We've had such a positive experience with this nursery. The staff are kind, patient and truly caring. They really helped my son settle in so well, which meant so much to me as a parent. He feels comfortable and happy there, and I can see how much effort they put into supporting each child
individually. I'm very grateful for the support they've given our family

My kids have went here for years but recently it has went downhill. Problems with staff numbers, requesting to pick kids up early and closing rooms due to shortages. Has lost the family feel that it had when I joined years ago.

We have generally been very happy with the nursery. The staff are warm, caring and clearly invested in the children, and the facilities and activities provided are engaging and age-appropriate. Our children enjoy attending and feel settled and supported.
One area we have found slightly confusing is
staffing within one of our kid's room. There have been periods where staffing levels appear stretched, and we've noticed a relatively high turnover of staff in a short space of time. While this hasn't changed our overall positive experience, we feel it's something worth mentioning as consistency is so important for young children.
Overall, we value the care our children receive and hope this feedback is helpful.

Clearly Kids is run as a business, the management are not receptive or responsive to concerns raised about children, in particular with regards to safeguarding. They do not discuss concerns with you and their responses are hostile and do not investigate the issues raised. In our experience (4 years)
the children are not given individual care or attention and the failure stems from management level. I had to remove my child after a series of serious incidents over a period of time. Very poor and disappointing.

We are very very happy with the nursery. The staff and facilities are all incredible and our son is very happy attending Clearly Kids Lisburn. We've seen great development and improvement in his social, emotional and physical skills.

My grandchild had a brilliant run up to Christmas with all the activities laid on at the nursery and a lovely Christmas dinner. It was great to see the nursery involving kids of all ages in the festivities

Clearly kids Has been brilliant every month but as his first December here it was more than could ask for from the activities the crafts and thought that went into his days there,when your child runs into nursery and doesn't look back you know they are in the best place and reassured they are having
the best time while I'm at work , and being able to take him when there was a emergency at home on his usual day off meant so much biggest thankyou to all who care for him and for the fun he has everyday he is in

Our child has moved into a new room. The staff couldn't have been any nicer to our child and ourselves to help with this transition for her. They all helped make it so easy and smooth for her. Making her feel so welcome and part of the room from the start.
I can not fault any of the staff, they
are all truly amazing, fantastic, absolutely outstanding with the children.
I feel truly blessed that my child is in this nursery. I know that she is so well looked after. We know she throughly enjoys her days there as she talks about everyone with a huge smile on her face, and even says she loves the teachers (that what she calls them) in the room.
Just want to say a huge thank you to all staff. You are all worth your weight in gold.

The staff at Clearly Kids Day Care are incredibly warm and welcoming. They've made my son feel right at home and have created a loving environment. We as a family are impressed with the quality they provide. My son has been introduced to a variety of play and has maintained their routine seamlessly.
The management team is very professional and involved. They take a genuine interest in the children and are always ready to help out. We appreciate their hard work and kindness.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for years and loves it. The staff are all fabulous and go the extra mile to support the little ones and their parents too. Couldn't rate this daycare highly enough.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. The staff are all absolutely wonderful and I know my son is well looked after and has been since he was 9 months old and he is almost 3 now. All the staff are so personable and supportive and as a first time mum this has been especially reassuring. He gets a
great variety of meals and snacks during the day and does all sorts of various activities which ensures he doesn't get bored. The staff always tell me how he has been during the day as well as getting regular updates and photos on the app. My son's speech and social skills have all developed fantastically thanks to the staff and environment here. I hate leaving my son every day but at least I know he is safe, cared for and in a great setting with fantastic people.

My son started in September 2024 and is very delayed with his learning and speech. When he started he also ate very little at home. The staff and management have been amazing with him, they have so much time and patience for him and me. He now eats loads of different foods and has started saying a
few words. The staff are amazing at understanding his needs and what he wants and seeing how he is around them when he goes in shows me how good they are with him. I honestly can't be more thankful for everything they do. Amazing nursery with amazing staff.

Our child absolutely loves attending nursery - each morning he enters, all the staff know him by name. They say hello and he is full of smiles - he has no hesitation being handed over to the staff and loves to go each day. We are so happy he is so settled here.

My grandson has settled in really well and has learnt so much. I'm so glad they have a few stairs and ramp, it has taught my grandson how to go down stairs on his own and off the sofa on his own, it's amazing the way he has come out of himself. I highly recommend this nursery.

Friendly staff that have helped my son settle in seamlessly. Love getting updates and pictures on the app. Good overall experience. There seems to be a range of activities that my son takes part in and he is always happy at pick up.

My child loves Clearly Kids, he has been attending for over a year and has learned and developed so much through the activities and effort delivered by the excellent nursery assistants who always seem very passionate about what they do. Very happy with the nursery and would highly recommend it.

My son has been attending Clearly Kids since Jan 2024 and has so far progressed through the baby room into the wobbler room. The care he received in both rooms so far has been amazing. We look forward to dropping him off each day and he runs in without looking back! He has friends in both the
children in the room with him as well as the nursery assistants, and we truly feel like they treat him with 5-star treatment every day - especially when each of the staff knows him by name as we walk through the front door. It's very heartwarming. He has developed his speech and physical skills so much, and when we start to sing nursery rhymes at home he shows us the actions he knows! We would recommend Clearly Kids Lisburn to anyone looking for a daycare for their little one - no complaints!

My son has been attending Clearly Kids since July 2023. The staff and the facilities are very good. He settled in very well and enjoys his time spent there. There are lots of activities throughout the day including play time outside within the grounds that are very spacious and well maintained. My
son has a health visitor review coming up and the staff at clearly kids have been very supportive of a few development issues he has been having.

I am grateful to the staff at Clearly Kids. My son has learnt so many nice things at the nursery. He loves the ladies who take care of him. They are very friendly and warm, and overall, very good at what they are doing.

Our son has just started nursery at Clearly Kids, and the staff are brilliant with him. They take a real interest and regularly keep us updated on how he's doing during the day. It makes it much easier dropping him off at nursery knowing how well cared for he is and how well he is settling in.
