Friendly team members, always greeting us warmly in the morning. Both our boys have been very happy here and we feel they are well looked after.
Also a huge benefit that there is parking available for all parents at pick up and drop off!

Brilliant nursery! The facilities are lovely - bright, clean and beautifully designed for young children. Most importantly, the staff are fantastic - warm, caring and supportive: Samira, Karen, Nicola, Shanelle, Sharon, Ossie and Sonia, to name just a few wonderful teachers. There is also the
excellent management team and the amazing kitchen staff who prepare delicious meals for the children who the kids new and talk about as well which I found fantastic. Both of our children have attended this nursery for several years now - my son 2.5 years and my daughter for almost a year, and I always recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and welcoming place for their little ones.

I had a lovely tour with Komal - she was absolutely wonderful and really sold the nursery to me. I will definitely be bringing my little one here. There is so much to see and learn, and I loved being shown all the different rooms and materials that truly showcase the children's work and development.
The deputies were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I'm especially excited for my child to eventually join Preppers A - the teacher there seems so fun and full of energy! Hearing the children singing as we walked through the corridors was such a beautiful moment.
You can genuinely see how engaged the teachers are with the children, and how happy the children are in return. It was a joy to experience - I highly recommend this nursery.

As a returning parent, it's been wonderful to see how much my son Adam is thriving in the Twaddler room. He looks forward to nursery each week, and we've noticed such a positive change in his social skills, he's now excited to make new friends and join in with others.
This is truly a testament to
Lilly and her amazing team. Adam lights up when he sees them, and it's clear how comfortable, supported, and cared for he feels in their presence. Every member of staff is warm, welcoming, and always makes our family feel right at home.
We couldn't be happier with the experience Adam is having.

We are really pleased with the standard of care our daughter has enjoyed at TLE. The staff put a lot of thought into the curriculum for the children and there is a great variety of fun activities to help the children learn through play. Our daughter has received multiple offers for selective
independent schools following 4+ assessment which is a testament to the brilliant education she has received at TLE. The facilities are clean and spacious and the children are really well looked after - the always come out with a smile on their face!

I'm very happy with the development of my child. She looks forward to go to school every morning that tells how well children are cared by the teachers. Although she struggled initially her teachers ensured that she feel comfortable and welcomed.

I strongly caution anyone considering sending their children to this nursery. Serious safety concerns.
This nursery is very unprofessional and after sending my child here I have severe safety concerns.
The director was unprofessional and rude on my daughter's FIRST DAY . Despite handing forms for
payment information she directly asked how I am paying and insinuated I didn't have all the correct information about paying and approached the conversation very unprofessional as it was clear staff are not reading forms.
The second week of my daughter being there she came home with a ripped vest which no one mentioned to me when collecting her and was told she was 'emotional' that day. They fabricated an unsatisfactory response ' a thread was loose and became bigger through out the day' which is a lie as the fabric is ripped on the vest rather than any stray thread. Was also advised teacher forgot to mention this because she was 'overwhelmed' from the morning to the evening.

Our daughter has been at The Learning Experience for the past 3 years and has loved her time there. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive, which has allowed her confidence to grow and be prepared for primary school in September. The rooms are stocked full of engaging toys and activities,
and we feel kept up to date with her day via the app. The teachers clearly do a lot of prep ahead of parents evening and we feel they truly understand our daughter's personality and interests. The one improvement area would be more outdoor space for the children, as the existing space is fairly limited.

We joined the nursery four years ago, shortly after it first opened, and it has been an incredible journey ever since. From the very beginning-when we were new parents with a 5-month-old baby-the team consistently rose to every challenge and supported us through each milestone.
The environment is
loving, nurturing, and incredibly well-maintained; even after all these years, the nursery still looks spotless. The staff provide a rich learning experience with fantastic study materials, engaging toys, and a warm atmosphere that encourages development and confidence.
Communication is excellent-there's a great app that keeps you updated on everything happening throughout the day, which has always given us peace of mind. It's not just a supportive space for children, but for parents too. We're so grateful for the care and dedication and we will miss them all dearly. Thank you so much everyone!!

Fantastic nursery, I looked at many in the area, it's a hard decision to make for any parent. We are 1 year in and my toddler is thriving, her vocabulary is expanding, she is happy to be dropped off each day, we receive regular updates through the day and at collection which gives lots of comfort.
The space is clean and airy with a nice outdoor play area, again this is different from many others in the area that tend to be in buildings not originally designed for nursery use. Highly recommend!

Great staff! They are so helpful and they welcome you every morning! They are great with tours and provides all the information I need and lovely staff! My niece and nephew love it here and you can really see the development on them within such a short timeframe! You can really see that they are

The Learning Experience, East Finchley has been a wonderful nursery for my two children. We have really noticed the hard work that all the staff put in and we've been very happy with the nursery and the way they have been caring for our kids. The staff really care about the kids and the management
goes out of their way to be helpful.

Incredible staff; friendly, smiley and they do make you feel safe leaving your little one there! They keep you updated all the time how the day is going even so when you pick up the little one they come at the door and explain everything that happened during the day. Always ready to answer your
questions and worries! I do highly recommend. Very clean, very safe, parking organised.

My nephew thrived in this nursery. He was only there a short time but they were absolutely fantastic. I love that the nursery includes itself in the community. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for care for their child.

The Learning Experience are nothing short of incredible. Happy does happen here. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. The environment is bright, clean, and full of fun learning materials, providing a perfect space for children to explore and grow. The teachers
are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and truly passionate about their work, which gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands. They truly care, not just the teachers in my child's class, but all staff. It's clear that the nursery is dedicated to providing not just care, but a lovely educational experience. Both my sons love coming to this nursery, the staff are so knowledgeable and caring and they do so many fun and educational activities with the children. The ppecial educational needs co-ordinator has helped us so much, as one of my sons has additional needs, and he's thrived at the nursery. They've
gone above and beyond what we hoped for helping him to learn and grow and the nursery feels like a second home for my children. We would highly recommend it.

We knew we wanted our son to attend The Learning Experience after we had such a great experience sending our daughter there two years prior. The staff are so lovely, knowledgeable and attentive, and the school itself is clean, organised and well-run. We get regular updates throughout the day on what
our son is doing, and he always looks so happy and busy. We're confident he'll be just as ready for Reception as our daughter was, which was well beyond expectations.

After 3 months we had to withdraw our daughter. We liked her key worker and the room lead in Infant A.
Settled not handled well. Pre-filled forms not read. Different staff on the last day of settle so daughter was distressed. Disregard by cover staff of her dietary needs (she was on milk ladder).
Regular lies about key worker being on a day off when she was in fact covering other rooms. Too much office staff but not enough classroom staff. Meals were often different from the menu. There were several consecutive days where baked beans were served for tea, this led to really bad stomach aches in the middle of the night for days. Told by office staff to 'find a chair from any classroom' to hold open the glass door to access the buggy room. On many occasions, staff didn't even notice me slip in and out of a classroom by the front door which is a huge safeguarding concern. Paid to keep her spot in Infant A (Xmas) but emailed she was moving up rooms (she could not stand up). Loads of merchandising.
