The staff are so lovely and caring , my child personally feels completely safe when at nursery, he has been exposed to new foods he has never eaten before so on a food note I definitely can not complain. Overall the nursery as a whole is my definition of a safe environment and the staff are the ones
that make that possible.

A lovely warm, welcoming nursery with great staff members. Very professional and polite towards all children and carers. Fully meet the needs of each individual child. Child progressing nicely and always looks forward to attending their sessions.

The Nursery go Above and beyond for my Grandson Kylo, He can be very challenging child and finds dealing with Emotions very Difficult yet the nursery staff have Taken him under their wing and provide him with better solutions and strategies, Moana and Ellie are fantastic with him and i would like
them to know this doesnt go unnoticed, Thanks so much

My son has just transitioned from toddlers to pre school , im very happy about the transition staff have made him comfortable and he has been coming home reenacting things from nursery that he has learnt like the weather asking questions and then answering them

Newhouse nursery have given 100% in my child's development, we have struggled with his behaviour and emotions and with him becoming a brother, the staff in Newhouse nursery have helped find ways for my son to start understanding his emotions and finding triggers for his behaviour and over the last 6
month there has been good improvement I cannot thank them enough for the support and help

All the staff are absolutely amazing at the nursery , my child is so settled and loves them all! They understand all the needs of each individual child and are able to create special bonds with every child not only their key children. Their activities are non stop and they are always thinking of the
best ways to encourage learning within the setting. They are very attentive and always easy to contact if we need to ask questions or extra reassurance. I can't fault this nursery at all and I know I made the best choice sending my son there.

Newhouse Nursery are fabulous. The staff are absolutely amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They manage a busy environment with such warmth and positivity, and they always take the time to share updates about my daughter's day, which is so reassuring as a parent.
The rooms
are lovely too, bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up, creating a calm and engaging space for the children. It's clear a lot of care goes into making the nursery a happy and comfortable place to be.
We feel very confident leaving our daughter here and are so grateful for the wonderful team!

My little boy has been coming to New house nursery for 2 years now and he is absolutely thriving!
He is learning so much during his days, he's becoming more confident and independent.
The staff are truly wonderful. I get daily updates about his days, what he's learned and activities he's been
doing. Followed by a multitude of photos via the app.
His key worker always keeps in contact with myself during his days in pre school.
The nursery itself is a safe, comfortable an secure environment. I would recommend a hundred times over. Thank you to Claire and all her staff for taking such great care of my boy. They deserve the recognition!

My daughter has been attending since September and she's thrived so much since starting, I was worried about her talking and she's come along so well, she's counting , singing and just doing so well The staff have been amazing , and very accommodating

From the initial interest to attending settling in sessions I found the nursery manager and all staff in the toddler room to be extremely helpful and supportive
Once my child started attending nursery 2 mornings a week he was as expected due to attachment issues quite clingy and shy. The staff
responded to this brilliantly and put both the child and myself at ease. The app used is fantastic as everything is documented, photos sent and texts so I know exactly how he's
been, what he's eaten, when he's been changed and what he's been doing throughout the morning
The food offered is made on site and a very good, healthy and varied menu.
Although still a little shy he's happy to attend and enjoys his time there. He really enjoys the outdoor play
I am very thankful to the staff, always polite, friendly and informative and very attentive to all the children

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery every day, she's always excited to go in and is always very happy and content when I collect her. She has a lovely bond with all of the staff who are all so gentle and caring towards her which is everything I wanted from a nursery. They do a large
variety of educational and fun activities, making sure to take pictures and update me over the app. The girls always do everything they can to help with any issues and are always approachable and easy to talk to about anything regarding my daughter.
I'm so glad I sent my daughter here as I am watching her develop new skills and her own personality every single day thanks to Newhouse Nursery.

As someone who finds it very hard to trust people with my children, I've had the best experience at Newhouse and so glad I can finally feel comfortable leaving my girl. She's come on in so many ways since joining and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to all the girls x

Great nursery; my daughter has been there since 4 months old and she's now getting ready to leave to go to Primary school.
They have been a great support and have always been there to provide for her and gone above and beyond based on her own needs.

Last month the girls really made a big deal over my daughter moving up and made sure she was completely ready for preschool! My daughter loves coming to nursery to play and she loves all the staff, I feel as though I know them myself by the way she talks to me about them!
I can't thank them enough
with the way they've treated my daughter and helped her with confidence and everything else!!

My granddaughter comes to your nursery and loves it. She shows us things she has learnt and tells us about the ladies that play and look after her. She loves playing outside too plenty of things for her to do weather permitting. We have plenty of pictures she has done at nursery too.

As a new mum looking for a nursery is so overwhelming but Newhouse have made it nothing but stress free. From the settling in sessions to leaving my child there for the full day I had constant reassurance that she was in the best care. All staff so attentive and you can see they take their time to
get to know each child.

I can't recommend Newhouse Nursery enough! My daughter started in the baby room when she was just 6 months old last year, and I was initially so nervous about leaving her. However, from the moment she started, the staff made me feel at ease. They are so patient, kind, and genuinely care for each
child. The environment is warm and homely, and it's clear that the babies are always calm, content, and happy to be there.
One of the things I love most is how thoughtfully the nursery is run. There are always creative and engaging activities for the children, which has helped my daughter settle in so quickly. Every day she arrives with a big smile, and I can see how much joy she gets from being there. It's wonderful to watch her thrive in such a loving and supportive space.

Excellent staff. My son loves it at this nursery! Always running in and happy. He is always wanting to go and the baby room staff always are welcoming and kind when bringing him into nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery :)
