We love Elm House! Fabulous nursery with brilliant staff who really love and care for their children. We've always been happy knowing our children are going somewhere safe and where they are so well looked after

My daughter started at Elm House last September and she really enjoys it there I love how I can see her daily life on the app and the feedback at pick up time all of the staff are exceptionally friendly helpful and supportive

My son started end of Nov, I was so worried about him starting. Especially as he has a dairy allergy & being so young he was 10 months when he started. They've been fantastic! Bobby loves going in and me and his dad can see how much he's thriving. He loves everyone there goes in smiling and leaves
smiling too. He's came on leaps and bounds. I can tell he feels safe and secure. Any issues the girls are great to inform us either via the app or over the phone. They are amazing with updates on Bobbys development and any observations. I was so nervous about passing him over to other people to care for but he's loved it from day one!! I knew when I went to visit that first day that it was the right place for us.

My son has settled in brilliant at Elm House Gateacre the staff have all made him feel at home. Everyone has been great supporting and encouraging him, he's made so much progress. We are so happy we chose Elm House.

My son attends Elm House Day Nursery in Gateacre for 5 months and we have been really happy with the care and support he receives. The staff are kind, patient and very understanding, and they always take time to support his individual needs. Communication has been great and we feel well informed
about his progress. My son has settled in well and it's reassuring to know he is in such a supportive and nurturing environment. We would happily recommend Elm House to other families.

My daughter started elm house in July 2025
I was very nervous about my daughter starting but the staff made me feel really confident and reassured , my daughter enjoy's going into nursery and also I love how any problems they will contact or update on the ap straight away
Overall I have been
amazed with the care and support they have gave my daughter whilst being in elm house and I can not wait to see her grow with all her friends and the staff x

My daughter started at Elm house at the start of October and she is absolutely loving it. Choosing a nursery is a difficult decision as you want to pick the perfect one, I am so happy we went with elm house. The girls who work there are so lovely and I just know my daughter is in the best hands with
how caring they are towards the children, they keep me and my partner up to date throughout the day which is brilliant and keeps our mind at ease seeing how much fun she is having. My daughter comes out of her sessions there with a big smile on her face each time. The progress she is making is amazing and it's down the girls dedication and hard work they put in to making the nursery a perfect place the for children to grow.

My daughter started baby room recently and she is absolutely loving it! I was so nervous about my daughter starting nursery but they stick to her home routine as much as possible and ask me about everything involving her care from her food to nappy changes, everything is centered to her. I
especially love the app where I can send messages asking how she is and see when she slept and ate and how much she had. The staff are so friendly and put every worry I have to ease.

As a parent, it is so hard to pick a nursery but I have never doubted my decision in sending my little boy to Elm House. The staff go above and beyond everyday and they have really created a family feel.
My little one loves going into nursery every morning and practically runs in (as quick as his
little legs can take him at least). I have found that his speech and confidence has come on loads since starting at Elm House too. He is beginning to create sentences and I really enjoy seeing the posts on their app. I especially love when he comes home all proud with pieces of work he has done.
The staff are great at updating the app with all the essentials of the day such as nappy changes and food intake. I have always found the staff really responsive whenever I've had a question, especially the managers. I have really appreciated how they have answered anything I may ask or find out for me if they don't have the answer right away.
I would highly recommend Elm House.

Really delighted with how my daughter is getting on here. The staff are all so committed and well-trained with regard to early years development, & my little girl has come on so well; she especially loves the garden and animals. The staff take a real interest in her and the other children, and it's
so reassuring to leave my child with people I know I can trust.

My little girl has been attending Elm House Day Nursery for 2 years and has made her way up through 3 classes/rooms. Every carer has been amazing with her and she loves going to nursery and seeing her friends. All the staff have been so friendly with us and are amazing with the children in their
care. The confidence my little one has gained going to nursery and the independence she has is amazing and I couldn't ask for any more from a nursery setting. So glad she has another year here before starting school.

Our nearly 3-year-old has been attending Elm day house nursery for the past 6 months, and we're already so pleased with the progress and happiness we've seen.
From day one, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and attentive.
They've created a warm, nurturing environment where
our child has settled in quickly and now looks forward to going each day.
In just a short time, we've noticed improvements in confidence, social skills, and communication. It's clear that the activities are thoughtfully planned to support early development, and the balance of play and learning is just right.

Such a lovely nursery! My little boy settled so well and enjoys it so much, always coming home to tell me all the fun he got up to. He has come on so much with his speech since starting and they have toilet-trained him too which saved me a big job! All staff are lovely and welcoming and the nursery
is always doing lovely gestures for the children. I think at the moment my little boy's favourite is the hot chocolate treat from the hot drink stand. Thank you to all the staff at Elm House and the manager for making my little boys' nursery experience the best.

Nursery are great. My daughter is very happy there and has great relationships with the staff. It's obvious how much they care for her wellbeing. She learns so much when at nursery, she blows me away with her knowledge of the world, events, festivals and life in general. She's been attending nursery
now for coming up to 2 years and her development has come on so well. Nursery staff are always responsive and happy to help.

The nursery and staff are brilliant. Very attentive and the app provides so much comfort. Very glad we were able to secure a spot and our little one loves it in there. You can tell the staff care for the kids on their care so we couldn't s asked for a better nursery.

Since our little one started at this nursery he has come on leaps and bounds. He is encouraged by the team to develop and try new things and we get regular progress updates from his key worker. It's a weight off our chest knowing we don't need to worry about him while he's safe at nursery

My little boy started with Elm House in October and I was really nervous to send him. The staff have made this transition into nursery so easy, they have been great, they've stayed in touch with updates they've reassured me (which has been needed!) and although it's took a little while for him to
settle he has and that is literally down the the staff. Special mention to his key worker she has been amazing, the care that is given to my little boy is just fantastic and has massively settled my very big nerves! Would highly recommend the nursery to anyone. The management team are so friendly and it's just nice to know that he is around lovely people. Thanks very much to everyone!

We would highly recommend this nursery. Since we moved our son there he has developed so much and he loves going in each day. The staff all know him really well and we get a detailed handover at the end of the day. The app is great and we get regular updates on all the different activities the
children do each day.

A lovely nursery made by the excellent staff. Both my daughters have attended and I am really happy with their learning. The managers are great if you ever have a question they respond quickly and get it sorted straight away. My eldest made really good progress in Preschool and got her ready to
start school thanks to her Key Worker. The staff are really caring and always make the children feel special.
