I first want to Thank Raise to Shine Childcare Staff and Management from the bottom of my heart From 2024 the staff welcomed my daughter at only 3 months old with open arms, they nurtured her every need. One member of staff in particular became her second mommy, she adored her and built a strong loving bond with her. I can hand on my heart say they have the child's interests at heart and go above and beyond in giving your child the best educational start to life. The organisation company they use are effortless, covering all Monthly Festive Celebrations. Management personally go out their way to provide resources for the staff to carry out day to day activities and create memorable photos for your child's learning journal which you can access daily. My daughter is thriving in her social skills and Independence from being provided one to one learning, each child is provided a key person that brings out the absolute best in your child. I always receive the happy little girl that leaves me each morning xxx

We're so pleased with our experience at this nursery! The staff are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to helping each child grow with confidence. Our little one has become so much more independent, social, and happy since joining. Every day they come home smiling and excited to share what they've learned. We couldn't ask for a better environment-this nursery has given our child such a wonderful start!

Raise to Shine is a fantastic setting. My daughter started in the toddler room. Her speech improved massively and she learnt lots of new things. She made many friends and adored the staff. She then moved on to the pre-school room and loves it there. The staff are amazing and helpful, they don't just "look after your kid" all day, they learn about them and listen to them. They are always on hand with any problems that the children have whether it be within or outside the setting. They have an app that lets me know what my child has eaten in the day, if there are any bumps or falling over, they upload pictures of what my child has done, I.e, painting, biscuit/cake making, playing in the garden and many other things. My daughter is always happy to go there and comes home telling me what a great day shes had and I can leave her there knowing she is safe and treated like she's one of their own.

The staff at this nursery are fantastic - caring, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping the children thrive. They create such a warm and nurturing environment where every child feels valued. There's always a wide range of fun and educational activities, from creative play to outdoor adventures, which keep the children excited and engaged. I feel so confident knowing my child is in such encouraging and supportive hands

The team here are absolutely wonderful. From the very start, management were so supportive and really went the extra mile to help us get everything arranged. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and you can instantly feel how much they care for the children. From the atmosphere alone, you can see this is a place filled with kindness and positivity. It's the kind of environment every parent hopes for - safe, nurturing, and full of joy.

Sadly our nursery chapter is now over and we're off to school. I honestly can't big this place up enough. The staff, the kids, the activities, all of it is exceptional!! They do so much for the children in their care and organise so many activities and visits for them from Mother's Day tea to sports days and even alpaca visits!! I have never once felt unsure or uncomfortable leaving my child in their care. All the staff genuinely care so much for each child and you can see all their individual bonds. The learning is amazing and I have seen so much improvement in my child's development. If I could continue to send him here every day I 100000% would in a heartbeat. Thank you RTS, we love you so much and we'll miss you all!! X

Avoid Raise to Shine at all costs. Raise to shine is not a good setting for young children, they have self reported to ofsted multiple times for a number of issues and they use screentime rather than teacher led interaction with young children. Reports of incidents are on the ofsted website.

I can't speak highly enough about this nursery! The staff are incredibly caring, always making sure that every child feels safe, valued, and nurtured. The manager/owner truly goes above and beyond, showing exceptional compassion, sincerity, and a genuine passion for her work. You can feel the love and dedication the staff have for the children and their families. The nursery is also very organised, and communication with parents is always prompt and clear. We receive frequent updates about our child's day, which is so reassuring. It's clear that they put a lot of thought and care into keeping parents informed and involved. Overall, the atmosphere is filled with good vibes. You can tell this is a place where children thrive, and parents can feel at ease. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending raise to shine for a few weeks only but we already plan to out our second child with them too. They go above and beyond to care for your child (organise naps to suit her age ect). All staff friendly and take an interest in her.

My little one loves going there and has made lots of new friends - the staff are friendly and you can tell they really care about the children. Regular updates on eating, sleeping and activities - it's almost like you're there with them!

A Wonderful Nursery. I cannot recommend Raise To Shine highly enough! From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we have been so impressed by the care, dedication, and enthusiasm of the entire team. All of the staff are incredibly attentive, making sure each child feels valued, safe, and supported every day. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where children thrive. The variety of activities they offer is simply wonderful-engaging, educational, and tailored to encourage creativity, confidence, and curiosity. From arts and crafts to outdoor play and interactive learning, every day is filled with exciting new experiences. Since joining Raise To Shine, our daughter has flourished in so many ways. Her confidence has grown, her communication skills have improved, and she is constantly coming home excited and happy. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children's development, and it shines through in everything they do. Can't recommend them enough.

Nursery is fantastic, accommodating, and goes above and beyond for my child. The staff are all so friendly, caring and wonderful, and would definitely recommend this nursery. My child absolutely loves it here, always happy and looks forward to going every day.

My daughter joined Raise to Shine in January 2025, and I couldn't be more happy and content knowing she is looked after and cared for by the wonderful staff there. The meals are healthy and nutritious and most of all enjoyed by my daughter - which was very important to me. I can see the staff keep her safeguarded, happy and content throughout the day, and I love to see the updates on our app to see she is partaking in the lovely, fun activities planned for them with such thought and care. I am so happy I was able to gain a place for her here! As for the management, they are always respectful, happy to help whenever needed (even wanted by the children) and can tell they really put the children first and foremost. Great nursery and it really shows!

The staff are so caring for each of the children in their care. The activities are catered for the needs of the children. Our grandson positively beams in Pre-school and is very happy there. The parents, carers and grandparents are kept informed about what's happening in the nursery, from new staff, new policies and new features (such as the new entry system). I enjoy picking my grandson up from preschool as the staff are so welcoming. They share what the children have been doing during their sessions. I thoroughly endorse and recommend Raise to Shine Childcare.

My son really enjoys going to nursery. The staff are loving and caring, and communication is very good. There have been many times he will come home and try to talk and show us things he got up to with the staff members and kids at the nursery. We appreciate their efforts.

My family and I are very pleased with the nursery. Our child has settled very well and enjoys going to nursery. The staff are amazing and care so much for our son. He constantly sings praises about the staff, and they have developed such a lovely relationship. We get regular updates on how our son is doing at nursery, and we are given reassurance of his well-being. I would highly recommend the nursery. The only criticism I would give is that I would prefer more of a meat diet (as they do not serve meat), but that's a preference. Also, I would prefer the kids were outside on a daily basis (but that's also a preference).

Raise to Shine went above and beyond to ensure my son felt comfortable, and they were also a great source of support for me as a new parent when he first started. Now, he absolutely loves attending nursery and has developed a strong bond with all the staff. Two teachers in particular made the transition from being at home with me full time to joining the nursery so much easier, they regularly keep us updated on his daily activities, so even while I'm at work, I can see the fun he's having. The manager has been amazing in accommodating and supporting our family. Her kindness and genuine care shine through in everything she does, always ensuring the children are at the heart of her work. Recently, a new lady has joined the team, and my little boy has taken to her instantly. She is fantastic with the children, bringing warmth and a caring attitude to everything she does. I couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Very good nursery, my child loves it here and is learning new things all the time. The staff are wonderful, I am always kept well informed of my child's daily activities and what she eats which I am really happy about.

Raise To Shine is a great nursery. The staff are friendly and welcoming and my child walks in every day with a smile. The environment is nurturing and friendly and food is freshly cooked by the chef daily which my child enjoys.

My daughter started at Raise to Shine below the age of 12 months in the baby room. She has progressed through the toddler to preschool stages with continuous development and enthusiasm. Raise to Shine staff have consistently adapted to her needs whilst maintaining a high standard of nursery curriculum provision. She is always keen to try new things, from food to activities which I believe is a result of choices provided in her nursery setting. She is happy attending Raise to Shine full-time and will often ask if she can visit the nursery on the weekends. Nursery staff are considered family away from home. I am extremely pleased with the support and care we have received over the last few years. The team are continuously looking at positive innovations they can implement which has led to an exceptional level of provision. I would recommend Raise to Shine to family and friends without question.
