Fantastic nursery, fantastic staff. My little boy really looks forward to going.
The staff take a really personalised approach and it honestly makes such a difference. It feels like they all take the time to get to know him really well. Look forward to seeing the little personalized summaries and
photos they send out at the end of the day: Also very happy that they get them outside playing at every opportunity. Well done Willow!

My little girl loves going to Willow and we couldn't be happier. She has developed so well there. Her speech is fantastic and shes a very confident and happy little girl. They have managed her dairy allergy exceptionally and i never had to worry. They have always been so helpful and I am very
greatful for them being so flexible around work commitments. She eats a fantastic diet in nursery! Their food menu is outstanding and my little girl is always noted as eating all and more! She loves the staff and tells me every day that shes had fun. I would highly recommend Willow Nursery.

We couldn't be happier with Willow Daycare. Our daughter has been attending for the past 6 months and she has come on in absolute leaps and bounds during that time. Her confidence, development and happiness has grown so much and it's been lovely to see.
She genuinely loves the staff and walks
straight in reaching out for them which says everything as a parent. Knowing she's so comfortable and well cared for gives us complete peace of mind.
Following our daughter experiencing seizures, the support from the nursery has been incredible. The staff have been understanding, reassuring and so supportive throughout. This has meant the world to us as parents. We also really appreciate the regular updates and communication everyday that keep us informed about her day.
The nursery is incredibly flexible and supportive around work, which makes such a difference for our family. I would highly recommend Willow Daycare to anyone looking for a nurturing, caring and supportive nursery.

My little girl started in nursery in October. She took a while to settle away from mummy but the staff were so good with her and so patient. She soon realised how fun nursery was. She loves going now and reaches out for the staff at the door. It has definitely helped her development and she learns
so many new things when she is there. The staff are so good at providing individualised care for the little ones and are very happy to adapt to their needs. She loves the food and always eats well at nursery and gets a good varied diet. The staff give good hand overs on collection and they send good updates during the day to give peace of mind on the app.

My twins have been attending Willows Nursery for 5months now, and they absolutely love it here! They're always happy going in and they love the staff. The team are outstanding, keep you updated throughout the day, and absolutely any issues they respond straight away. They've been super flexible for
me as a shift worker, which is so rare most setting require set days. Twins development is coming along beautifully and that's because of everything they are learning with the team in Little Buds (baby room) highly recommend

My son loves going here. The whole team is amazing and really care about each child's needs. They provide regular updates, photos and feedback which makes me feel involved in my kid's day to day activities. Highly recommended.

The care and compassion all the staff give are second to none in the nursery. After moving my boy from one nursery to Willow Daycare Ltd I was quite nervous leaving him but he has come on leaps and bounds. All the staff are so reassuring and keep in touch constantly to inform me of his day. The
activities they have planned for the children daily are fantastic, not only fun but educational too. I love hearing about his day when he comes home as he always tells me he's had so much fun and 'eaten lots of yummy foods.
My only regret is that I didn't find you sooner. Keep being the absolute dream team you are.

We are so happy with the care our child receives at Willow's. He settled so well which put our minds at ease. The staff all go above and beyond. The communication on the app is great and always have lots of lovely photos at the end of the day and hear all about their day. We are so glad we chose

My daughter has been attending at Willows for over almost 18 months now and the staff have been extraordinary with her care. They go above and beyond for her and I couldn't ask for a better nursery setting. The staff are very professional but can also be very kind and empathetic. If I could rate
higher than a 5 star I would. A home from home.

My eldest son went to Willow and my youngest is currently still there. I can't speak highly enough of the team. It's great to see the daily updates of their varied activities. They are very professional whilst also being personable to the children. Clearly a well-run and managed team of staff. We
went to the open day last year and got to see around the nursery and all the different activity areas. There was so much to take in, no wonder they loved going there. I take my hat off to all the staff choosing this as their profession and it's nice to leave our children in such competent and trusted hands.

I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional care and love provided by Willow Day Care. The staff are warm, friendly, and truly dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for the children. What impresses me most is the staff's ability to tailor their care to each child's unique needs and
personality. They take the time to listen, comfort, and encourage, making every child feel valued and loved. As a parent, it's reassuring to know that my child is in good hands. I highly recommend Willow Care to any family seeking a trustworthy and caring nursery.

Lovely staff, very happy and engaging. My child does not raise any concerns regarding the care she receives (she is very vocal, so she would say!). She comes home very happy, telling me about all the things she has done/learnt. Her Welsh speaking is impoving already just from twice-a-week
attendance. Regular updates via app which helps us anxious parents. Only positive feedback from me! Thank you for all that you do Willow Daycare x

Amazing nursery, my boy loves going there. Friendly staff provides various activities for children, I love getting all updates and pictures about my son's day in the app. They are breastfeeding-friendly and always happy to help with enquiries.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Every single member of staff are fab. Both our boys have thrived at this nursery.
We moved to this nursery after having lost our space in another due to it suddenly closing down and it was honestly the best thing to have happened to us as Willow Nursery goes
above and beyond and is the most flexible nursery that we've come across.
The nursery keeps us up to date with pictures throughout the day of what they're up to, a log of what they've eaten and each nappy change.
Willow Daycare really does stand out from all the rest in and around Carmarthen. The best nursery in Carmarthen.

Willow Daycare is absolutely fantastic! They go above and beyond for all children and are so flexible and supportive with last-minute childcare requests. My girls love going there and I can relax at work knowing my children are safe and well cared for.

The nursery excels in being flexible and providing the highest level of care. They know the children so well and when extra care is needed they go over and above to provide it, and ensure trust. They adapt and deal with requests such as changing days/work patterns.

My son has attended Willow Daycare for a few months and I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. All of the staff are so friendly, lovely and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely team, they are fast to respond to any messages, sometimes parents/carers just need some
reassurance and the team go above and beyond to help. My boy always has fun-filled days and has learnt so much from this nursery, it is a joy to see what educational and fun activities he takes part in when he's there. He eats regularly and is offered a fantastic healthy variety of meals and snacks throughout his days at nursery. Thank you to all of the team at Willow Daycare!

The staff are all round fantastic, always warm and caring. Managers are so accommodating with our changing needs for childcare throughout the month due to shiftwork. I cannot fault the whole team. Our little boy loves coming to Willow!

My three-year-old has really thrived in Willows, the staff are kind and attentive to his needs, the updates are great and they also tell me little highlights when I pick him up. The manager who runs it is also very helpful and flexible. Diolch yn fawr.

Amazing nursery, always go above and beyond. Always keep you updated in the day via picks a text messages. Also flexible with days which is a must for me as I do different shift work every week and they always accommodate. My daughter loves it here, has been going for the last 2 years and I can't
