We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference for both children and parents. They keep us well informed about how our child's day has been, and it's lovely to see how comfortable and happy our child feels
there. The setting is clean, well organised, and full of engaging toys and books, with a beautiful outdoor space for the children to enjoy. It's reassuring to know our child is in such a nurturing environment every day.

Our daughter joined the nursery in January as I was finished up maternity leave. I was very anxious about returning to work and her getting used to a new setting but was made to feel completely comfortable. Fennies communication is fantastic throughout the day, updating me as to her activities etc.
Pick up and drop off are very smooth as sadly always rushing to get to and from work.
I'm so pleased we chose this nursery, each staff member I have met have been understanding, caring and very responsible. Thanking the whole team, I couldn't rate this nursery any higher!

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. The staff go above and beyond at all times, especially the manager. The nursery itself is beautiful, really spacious and bright. They also have a lovely garden for the kids to play in.

The staff at Fennies London Lane are truly exceptional. Their attention to detail and the round the clock care they provide for my son is genuinely heartwarming. One of the main reasons I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery is the way they treat my son-with the same love and care as if he were
their own. I cannot speak highly enough of London Lane. Three staff members in particular have been incredibly helpful and supportive.

The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and create a warm, welcoming environment. The staff consistently communicate with us, keeping us informed about our child's day and progress.
My child always looks forward to going to nursery.
They have plenty of child-friendly facilities, there is a
very nice and manicured garden and lots of toys and books. Overall, the nursery is also very clean and the food looks amazing, too.
The only downside is that they will not allow the wonderful teachers to babysit, otherwise I will call them all the time when we go out.

The whole team at Fennies London lane have been so kind and wonderful with our little one. She had a hard time initially settling in but they were able to make a plan for us and support us all through the change. We get plenty of updates, she is making great strides in her language skills and
physical abilities. Our daughters key worker has been wonderful and sometimes she wants to stay and play with her friends when I pick her up! I particularly liked the additional education sessions for parents and the occasional stay and play. Looking forward to more of these in 2025.

Amazing nursery. Staff go above and beyond to cater to each child's needs. Parents also get lots of involvement, whether it's stay-and-play or parent hubs to help with picky eaters etc. We are also meeting on a weekend to go to a farm with all staff, parents and children.

I have met the staff recently and I understood since the very first moment how caring all the members of fennies ( London lane ) are.
It is such a relief to know that your children are treated they way you would or even with more activities and hobby which are developed everyday. My son love to
write is name and my daughter counts and she has just turned 2 years old. They both love the food and they talk about the teachers all the time. I can see they are very happy there!!

I love this nursery. The staff are fantastic and nothing is ever too much to ask of them. My son started here at 6 months old and has been attending for just over a year now. My daughter also attended for a short while when the site very first opened but she had to move on to school. My son started
in the baby room and is now in the toddler room and he loves going. The garden is designed to be a safe fun space for them and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff keep you up to date real time on the app so I can see how much he is sleeping/ eating etc and they accommodate any dietary requirements/ parent preferences. I have been most impressed by the friendly, professional and caring staff. The Managers, Room Leaders and staff members are fantastic and the level of care they provide for my son is outstanding. I cannot recommend this nursery enough for anyone considering sending their child here.

The staff are friendly and my son is always happy when I pick him up. I feel at ease when he is there and they always let us know straight away if there are any problems. I love getting the photos and updates of what he's been up to.

Our son has been attending Fennies London Lane for just over 18 months and has really thrived across 3 different age group rooms - all providing a caring environment for him to grow, learn and express himself. All the staff from front desk to key workers, kitchen through to cleaners are friendly and
helpful and our boy is always happy at pick up and drop off. There is invariably an imaginative approach to the daily activities, offering the children broadened horizons and the chance to try things they wouldn't get to do at home. Our son's development is going from strength to strength thanks to the kindness and hard work of the Fennies London Lane team and I'm sure he will miss his chats and cuddles with them while they have their well deserved Christmas break.

Amazing nursery. The staff is caring and experienced. My two children are happy to go to nursery and they created a strong bond with the key workers. Everyone is helpful and always happy to support and give advice, going above and beyond.
Both my kids keep learning a lot by doing the various
activities proposed in a supportive environment and every day makes a difference.
Food is various and good quality.
The nursery is clean and teaches good hygiene habits to the kids.

I couldn't be happier with Fennies London Lane for all that they do for my son. The facilities are excellent and my son runs up the front door every day. He started at 9 months and the communication and care from the team there has been exceptional. I have always felt as though he is happy and in
very safe hands. I always know what he is up to, what he has eaten, nap times and even nappy changes throughout the day. Every member of staff is friendly and the reporting that we receive shows that they really know him personally.

My grandson has been at this Nursery for a few months and he absolutely loves it. The activities they set up for the children are brilliant. They encourage active learning for the children and put a lot of effort into everything they do. The staff and Management are really warm and friendly people.
I enjoy the pictures they post of the children (my grandson) enjoying the day at the nursery. I think my grandson is picking up valuable learning lessons at the nursery

My grandson has only been at London Lane a few months and he loves it. The staff are friendly and engaging and their ultimate aim is to make sure that he has a lovely time at nursery whilst learning. He especially likes going for outside play in the nursery garden. Thoroughly recommend it.

I love everything about this nursery. Since joining at the start of the year my child is absolutely thriving. He loves the staff in the nursery and talks about everybody at home. Bit by bit I can see how much he is growing and I cannot wait to see how he grows with the nursery. The nursery is such a
wonderful place to be and is such a welcoming environment. I am so grateful about how much my child has developed and how much he is growing. I will forever be grateful for London Lane - the staff and the nursery on the whole. Best place to be.

With our daughter attending Fennies @ London Lane (discoverers) 3 days a week, we have really seen her progress and flourish in the past few months. She has become very confident when it comes to playing, asking for help and being able to express her emotions! Thank you to the nursery team and the
rest of the team at Fennies for constantly supporting her and guiding her! She even talks about you all when she's at home with us which is always great!

Fennies is a wonderful nursery that provides a beautiful, loving environment where children can develop and grow. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are truly amazing - always caring, attentive, and professional.
Special mention goes to the manager who ensures everything runs
smoothly and is always on hand to support both children and parents. I couldn't recommend Fennies enough; it's a fantastic place for any child to begin their early years journey.

We moved to UK last year. My son was 3 years old and had never been to a daycare or preschool before. English was not his mother tongue and he barely understood English. We were worried about how our son would adapt to the entirely new world. The start was not easy but the credit goes to the amazing
and experienced staff of Fennies London Lane. He gradually started to love going to preschool. He is a confident and happy child and now he runs to the nursery every morning. He loves the activities, the preschool environment the healthy meals and the staff has gained his trust. The staff were very supportive from the beginning. When you are at work, you want to be assured that your child is safe and happy and Fennies London Lane made it happen.
