It is a purporse-built building, so the facilities are excellent. I really like that the outdoor area is within the building. The staff are the greatest asset of Kido. They keep you updated about your child both through the app and in person during drop-offs and pick ups. They supported my son very
well during his settling-in period and provided us with quite lengthy and detailed weekly updates during this time. We are very satisfied with our choice.

We've had such a wonderful experience with Kiddos Nursery. My daughter Valerie is in the Adventures 1 classroom, and she absolutely loves it. The staff is warm, caring, and always attentive to the kids' needs. It's been amazing to see Valerie grow and thrive in such a fun and nurturing environment.
We couldn't be happier!

Our little one goes to Kido EP and it is so great to see how much she enjoys her days there. All the team are lovely, the rooms are clean and they have great outdoor space.
They always do the most amazing, creative activities and the kids are all very engaged and happy. We would thoroughly
recommend.

Good nursery, staffs are lovely and respectful. They are always planning cool activities for the kids and try their best to engage with them.
I would like for permanent staffs as I'm always seeing new faces in the room. Lastly, when it comes to religious activities I would say other religions get
more detailed exposure compared to Christianity. I would love for the children to learn about Jesus and his teachings of prayer and love. (True Christian doctrine) Just like other religions get detailed explanations about the spiritual side from what I see.
Apart from that, management team are excellent! They care about the parents opinion and feelings and strive to become better. I see huge improvements and I am happy!!

Love this nursery! The staff are so sweet, from day one they knew our kiddos name! When we ask do you want to go to nursery she always says yes. When we were looking at nurseries in the area this one stood out for it's modern clean design and integrated outdoor space and friendly staff. Thank you!

This is an excellent and very well managed Nursery.
The facility is very safe l, very clean and the staff are Wonderful and caring.
The food is also excellent and the updates on their Mobile App keeps you informed and with peace of mind about your little one.
The activities and outdoor
space is also excellent.
Would highly recommend it.

Kido Elephant Park is a vibrant preschool & nursery with lovely & welcoming educator's.
All the staff are kind & meet to not only the children's needs but the parents too.
There are parent & teacher gatherings for parents to get to know one another & actually have an involvement in the
development of the child. Also seminars & meetings to help parents in all types of areas with the children.
Kido focus on the betterment & development of your child & I can see the growth & difference they are making in my child already!
To add, the building is modern, creative & has that homey feeling to it whilst still encouraging learning. The classrooms are well sized & interactive, the outdoor area is spacious & safe for the children.

My son has been attending this nursery since he turned two, and he has thoroughly enjoyed his time.
The entire facility is clean, well-organised, and welcoming. The staff and management are genuinely lovely always approachable and excellent at communicating, whether it's to answer questions or
keep parents informed.
My son recently graduated from the nursery, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to other parents looking for a nurturing and professional environment for their little ones.

My daughter loves attending the nursery, she has become confident, learnt how to express her feelings & created a lovely group of friends.
The staff have made my daughter feel safe & cared for - always polite & professional.
My daughter also loves the chef's cooking, love that she is happy to
now try new foods.
The staff member at front of house is always welcoming, her smiles a day go a long way.
Overall very happy with the nursery.

Staff have been so supportive and friendly since our little one joined in early May. They are compassionate and clearly care about him. The outdoor space is fantastic and the access to different activities/resources is excellent. Our little one also eats really well here and they offer such a great
range of food and snacks. The parent app is a great bonus for keeping up to date with how he's getting on and updates from nursery.

I am happy with the nursery experience at the moment.
Key worker and room lead have been consistent in the current room. Can get an update at the end of the day, kids seem generally happy, especially in the garden on bikes/running around (main part of day we see on pick up).
Communication has
improved in recent months - receive a weekly menu, and information about when staff are away.
Receive a communication at the end of the week with photos about what your child has been doing.
Can see activity plans in the app.
In past months parents did a sit in/read a story with the kids, kids all seem engaged and wanted to be involved.
From December we did potty training; staff were a great support and there was no change in progress following the room shift, so a consistent approach was applied and my kid was comfortable to continue.
Overall, a happy supportive environment I am happy to send my kid to.

Overall good. Kido seems to run the nursery well. The standout stars are the staff, particularly the carers in the rooms.
The nursery prepares them well for school, and sets challenging tasks, such as elementary literacy and numeracy.
The only negative point to raise was the transition
between rooms in September. This coincided with the takeover of Tigers by Kido, and it seemed this may have interfered with organisation. Children were moved with no induction/settling in period, no longer napping, big changes, etc. Parents were not informed children were in a different room until turning up to the wrong one at the end of the day. Transitions will always be hard, but I would have expected this to be done better. I am sure the nursery has taken this onboard and will have a better plan for next year.

I'm happy with the nursery, the experience at the moment is great. I like the staff and the nursery aswell. My son likes it and when I come for him, he wants to stay longer, so it seems that he is fine and they treat him very well.

Kido nursery is a lovely homely nursery that has a good environment for all children from different backgrounds. Everyone is very welcoming on arrival and informative about my son's day on pick up. I would highly recommend this nursery to others as there is also a smooth transition from each class
room.
My child has had a great experience settling in and has formed a great relationship with his key worker and all the staff .

Our son has been in this nursery for over 2 years and this is like a second home as we do not have family around.
The care and the love the staff provides is priceless and with more than 29 languages spoken, Kido Elephant Park is the perfect international environment to grow tolerant, open-minded
