My daughter has attended since she was 1 years old and as she approaches her 2nd birthday I'm so happy to share that she is flourishing. She LOVES attending and this is because the staff are so kind and supportive. The nursery has been a huge part of my daughter's continuing development and I'm so pleased that her core personal development and social interaction skills have started here, with such fond memories. Staff are approachable and communicate well with families about our children.

We have been part of the Monkey Puzzle Chadwell Heath Nursery family since our daughter was just 1 year old, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and support she's received. Our daughter is now thriving-she is always excited to go to nursery and comes home each day full of stories about what she learned and the fun she had. It's clear that the team at Monkey Puzzle create a joyful, stimulating, and safe environment where children can explore, grow, and develop at their own pace. The educational activities are thoughtfully planned and cater to each child's interests and developmental stage. We've seen so much progress in our daughter's communication, confidence, and social skills. As a parent, it's incredibly reassuring to know she's in such capable and caring hands. I can't thank the team at Monkey Puzzle enough!

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Nursery since the age of 1, and I couldn't be happier with the experience she's had there. From the very beginning, the staff have been absolutely amazing - warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. It truly feels like a second home for her. She has learned so much during her time at the nursery, and it's wonderful to see how excited she is to go every day. In fact, she enjoys it so much that she even asks to go on the weekends just to play and learn more! The nursery provides a nurturing environment with fantastic developmental support and a great variety of healthy, delicious meals. It's clear that the well-being and growth of the children are top priorities here. I'm so grateful for the care and attention my daughter receives at Monkey Puzzle. Watching her thrive and grow in such a positive setting has been an absolute joy. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and enriching place for children.

The whole team is amazing! My little one was very happy there! She learns so many things! Good food, a safe place, big space outside for the kids to run and play. I very much recommend this nursery.

When thinking about reviewing this nursery, I based everything on my experience of more than four years with them. Both my children have attended, developed and socialised here. I’m extremely happy with everything.

Being a first-time mum it's so scary sending your baby to nursery to go back to work. Not knowing where to go or what's best for your baby. By chance, I found Monkey Puzzle online as it's close to my work and I'm so glad I did. My little boy started here when he was 9 months old and I can not fault this nursery or the staff at all. Their communication and updates are brilliant. They are always doing a wide range of activities and including all the kids each time. They have a wide range of foods and they have such a good routine for the kids. The app they use is brilliant and helps put you at ease when your child is at the nursery. Thank you Monkey Puzzle.

My 2 boys visit the nursery so I am happy with the service they provided. My child is also happy when there, they have many different activities every session and the food is a good choice and quality as well.

I am comfortable having my son at the Nursery. My son was well-received and enjoys being there. I don't have any complaints to make. The staff are charismatic and kind. The children are motivated by a series of activities that help their development and performance so that they can relate well. Every week they make a children's report informing the progress of each one.

I have my twin sons attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. I highly recommend this setting as the staff provides great care and supports children in their development. The staff is well trained and educated about allergies and emergency procedures. The space is safe for the babies and toddlers. Staff organise various activities during the day and the parents get updates through the online app/insta page which is very helpful.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Chadwell Heath is a fantastic nursery. My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff have been supportive and amazing at helping her settle in. They encourage her interests and are always ready with a welcoming smile every morning. We definitely made the right choice of setting for her!

Amazing nursery! The staff are friendly and my son is very happy there. He enjoys his time at the nursery. The staff helped a lot while settling and everything is perfect now. I am happy that I can see how he is doing everything during the day through the app. Highly recommended!

The nursery is excellent. My daughter started at 5 months and she has thrived since joining. It’s remarkable how much she has developed since starting at Monkey Puzzle, and I think this is one of the best investments I have made for her and our family. The staff are all top level, it’s clear they have an excellent rapport with the children. They are very welcoming and really feel like you are part of a large family. I regularly see kids being dropped off and literally running into the nursery sometimes forgetting to say bye to mum/dad which is clearly a great sign! I rave about this nursery to all my friends and family - I really couldn’t recommend it more.

My little girl has attended this nursery from 5 months old, 1 year on and I still can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in and all the help they offer. The level of communication is amazing and I love the updates about her food, what she is doing throughout the day and whenever I message they are always so polite. Very pleased with the nursery services and the staff! My elder son attended the nursery (and now my younger one) since he was one and settled quite well. The nursery also helped to flag sensory issues with my elder son and supported us with initiating and submitting EHC plan for him. My younger one too enjoys going to the nursery and has made very good progress in his overall development. The staff is lovely and keeps us updated on children's activities with photos and observation notes.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Chadwell Heath is a fantastic nursery. My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff have been supportive and amazing at helping her settle in.
