My child has really matured at Willington. Her speech and vocabulary has moved leaps and bounds.
She has make really good friends.
Teachers are all staff are excellent, my child loves spending time with them.
The activities, outdoor learning and field trips are amazing and all the kids love them.

We chose Willington for our daughter's nursery because our son previously attended the school from Year 4, and we had a very positive experience. Although we didn't have prior experience with the nursery or lower school, we were always impressed by how well the school is run and how supportive; our
son had a great journey at Wellington and moved on to secondary school well prepared, which gave us confidence in sending our daughter there for nursery.
One thing that really stood out to us is that nursery children are integrated into the wider school from day one. Compared with other nurseries we've experienced or heard about from friends, this approach feels very special. The children get to use different spaces around the school and take part in school events, which helps them become familiar with school life early on. We've seen how this has helped our daughter grow in confidence and independence. It also reassures us that when she moves into Reception,she will settle smoothly

We've sent both of our children to Willington nursery and it's been an amazing experience for both of them. We really can't speak highly enough of the teachers in the nursery and the wider school seems to have found the perfect balance between nurturing and challenging.

Outstanding in every department be it sports, interaction, manners or mealtimes. My son has been made to feel welcomed to the school with open arms but also encouraged to grow and thrive which is essential to me and our family. Recognising potential and then getting kids to naturally want to strive
is unique to Willington and should be applauded. I so look forward to going to the school to see him interact with his peers and am thrilled he is at the school.

My son absolutely loves going to his nursery! Since starting, he has learned so many new things and has become much more independent. I've noticed that he adjusts to new environments much more easily. The teachers genuinely care about each child and go above and beyond to comfort him when he's
upset. It truly feels like a home away from home, where he is safe, happy, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about him. I couldn't ask for a better place for my child to grow and learn.

The nursery at Willington School has been a wonderful place for both of our children who have attended it (our older son attended 2022-2023 and our youngest is there now in the 2025-2026 school year).
The teachers are just beautifully experienced and warm; they engage with the children so
naturally. Our experience is that there is plenty of freedom to learn thru play combined with a fully organised timetable so that the children are having fun while also learning structure of the school day, almost without realising it.
Both of our children have really liked their teachers at Willington and look forward to going to school, which is lovely.
Our older son was perfectly prepared for success in reception when he finished at Willington nursery and we are confident the same will be true for our youngest.
We also loved that there is stability in the teaching staff, it was very special for our kids to get to have the same teachers when attending years apart xx

All three of my children have attended the nursery at Willington and we truly couldn't love it more. The school has such a warm, supportive environment and the teachers genuinely care about each child's growth and happiness. It's been wonderful watching our kids build confidence, friendships, and a
love of learning there.
We feel incredibly grateful to be part of the Willington community and would highly recommend it. It's such a perfect environment for children to feel safe, secure, and build confidence.

Nursery staff are brilliant - my child has grown in confidence since she has been with them and now enters new situations with enthusiasm. She loves going to nursery and enjoys telling her nursery teachers about her activities outside or nursery.

My son absolutely loves it here and is extremely enthusiastic to go nursery every morning. The teachers have really brought him on in every way possible and we are delighted with how he's progressing as a person. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well rounded, friendly and caring
school.

An exceptional nursery. We cannot recommend it highly enough. The care and warmth of the staff is extraordinary. Willington's team is wonderfully consistent, with a dedicated carer signed to each child. Our daughter adores her teachers. The quality of learning is outstanding. Each term follows a
thoughtfully structured curriculum, with children encouraged to develop projects over time, breaking bigger ideas into smaller steps. Letters, numbers and core skills are all woven in through play, making learning feel natural and joyful. Beyond the classroom, Willington opens up the world. Trips to Wimbledon Common foster a genuine love of nature, visits to museums enrich the curriculum and bring it vividly to life. Nursery children are part of the whole school from day one. The Friday assembly in the main hall, shared with older children, filled with music, book readings and performances, means children grow familiar with the rhythm of school life long before Reception begins.

I would thoroughly recommend Willington nursery. My daughter settled with ease and really enjoys her time there, so much that we have recently increased her hours. The nursery teachers are experienced, friendly and provide a fun learning environment. She particularly enjoys French and PE lessons
with specialist teachers. The nursery is a great start to what we have found to be a nurturing school with quality teaching. There is excellent communication with teachers as needed and my daughter has quickly made friends and settled into the environment.

I have been very impressed and satisfied with the Willington pre-school, their team, the caring teachers. It's a loving small school so it feels like you are part of a family. Excellent communication overall - the weekly emails from the Head are very detailed and I read about my children's week with
pleasure. The nursery classroom is really large and opens into the playground, with a secluded space for nursery children. The indoor toys and facilities in the room are all new and the range of activities seems varied - seems to be a mixture of learning through playing and Montessori led activities. Our children have settled very quickly and absolutely love going every morning to see their teachers and friends. The warm meals every day are a huge plus and very healthy. An absolute gem of nursery and school!

My experience has been that Willington Prep Nursery is a very warm and encouraging place. My child has learned a lot while at the nursery and has grown up immensely, now doing much more independently. He has enjoyed it more than the previous nursery that he has been at. It is safe and well

Our daughter has had a fabulous time at Willington. In no small part due to the friendliness, enthusiasm and helpfulness of the staff. She is always very happy to go to school and has learnt plenty of new things already.

Our son has been enjoying the nursery very much since he settled in. The teachers are caring and engaging and there are lots of activities in the curriculum for the kids to enjoy. We also get regular communications regarding his development and the fun he has had at the nursery. Overall we are very
