Our daughter started nursery in September 2025 and has come on leaps and bounds with her social skills and confidence. She has a few developmental delays and the baby room staff have been so incredibly caring and supportive, ensuring she can still be part of all activities and have adapted certain
things to suit her needs. Our daughter absolutely loves attending nursery and smiles every morning when we arrive. Her dad and I feel at ease leaving her in the capable hands of all the lovely staff and feel we have built great relationships with them, allowing us to openly and honestly discuss details of her development and care. The staff know the likes and dislikes of each individual child and you never feel like they are 'just a number'. I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody who is thinking about sending their child here.

We love The Marston Day Nursery. Having worked in two different nurseries, moved my child from another setting, and viewed several others, I can honestly say this is the best place I've ever come across. The location, the parking, and the interior décor - including the lovely wooden furniture - are
all excellent.
But the best thing about this nursery is the staff. Both my children attend and run in happily every time. They are greeted with warmth, love, and lots of friendly faces. We have great trust in the nursery nurses and feel incredibly lucky to have found such a fantastic setting.
The communication is very good, and we enjoy seeing photos and descriptions of what our children have done every day. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My kids love marston day, they have grown so much and love all the staff there. I've always felt comfortable and secure to leave them there. They love going there and always so excited. Staff are so helpful even when I've had any concerns they were quick to help and support.

I've got nothing but positive things to say about the marston day nursery, the support I've received to do with my child who is on the pathway to autism. All the girls have made an impact on our time at the nursery and I can't recommend them enough.

Staff are very responsive and clearly caring. Some go above and beyond to support the parents as well as the child in their development. Good variety of food and activities offered, which is regularly updated on the app. Staff are usually available at the end of the day to answer any questions and
provide an overall update which is great. They also make good use of the indoor and outdoor space that they have.
I was initially very nervous about sending my child to nursery but the staff have been amazing and I will now confidently be sending my next child to nursery this year. Definitely recommend.

From day one we have felt welcome as a family to the nursery. There is a real family feel to the whole nursery setting, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The staff and environment make my son feel safe and allow him all opportunities to explore and be happy. I love that they get to explore
the community around them on walks and trips out as well. The food that my child is offered is highly nutritional and I love that the app provides updates about this as well as sleep & nappy changes. This really supports me as a mum for when I take over the care at home, I can understand a bit more about his needs with this information. The only thing for me is in toddlers the outside space is much smaller from babies room but again the nursery make the most of what they have and create opportunities to explore out there as best they can. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

We are so happy with our choice of nursery. Originally we wanted a childminder which fell through which was so upsetting but honestly the nursery was the right environment for our child. I am confident she wouldn't have come on as much in a smaller setting, she is challenged but supported here. She
has attended since she was 11 months and is developing so well. The staff invest so much time in activities and the children are outside at any opportunity. The staff are approachable, knowledgable and happy to discuss your child at any time. I can tell this is a well run nursery from stories I have heard from friends about others locally.

How amazing Marston Day Nursery is! My child is very happy there. The mornings she goes to the nursery she sits in her coat and shoes way before leaving time. And the staff there is amazing and very kind! The facilities are great, the kids do lots of activities every day. Lovely outside play area

I honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been so warm, welcoming and attentive. My son settled in quickly and now runs in with a smile, which says everything. He's grown in confidence and learned so much already. It's such a comfort knowing he's
somewhere he feels safe, happy and encouraged every day.

We as a family have extremely enjoyed Marston nursery, the system is easy to contact teachers, check up on your child and keep updated with the nursery's schedules and upcoming plans.
My son started nursery a few months before he was 1 in the baby room, he then was moved up to the toddler room,
both rooms have been amazing! It's really positive sending your young child to nursery and knowing they will be safe, looked arfter and have fun.

My daughter attends the nursery and is having a great time there. She has come a long way in her confidence too and we see this at home which is great. Her communication is great and doesn't stop talking about everything she does in preschool.
The staff in preschool are great and are really helpful
in delivering information when needed.
I really enjoy all the other events that the nursery do too such as the Christmas fair which was a great way to socialise with everyone

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough! The staff are so welcoming, friendly & helpful. My daughter (still in the baby room) absolutely loves her time here, and I feel so at ease leaving her in their care.
The babies are always doing such great activities, and it's great how often they spend time
outdoors. And she's always coming home having learnt something new!
The food options are tasty and varied, putting my cooking to shame!
The girls in the baby room swiftly spotted when my daughter became quite unwell and acted promptly in informing me & caring for her.
The nursery also has the added benefit of being warm in winter but cool in summer (air con). All around an excellent nursery!

I couldn't be happier with my baby's nursery. The team takes such wonderful care of my little boy, and it really shows - he lights up with the biggest smile the moment he sees the building every morning. Knowing that he is so excited to be there gives me complete peace of mind. The staff are caring,
attentive, and truly dedicated to the children's wellbeing. I feel confident every day that he is safe, well looked after, and genuinely happy. Highly recommended!

My Son has been attending Marston Day Nursery since June '25, he is currently still in
baby room. Initially the transition was so hard on both myself and him, but the staff in Baby room were so supportive during this time. Now we has formed wonderful bonds with the staff and genuinely loves going
every day.
The food and snacks on offer are out of this world! (almost ashamed when I have to feed him!).
They've really formed a stable routine with nap times etc which really carries through to when he is at home.
Lastly, and certainly not least - the activities the team dream up every day are so engaging and creative, you just know that your child will be thoroughly entertained all day - and I love that they are encouraged to be out in the garden as much as possible.

We have had a really positive experience with The Marston Day Nursery, my son was in the baby room for 13 months and has recently moved up into the toddler room. We have always felt completely at ease sending him in, and he absolutely loves it there.
He had such a special bond with his key worker
in the baby room, and we are so thankful that this was the first experience he had of being in someone else's care. He can be quite shy and sensitive but he settled there much quicker than we expected, and the baby room team have been amazing in helping him to grow in confidence.
The nursery is always so clean, the toys are perfect to accommodate whatever stage they are in and the outside space is great.
Our little girl is due to start next year and we know she will be very happy there.

My daughter loves going to The Marston Day Nursery! She has been going since she was 9 months and her key worker/ room leader in the baby room as been instrumental in her development. She has built strong bonds with all the team in the room and she is always smiling when we pick her up! The food is
brilliant and I am sure she prefers this to my cooking now! The menu is balanced and there is always good variety! just a massive thank you to all the staff for all the hard work!!

We just wanted to share how grateful we are for everything the baby room staff in Marston have done for our daughter. We've seen such amazing growth in her development and early learning, and it's clear how much support and encouragement she receives.
Every day she comes home with a big smile.

We absolutely love sending our son to The Marston Day Nursery. He has been there for almost a year now and is thriving! He goes in every day with the biggest smile on his face. The staff are all wonderful and he adores his key worker. The food is brilliant too. Thank you so much for the hard work

I have a son who is 22 months old and he is starting settles to move from the baby room to the toddler room.
The staff are excellent. Unfortunately, there has been a high turnover of staff in the last year (which I think is indicative of the industry). However, the staff have been incredible at
putting the children first during what could be an unsettling time. They have continued to plan excellent sensory-driven activities for the children. The facilities are amazing and the staff genuinely know my son.
During his transitions, they have been very considerate of his needs. His first settle was during half term when all rooms were quieter. His key worker has gone with him to his settles.
Everything this nursery does is for the best of the children and I can’t fault them for that.
The food and meals are also incredible. Varied, healthy and always smell delicious.
Nursery fees are extortionate everywhere. Considering, I think this nursery is fair, especially considering the facilities.

I was so worried about putting my son into nursery. From our first visit, I felt comfortable in the setting and couldn't imagine sending him anywhere else. So pleased we were able to secure a space. Staff are kind and caring and I feel like I'm almost part of a family. The app updates are brilliant
and the outdoor space is great. The food is brilliant, my boy loves the menu!
