Our experience with this nursery has been disappointing.
My son has attended for two years and has never settled or formed a secure bond with staff. As a parent, I was never clearly informed who his key worker was, which is concerning given how important this role is for young children's emotional
wellbeing.
During his first year, my son sustained multiple injuries, far more frequently than I would expect. While accidents do happen with toddlers, the regularity raised safeguarding concerns that were never adequately resolved.
Most recently, I was left disappointed to find that my son was excluded from the Christmas photographs. The explanation given was that "he chose not to," which demonstrates a poor understanding of child development.
Overall, I feel there is a lack of emotional support, communication, and inclusive practice. Parents expect nurseries to prioritise children's safety, wellbeing, and sense of belonging. Sadly this was not the case.

This nursery is absolutely above average. My daughter has learning and communication difficulties and she has come along so much since joining Peek A Boo Day Care. The staff are absolutely fantastic and I wish she didn't have to leave for primary school next year. I am always kept in the loop about
my daughter's day-to-day activities and her development. The staff go above and beyond for the children in their care.

Peekaboo Daycare (Infirmary) is such a lovely nursery, I was worried about putting my 1-year-old baby in nursery when I started work but the staff soon put my mind at ease with their lovely and caring demeanours.
Staff have been incredibly helpful from the start, and has made my son feel very
welcome. She’s very professional and understands how important it is to create a loving environment for the children and staff.
I’d also like to mention the member of staff who, from the beginning, has built an incredible bond with my son, she’s taken the time to get to know him and gain his trust through play and her warm and friendly approach. After his settling-in period, he now has the biggest smile and open arms when I drop him off at nursery.
I know he is in safe hands.

Brilliant nursery professional and polite staff. My son and daughter are Peek A Boo nursery for over one year they both very comfortable with the staff members and they love the environment. Staff is very helpful with parents as well.

My son started at this nursery last year, and they have been nothing but amazing with him. All of the staff are lovely and always willing to help in any way they can. He's come on so much in these months, from speech to potty training! I'd highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son goes to this nursery and enjoys going! He does loads of different activities, which helped his learning, and since he went to this nursery, he has come on so well with his learning and his confidence. The staff are so lovely and are always there to speak to and reassure myself when my son is
at nursery. He loves the outside area to play in as well as the visitors (fire engine) which came to visit the nursery. The manager and staff are amazing, and my little boy loves going into the nursery and seeing them; they have such a good relationship between them all.

My 3-year-old started here in September, and he absolutely loves it! Started off very shy, but with the help of the staff, he came round and looks forward to every day he goes. He’s made friends with all of the other children and learnt so much in such a short space of time. His social skills,
communication, counting, spelling and numbers have come on leaps and bounds! Amazing place for kids to be, staff are great, all-round great place!

Absolutely amazing nursery! My son has attended here since September 2021 and has come on leaps and bounds with his communication and social skills since he’s been there! The staff and manager are so lovely and work so well with the children! So glad he’s had the chance to spend the year here before
starting primary school!

Excellent daycare for our child. Staff are very helpful. Safety of children and also hygiene standards are always kept at a high level. They have multilingual staff who are very helpful to communicate with when it's difficult for parents to speak English.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old. At first, I was so anxious about sending her so young. She is nearly 2 years now and loves it. The staff were all friendly and reassured me and i was shown around whenever I ring to check in on her its never a problem. She is
loving going to nursery and she loves the staff she sees. She also loves messy play. It's a brilliant nursery.

My son started nursery a few weeks ago and he absolutely loves the nursery. The staff are brilliant, they have made it so easy for us as parents to detach ourselves from our child. The manager of the setting reassured us that we could call and drop a message on the app to find out how our child is
getting on during the day, she is the most flexible and understanding manager I have ever come across! The experience I had with my older child’s nursery was horrific and this is a totally different experience. I absolutely love this nursery. Keep up the good work girls!

Absolute brilliant nursery, my daughter is currently in this nursery since last October and she absolutely loves it, she has learnt so much from going here, the staff are all so lovely they keep me updated on my daughter through an app, I feel happy and comfortable for my daughter to attend this
nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my little girl loves it and all teachers. She even wants to go on a weekend. She's coming out of her shell more with other children. I honestly think all the staff are amazing people and truly deserve the world. Thank you for being so good with us and having such an

My experience with this nursery has been excellent. My daughter is in the preschoolers room and my son is in the baby room and both are thriving. I have noticed very good progress in their learning and their social development since they started nursery. The staff are very friendly and I always get
detailed updates about my children's days, their experiences and their interests. Management is also very cooperative and communication is always prompt. I've had nothing but good experiences with Peek a Boo Day Care.

Peek A Boo is an amazing nursery, I’ve had my son there since they first opened and the staff are amazing with working with me and my kids am looking forward to letting my daughter start in September. I will always highly recommend Peek A Boo Day Care to any parent. The manager is easy to talk to as
well as the other staff members also there always very supportive of everything and they always care about the children that are there.

As a parent sending your child to nursery is always daunting but ever since my son has been going to peek-a-boo he has become so independent and enjoys every moment of his time.
This is down to the manager who is a brilliant nursery manager as she engages with the parents and the nursery staff who
keep my son busy all day at nursery. The girls are so lovely and very approachable. As each day goes by my son comes home very happy and is very confident. Keep up the good work!

My daughter started nursery in September 2020, although at first I was worried as she had changed over from another nursery but she seemed to settle I'm very quickly! She started on 3 days a week but after seeing how much she loved nursery I decided to let her go for an extra day! Since starting at
Peek A Boo Care she has grown up so much. She has close bonds with children at nursery as well as her teachers.
After changing management and some nursery assistants I was concerned that this will have an effect on my daughter but she absolutely loves her new teachers and comes home telling me what she has done that day! The new manager has been great and has done so much in the little time she has been there.
I'll be sad for my daughter to leave ready for school this year but I know after the support from the staff here she will have a great start in her new school.
I'd like to thank all the staff who my daughter has a great bond with for everything they are doing.

Peek A Boo Day Care - Infirmary has been absolutely amazing with our son. He started when he was ten months old and since being there his development has come on in leaps and bounds! He quickly learnt how to sit up unaided, pull himself up and now even close to walking! All because the staff have
been helping him progress. They constantly keep you updated throughout the day on the app and send photos and are just downright amazing with our son. He loves them and smiles away at them when he sees them. We love seeing the different activities they play with him, especially all the sensory stuff!
Honestly you will not be disappointed if you book with Peek A Boo Day Care - Infirmary. Massive well done to all the staff, you guys are amazing and should be proud of what you guys do! A big thank you from us.

One hundred percent recommend this nursery, my child loves this place, he wakes up every morning asking how long till nursery. The staff are great and very welcoming. They are always happy to help with any problem or worries about your child.

My daughter started at this nursery in January 2021 and I as a parent was worried that she wouldn't settle as she has only been with me and was wary of strangers. I did not need to worry, my daughter has settled in fantastically and even asks to go to nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing with
her and I could not recommend this nursery enough.
