I feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery, as both of my children have attended, and my experience over several years has been consistently outstanding. The staff are the true heart of the nursery. The manager Katherine is very dedicated to her job. My children built strong, trusting
relationships with their key workers, who took the time to understand their individual personalities, interests, and needs. Communication has always been excellent.
The level of care is exceptional. The nursery strikes a wonderful balance between nurturing emotional development and encouraging independence. The facilities are excellent - both indoor and outdoor. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring, professional, and enriching environment for their child.

I have had an excellent experience with Monkey Puzzle Loughton. All of my three children have attended since its opening and I have been delighted with their care towards them. I thoroughly recommend this nursery. The staff are simply wonderful.

We are over the moon on finding a nusery that our daughter loves. It puts alot of comfort in our minds that we are lucky enough to find a place that she's happy, we are happy and that has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere is very special.

My son has attended Monkey Puzzle for almost 2 years now and we are really pleased with it. He has made some lovely friends and he learns so much there.
He is also a picky eater at home but at nursery he eats all his food which is a relief for me!
They have lots of outdoor time in the garden
which is great as well.

My daughter has attended the nursery for 1.5 years and has had a great experience. The team are fantastic with her and she has made some really lovely bonds with the team members.
The nursery provides so many fun activities inside and outside each day which has really helped her growth and
development. I'm
also kept constantly updated on the daily activities via pictures and stories on the app.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their child.

I have been sending my son to Monkey Puzzle in Loughton since he was 1.
He absolutely loves nursery and all the staff. He has learnt so much and continues to do so until he goes to school.
Staff have been quick to deal with any issues that have arose over the years and will always relay messages
etc. The manager is also always very helpful with forms that need completing or anything else i have needed help with etc.
I am very happy with the nursery as a whole!

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle Loughton since toddlers and is now about to start school this September. The staff have been amazing - so caring, patient and consistent throughout his journey here.
The nursery app has been such a comfort, letting me know how he's getting on each day, and the
observations have been so lovely to read, showing me how he's growing in his learning, confidence and independence.
Over his time here, I've watched him blossom into a happy, curious little boy who is heading off to school with real excitement and a love of learning. He's always asking questions, trying new things and so proud of himself when he achieves something.
I couldn't be happier with the love, care and support he's received. I know he will really miss his wonderful teachers and all the friends he's made here.

I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Loughton. The manager and her team are brilliant. I feel very comfortable leaving my son in their care who thoroughly enjoys attending and loves the staff. From settling my son when he first started, to moving rooms, to now, it has been brilliant. There are
lots of fun activities organised to keep the children entertained and help them develop.

Monkey puzzle Loughton is such an amazing nursery, they constantly keep us updated throughout the day on what's going on with pictures and stories. Our child learns so much there and they helped so much when they were learning to walk and now potty training! Our child loves there time there and has
made so many friends, it's so lovely to see! Plenty of outdoors time and different activities every day. Thanks so much to everyone there!

My daughter has loved being at the nursery for nearly a year now and the staff are amazing with her, they are so caring and love the children like their own. It's a real home from home! The activities are great and my little girl always has a fun filled day full of love.

We are absolutely delighted with our decision to send both our girls to Monkey Puzzle! Our eldest has come on in leaps and bounds since being a part of the setting, and our youngest has settled in really well! The staff are incredibly kind and makes such an effort to bond with the children on a
personal level. We feel it's a really safe space for the girls and trust all of the staff implicitly

We have been really happy with Monkey Puzzle, our daughter joined in August 2024 when she had just turned one and the team have been so wonderful in ensuring she has a lovely experience and that we as parents are kept up to date.
The team really care about each child and my daughter loves going.
Before sending her I was so nervous to leave her (as I'm sure most mums feel!) but I don't worry at all now, I know she's having a fab time.

Our son started in October 2024 and we've had an excellent experience. Our son now runs into the room and we love all the updates of his development on the app.
The educational activities, nap, food, and nutrition updates are great and I really appreciate all the key workers taking a lot of pride
in their work and the development of the children.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in Loughton is fantastic! The staff are incredibly caring and create such a nurturing environment for the kids. Our son loves the engaging and creative activities they plan every day. We've seen him thrive since starting, and it's clear the team puts so much thought into

My nephew attends this exceptional nursery. Since attending he has grown so much with his linguistic and social skills. He has made many friends within the nursery and also bonded well with the staff. He looks forward to attending nursery every day and it will be sad when he needs to move on to
school. I hope he has as a positive experience for when he moves to school!

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle since she was 18 months old, from babies to tweenies, to toddlers and now pre-school. She is very happy there and the staff are friendly. We get regular updates on her development and progress. A great nursery!

What a lovely nursery! We're sad to say goodbye due to a house move but our daughter has loved her time there in Babies and Tweenies.
We have been really impressed with the dedication and care provided by the staff and her amazing key worker. Lots of fun activities, encouragement towards
development and a good rotating menu.
The communication through the app and at the end of the day was always thorough and support specific to each child (in our case cracking a tough settle period and potty training) was excellent.
