Our experience with N Family Club Nursery has been absolutely wonderful.
The team are nurturing, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The nursery environment itself is bright, clean, and full of creativity. Fully recommend.

We really like it here and enjoy how our child is looked after. Her key worker Lucy is fantastic and has formed a really great relationship with her, which has made dropping her off calmer and much more reassuring

Our little girl has been at N for the last 18 months (she is now 2.5 years old) and we've had an excellent experience overall. She is always so excited to go in the morning, and is happy and content at drop off and pick up, which says everything really! Her key worker Lucy is absolutely amazing and
has helped us enormously through the challenges of potty training, it's obvious how much she adores the children in her care and we're so grateful for her!

Our baby started at one year old at N Family Club. He had been settling in within a few months and very happy to go in to play with his friends and the educators. Everyone is very friendly and supportive to our kid! Beautiful environment and the best thing is in house kitchen and chef, menu is great
with lots of different healthy and interesting dishes for the little ones to try. Clean and tidy play areas too. Amazing nursery in Moseley.

I'm really happy with N Family Club Moseley. The settling-in process was so smooth - the staff were patient, caring, and helped him feel comfortable straight away.
The learning activities are fantastic and I've already seen a big improvement in his confidence and speech. He's always so excited when
we pick him up.
Meals are healthy, varied, and freshly prepared, and he's even tried new foods he normally wouldn't eat at home!
Communication is great, the environment feels safe and nurturing, and the staff genuinely care about the children. I feel completely at ease leaving him there. Highly recommend.

I've felt really confident in N Family Club and The Nest Team since my baby started there. Staff are friendly, professional and attentive to the babies' needs. The rooms are clean, up together and provide an engaging and safe environment. We've been pleased to collect our baby from the garden at
times, as being outside is really important to us. Thank you for providing such good quality childcare.

As a grandfather who helps pick up our granddaughter once or twice a week and attend special events. I am very impressed. The preparation of sessions by the nursery workers is very good the variation of stimulus holds the babies' and toddlers' attention. The daily photos are a joy and every

My daughter started N family in April and I've been nothing but pleased with my decision sending her here! The team are so caring, nurturing and most importantly the children's needs are at the centre of attention! The ark team are amazing! My daughter enjoys her time so much here she even asks to
go nursery on the weekends! I receive daily updates and the reassurance I need throughout the day about what my child is up to! The activities planned are imaginative, age appropriate and engaging, they always look so fun. Finally, the food menu is incredible, the effort that goes into the meals is outstanding, thank you to the chef! It always smells delightful whenever I enter the setting!

We have had a wonderful experience with N family club Moseley . The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to each child's needs. Our child settled in quickly and is always excited to go in the morning, which speaks volumes. The communication with parents is excellent, and we're kept
updated regularly on progress and activities. The environment is safe, clean, and full of fun learning opportunities. It's been a joy to watch our child grow in confidence and independence since starting here. Highly recommended!

Fun activities planned for children, children are safe and treated gently. I've not noticed untoward harshness or shouting, providing a calm atmosphere for everyone. The garden is vast and provide plenty of play opportunities. Staff are usually approachable and easy to talk to. Food is prepared
in-house, is healthy, good variety.
Hand over is smooth- no issues with communication here. There are some communication issues with management- things aren't always communicated which has caused confusion. Response time to emails should be improved (should reply within two working days without prompting).
Overall, my child has had a positive experience and has grown in confidence and developed positive relationships with their peers and staff.

I am delighted with the care my daughter is getting at N family. All the staff are wonderful and so dedicated to making it the most caring and creative environment. They have a low turn over of staff which is a great sign of staff morale but also means my daughter has real consistency of care. The
staff go the extra mile all the time and genuinely love what they do. The space itself is really homely with a wonderful new outdoor garden as well. The food is also really really good. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since December 2024, and we've had a fantastic experience so far. The staff are always polite, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm and supportive environment for both children and parents.
My daughter absolutely loves spending time in the Burrow,
where she has lots of fun and takes part in a variety of engaging activities. It's been lovely to see how much she has learned in such a short time, picking up new skills and growing in confidence every day.

Our child has been at N family for 8 months now.
We have been very happy with this nursery. Both key workers and management staff are caring and take time to know and understand the children and the parents. If you have special requests they will always try to accommodate for you.
The menu is
amazing with fresh food prepared every day by the chef who is lovely. They cater for different dietary requirements such as halal/vegan which we were impressed by from the start.
Children participate in a wide range of activities indoors and outdoors and the nursery provides updates via their app which is very helpful for parents.
They are able to add on days or half days if they have availability which is very useful.

Our son has been in The Nest for four months now, at the start he really struggled with drop-offs and pick-ups but with the wonderful support of the educators at N Family Moseley, he is now happy and content at nursery. The communication from staff is brilliant and I really appreciate the daily
updates on the app. The facilities are clean and tidy.

Our grandchild has been coming to this nursery since the turn of the year and has settled in well. The staff are always friendly and on collection give you a good idea of how the day has gone in the Nest. The app is an excellent feature and allows us to see events during the day: nappy changes, naps
and how much of the meals have been eaten. Menus look varied and exciting with everything cooked from scratch. Excellent in all aspects which allows for peace of mind that your child is being well taken care of.

When scouting nurseries for my little one, N Family Moseley stood head and shoulders above the others from the very start and was an easy choice to make. As we've started nursery over the past few weeks, the staff have been outstanding in supporting both my little one and myself through the process.
The team in the Nest are brilliant - caring, attentive and confident in managing whatever comes up. My little one is settling beautifully which allows me to press ahead with work knowing that they are in safe hands.
More broadly, I've been impressed by the whole N Family experience - drop-off and pickups are well-managed, the starter pack including a rucksack, blanket and coffee cup was a lovely touch and the monthly online seminars are a great option to support with parenting at home. The app works seamlessly and provides that peace of mind that little ones are enjoying their day. Finally, worth reiterating what other reviews have mentioned; the daily menu sounds delicious!

This is our son's fourth week at the N Family Club nursery on Moseley. Our son has recently turned one and he is attending The Nest room. Leaving a child at the nursery every day is difficult, but from the beginning we felt that we were leaving him in good hands. The Aunties from the nursery try
very hard to ensure that our son's adaptation to the new place is done with understanding and tenderness. The educators provide him with many activities during the day, they take care of his well-being and needs. We love the N Family Club app. At any time we can see whether our son had a nap, how long, whether he ate meals and how much, when he had a nappy change, etc. This is very helpful and calming. The meals are simple and tasty. Our son is just starting to learn to eat independently and here the aunties in the nursery help him with this every day. N Family Club is really well organised and safe. The staff are very friendly, professional and competent and they listen to our needs.

N Family Club Nursery, Moseley branch is the best nursery I have ever come across. The staff are always very kind and so supportive and understanding. It really feels like we are a part of a big family. My daughter is currently in Burrow Class and she absolutely adores the staff working with her.
She has gained so much confidence and learned new skills since joining the nursery. The staff working with her are very caring and kind individuals. I have been always updated about her progress and the staff always did their best to accommodate any requests I had. All of my daughter's progress can be tracked on the nursery app that's being regularly updated and I see exactly how much she ate when she was changed and what lovely activities she was doing. This is so reassuring and puts my mind at ease. Thank you so much for your brilliant work!

We knew the settling-in process was going to be difficult with our baby as she has only ever been around mum and dad 24/7, but the team at N Family has really helped her to settle and enjoy life outside of the family home. She enjoys playing with her new chums and has warmed to a few key workers at
the nursery which has made dropping her off feel so much better. The food menu always sounds delicious too! Shame the parents can't drop by for lunch!
