery staff identified areas where our son needs, additional support and went out of their way to provide this. We are very happy!

Our daughter (now 2.5) has attended this nursery since she was 11 months old. At every point, it has been absolutely wonderful and we could not be happier with our experiences there. The staff in both the baby and toddler rooms are caring, engaging and fun and seem to genuinely have lots of affection for our daughter. This means that she looks forward to nursery each week, talks about her fantastic keyworkers all the time when she's not there, and she runs in at the start of the day to give them a hug - there is nothing more comforting as a mother than being able to leave your child somewhere that they so clearly love. Obviously, for the first few weeks of starting, she took some time to settle in, but even when she was a bit sad to be going in, the baby room staff were kind and patient and made the process as easy as possible. Both us and our child will be heartbroken when we have to leave!

Staff are great at this nursery. Very attentive to my child’s needs. Very approachable and kind. My child is given a variety of experiences that allows her to explore her developmental journey. The nursery is clean and the children are offered a wide variety of food.

I had the extra inside information on this group of nurseries, having worked as a contractor building a new wing for the group and as a direct consequence of seeing how the team there were over two and a half months, I was very reassured there was a place for my new daughter in the one at the Greenway Centre. The staff are extremely kind and professional; they really get to know each child and work with parents, advising them on behaviours and learning that has happened in the day. They also share photos of activities too, which is nice while you are at work. The food is excellent, and there is a routine throughout the day, which makes it easier for the children to settle in. There is an outside space with views over the playing fields and the woods. All illnesses and minor bumps have been dealt with professionally, and a call is placed to parents immediately. I simply cannot fault this nursery, everyone there is so lovely and kind, and my daughter loves being there. Absolutely top class!

Love everything about this place. The staff are lovely! Warm, inviting, understanding and super outside space. I want to personally thank three members of staff, in particular, for their kindness and care. Shame you aren't in St George's.

Raised in Southmead Nursery is a jewel in that area of Bristol. I have taken my children to nurseries before and found that they all lacked either structure or more personal interaction with my kids. Most of the staff are very friendly and got to connect with the kids without much trouble. Some particular people bonded really well with them and will be missed if moved from there. Their nursery has got the newest settings, with great material for the children to explore as well as a garden area for outdoor activities. Amazed me the fact that Raised in Southmead Nursery is located near a beautiful forest that they can easily access via their back garden without crossing any roads at all. There they have made great memories exploring wood life. Another very reassuring point for me was to know they would be serving freshly made food from the cafe in the same building. Their portions could be bigger but the food was pretty good. Highly recommend this Nursery.
