N Family Club, Balham has been an absolute joy for us as a family. He has settled in so well and he is always so happy to be dropped off. The staff are incredible and so friendly and supportive. One of my highlights and favourite things about the nursery has to be the enormous garden. When the weather permits the kids are out there twice a day which is just so good for them. They get to play in the nature on proper grass, not in an artificial playground. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. I know that lives in the area.

Our daughter has been in N Balham for 8 months now and she absolutely loves it! The nursery has very bright, spacious, airconditioned rooms and has the huge outdoor garden. The children spend a large part of the day (I've seen up to 4 hours so far!) outdoors which we feel very grateful for. It's truly unique for London in the amount of outdoor space (real grass!) available. The menu is also always healthy and very varied and would be food I'd eat myself. Every day the educators prepare fun and educational tables for the children to play at. The most important thing about a nursery is the staff though, and I could not be happier with all the educators and managers. They are super personable and you can tell they truly care a lot about the children. The ratios are great and staff turnover in our experience has been very low so far. The staff appear happy as well, which I think is important for a good atmosphere alround. I couldn't rate N more and would highly recommend it to anyone!

My little one starts at her 10 months and now she's 18 months and she loves all staff in the nursery and love all activities everyday. And the app updates in real time how they're doing, nothing to complain about. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic nursery and we are delighted with the care & attention they provide our children. The outside area is incredible and all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgable. We couldn't imagine sending our kids anywhere else!

The best nursery, we are so happy we made the move here, our child loves it. The staff are friendly, caring and enthusiastic about what they do which is refreshing to see. The outdoor space and facilities are amazing. Couldn't recommend enough

We are so happy we sent our daughter to N Balham, her development has come on leaps and bounds since being there, she comes home with new words each week and is becoming more capable of performing different life skills such as undressing or hand washing . The educators and management team are so kind and friendly and it has a great community feel. Our daughter's key workers have always been fantastic and she has a great bond with them!

Fantastic nursery with amazing outdoor space and spacious classrooms. The staff are wonderful and our son loves it there. They put a lot of thought into the activities each day and he has learnt so much since he's been there.

My son has been at N Family Club in Balham since he was 12 months old, he's now 2 1/2 and in his third room. The educators in all three rooms have been fantastic and have really got to know my son. The facilities at the nursery are excellent, especially the outdoor space which is used daily in all weathers! The menu looks balanced and nutritious and I get regular updates via the app on mealtimes, naps, and what he's up to as well as photos. I would highly recommend this nursery.

A little slice of heaven that I want every new parent to know about. My son started when he was 6 months old and it's his favourite time of the week going to nursery. The team in Bay are some of the loveliest people I have ever met and my son absolutely adores everyone. The app is so good! The team share updates throughout the day on your child's progress which is so helpful when you have a little one on a routine. I could not recommend this nursery more! 10/10 also if you haven't already check out their garden.

Outstanding teachers, environment, overall nurturing and quality of education. We had experienced 3 years of daycare, and nursery environments in another location, where we paid almost double the amount we're paying now. None of those experiences came close to what my child gets to experience daily. So thank you for everything.

I'm so happy with N Family Club - Balham. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Even the ones that don't work in my baby's room seem to know him and his name. The garden/outdoor area is our favourite spot, but the rest of the building has also great facilities, everything very organised and clean. The app works so well! I love that i can easily communicate with the team and also see updates on my baby's day. My baby has developed so much since joining. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Actually got some mum's from my baby group now looking to join.

Very friendly, happy staff and always keep us up to date with lots of photos and messages. Plenty of outdoor play and always a variety of indoor activities. I would highly recommend N Family Club - Balham.

Every time I drop my son off at the nursery, I get an immense sense of joy and relief that I know he's going to have the best day possible, because I know the staff are attentive, highly trained, friendly and fun. The management team run an efficient operation within the nursery. The communication is always fast, accurate and relevant. The nursery environment is clean, well laid out, well equipped and safe. What more could you ask for!

We are delighted with our experience of N Family so far. Our son has been very content since starting and have made us feel very relaxed and informed throughout his journey. The staff create a caring, fun and positive environment, encouraging the children with lots of different learning activities every day and supporting them with their progression. Not only do they focus on getting to know the children, but they put importance on building relationships with the parents. The facilities are good and clean and the garden is excellent. I also like the variety of nutritious and fresh food they provide. We are very happy with our choice to send our son here!

Our son has been at N Family Club Nursery Balham for a year now and we couldn't be happier. All the key workers and management take the time and effort to get to know each individual child and we have every confidence that our son is in the best hands. Lovely nursery. Staff very helpful. Our child has blossomed in their care. Very conscientious in learning all about our family and offer a range of interesting learning experiences. Would highly recommend it.

Could not be happier with N Balham. There is a palpable sense of positivity in the building and that is a direct consequence of the excellent team. They know every child's personality and are very thoughtful and communicative at all times. I couldn't wish for a better environment for our child, who comes home happy and well-fed every day.

Our son loves going to N Family Balham. Having been to a few nurseries in the area over the last few years, this nursery stands out. The staff is brilliant, the nursery is well-equipped and the garden is massive.

Our son started fairly recently at nursery and the transition is easier, which is all due to the incredible staff at N Family. They really listened to us when we explained his character, likes and dislikes, how he's developing, what comforts him and they planned the most incredible activities to help with the children's development. The facilities, and particularly the huge garden, are absolutely second to none, but they really make sure they use the facilities properly to ensure the children are stimulated and having fun. The food, all I can say is I wish my daily meals were as good as that, it comforts me so much to know how incredible the children's diet is. We have seen our son change in so many positive ways in the short time he has been there and I have no doubt this is due to all the wonderful, individualised hard work of the staff.

We have a 3-year-old and 1-year-old at N Family Club Balham and could not be happier with the care and opportunities provided for our children. My daughter comes home speaking Spanish and asking to talk about the solar system! I’m pretty sure my son prefers his educator to me. The staff are like family and make time for open and honest conversations for the support we need. We are so lucky to have found N Family Club Balham.

Fantastic nursery and we are delighted with the care & attention they provide our children. The outside area is incredible and all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgable. We couldn't imagine sending our kids anywhere else!

A little slice of heaven that I want every new parent to know about. My son started when he was 6 months old and it's his favourite time of the week going to nursery. The team in Bay are some of the loveliest people I have ever met and my son absolutely adores everyone. The app is so good! I'm so happy with N Family Club - Balham. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Even the ones that don't work in my baby's room seem to know him and his name. Could not be happier with N Balham. There is a palpable sense of positivity in the building and that is a direct consequence of the excellent team. Our son loves going to N Family Balham. Having been to a few nurseries in the area over the last few years, this nursery stands out. The staff is brilliant, the nursery is well-equipped and the garden is massive.
