Starting from the facility, it is bar none; the nursery has the best facilities, and keep investing in more. It is clean, fresh, organised and providing lots of entertainment for the kids. Staff and carers are exceptional. There are no corners cut when looking after the kids. Rather the opposite; above and beyond is a standard practice.

My daughter has been attending Flowerpots Nursery for just over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience she's had. She is always excited to go in, there's never been a single issue with drop-offs and she always comes out with a smile on her face. The staff are lovely, warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. It's clear they know the children well and take the time to make each one feel valued and at ease. The food is excellent, and my daughter eats really well there. The new garden renovation is amazing and it is so great to see a nursery reinvesting money into the best facilities for the children. What I really appreciate is the peace of mind I get while I'm at work, I know she's in the best hands, learning, playing in such a positive environment. It's also been reassuring to speak with another mum whose child attends a different Flowerpots branch, she echoed everything I feel and spoke so highly of Flowerpots too.

Such a lovely nursery. I moved my eldest to this nursery after being unhappy with her previous one - we loved it so much that we send our youngest there too now. As mentioned they've got a lovely new room for the preschool group and a beautiful garden. More importantly my child comes home happy and I feel comfortable knowing she is safe and well looked after. The staff are great and very responsive to queries.

The facilities are brilliant and having a recently refurbished outside area and another room at the back of the nursery for the older children is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have been so welcoming and supportive when our family were going through a difficult time. They were on hand to help and were flexible with their pick up policy within their guidelines when changes to pick up and drop off happened suddenly. My child is so happy to go to this nursery, always happy to arrive and enters the setting without any fuss. Their app they use is brilliant and really easy to navigate. I cannot recommend this nursery enough - great team

We have had 2 children at this childcare setting, starting in 2020. The staff are so friendly and caring and know every child so well! We are going through food intolerance investigations with our second child and nothing is too much trouble for them to sort out dietary changes. The menu is fantastic....wish I could have the same lunch as my little one! Both of my children have been so happy here, they have supported the transition to school, supported through family illnesses, they are a fantastic nursery.

We have had nothing but positive experiences since joining. I was very apprehensive about starting my daughters nursery as she had never really left me, and wasn't the best eater or sleeper. However. The staff were so accommodating in the transition and she absolutely loves it! The food is incredible and she loves it all! They have just refurbed the garden and added a new room, which is sooooo lovely to see reinvestment. We are thoroughly happy and never want to leave!!

My son has been going to flowerpots prestwood for nearly a year now and I really reccomended it. The staff are so lovely and friendly and caring. The setting is lovely, especially the big newly refurbished garden. My son has progressed so much since being there with his speech and interacting with other children and just growing in confidence which is definitely down to the staff. Finally, the food is exceptional! He eats the most amazing home cooked food. I was worried when he first started and packed baby pouches as I thought he'd refuse the food which I now laugh at as he never needed them because he nearly always has seconds of everything. If you're worried about where to send your little one (like I was) then I really wouldn't worry with flowerpots prestwood they are a wonderful nursery with amazing staff. Three members of staff (in toddlers) are particularly amazing but I'm sure all the staff are. Thank you flowerpots prestwood!

We first started using Flowerpots in 2022 and have been consistently amazed by the staff and facilities for both our boys over the last few years. The staff are fantastic and form real bonds with the children and you can tell they really genuinely get know and care for them. The nursery has undergone a few different projects/improvements most recently being the brand new garden which has been a huge hit with our energetic boys! The menu continues to amaze us on a daily basis with the wide variety of foods and flavours on offer which I'm sure has helped toward us having 2 children who will eat almost anything. They even make sure to include 'sibling time' meaning our boys of different ages get time to play together throughout the day which they love and is so sweet to see. Couldn't recommend the setting highly enough and I know our older boy will be very sad to say goodbye when he starts school on September.

We've had such a positive experience with this nursery since our daughter joined. The staff have been incredibly caring and supportive, and they've built a lovely rapport with her - she's always happy and excited to go in the mornings, which says it all! The recent garden renovation has made a fantastic outdoor space for the children to enjoy. Overall, I feel really confident and happy with the care and attention our daughter receives. Highly recommended for any parents looking for a warm and nurturing environment.

Flowerpots is absolutely fantastic. We have used three different nurseries over our time as parents and I have the warmest feeling from them. Our daughter walks in every morning with a wave and smiles for all of the staff. She has been really poorly this year and they've never failed to check in on her and show real concern and love for her when I update them and ask them to look out for the smallest symptom. They keep me updated and follow my wishes perfectly. They provide a fantastic level of care and experience and I am forever grateful. Special mention to two staff members in particular for being wonderful teachers for our little one, she absolutely adores you both.

From the first initial viewing to my child having now been there for a year we've been really impressed with Flowerpots. They have a very warm, friendly and caring atmosphere. I'm very impressed with how personalised the care is for each child and how well the staff know the children. They've recently refurbished the garden which is a brilliant space for children of all ages and I love that they spend lots of time playing outdoors. There are also lots of parking spaces which is very handy at peak drop off and collection times. They also have a brilliant menu with lots of different meals, ingredients etc and I love that they usually have two hot meals a day. I love seeing pictures and videos of what they've been up to on the app.

Our son joined Prestwood Flower Pots at 11 months and the team were excellent in helping him settle in, particularly with sleep and at meal times. The menu is great and really varied. The nursery has a great outdoor space which our son loves playing in. The staff have always been caring and accommodating. Overall we are very happy with the level of care our son receives and he always seems to have lots of fun.

My son really loves it at the Nursery. They upgraded the outdoor play area recently and it always looks like the children are having an absolute ball out there. They play outside almost everyday. The staff are friendly and helpful and patient with the children. There are monthly themes for learning content. The food is good...my son actually eats most of it and sometimes asks for more. I plan on sending my baby in a few months too.

My daughter joined flowerpots in December 2024, first in preschool before moving to the classroom in January. Our experience has been fantastic. She was well settled, with staff taking time to find out about her. My daughter is very excited to go into classroom each day, and her development is coming in leaps and bounds. The garden area is fantastic too.

The management at flower pots has been great. I've never been concerned about the care at flower pots and I think their safeguarding has been amazing - much better than other nurseries. We moved out the area but still travel to this nursery because we have had such a great experience so far.

Our son joined Flower Pots Prestwood when he was 2 when we moved to the area. He is only there 2 days a week, but settled in straight away, thanks to the caring and welcoming staff. They even asked what his favourite toys were so they could have them out ready for him! We get regular and detailed updates on food, activities and sleep. Our son sleeps well there, and eats things he would refuse to eat at home! So we are grateful that the nursery supports him getting a varied diet. We get regular detailed reports on our sons progress and areas of focus for the following months. The day is a good balance of free play and activities. The rooms are spacious and well organised with every activity I can think of, and an amazing garden that the children love playing in. At the end of the day the staff take time to talk to parents about the day which we didn't experience at a previous nursery. Our son is so happy going into nursery each day and his confidence and speech have developed well!

Our son has been attending Flower Pots nursery in Prestwood for 3 years, from the toddlers room, and our daughter for 1 year, starting in the baby room and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. All staff are friendly and genuinely interested and enjoy spending time with the children. The nursery is incredibly well managed through use of the app and just general communication on anything and everything. The outdoor space is lovely and has recently been invested in which is great. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

We moved to the area in February 2025 and were struggling to find the right placement for our daughter due to being a Military and Emergency Service Family. We were lucky enough that this specific nursery were expanding the nursery so they can take in additional children. We viewed the nursery and were extremely happy with the overall vibe, cleanliness and how the children were. Our daughter started nursery in the baby room in April 2025 and the development our daughter has experience is incredible. She's eating all the meals put in front her, which is all healthy and full of vegetables! Her nap routine has changed and become more manageable as we always struggled with this, the staff no matter what room are fantastic - they all say hello and goodbye to our daughter. This is the best nursery we have ever had our daughter enrolled in and we are so grateful for everyone's hard work, dedication and friendliness! Highly recommend this nursery to anyone in the area.

My daughter started here recently and I can't fault it. She has settled so quickly with the warm and nurturing staff. She loves the meals and the creative activities as well as plenty of time in the garden. Staff have been so helpful, they have a fantastic can do attitude and it's great to be able to just trust them to take good care of my daughter without having to worry!

This is a wonderful nursery. They do so much for the children and put on so many wonderful activities. They have just redone the garden which the children love. It is clear the staff love the children and care about them. The food is always varied and freshly prepared. The staff are very professional and the nursery is very well run. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Flower Pots. My daughter loves it here.
